Ich wurde bei meiner Ankunft sehr freundlich empfangen, und das Personal war während meines gesamten Aufenthalts stets hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich, allerdings ist die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen – eine Renovierung oder zumindest der Austausch einzelner Möbelstücke wäre wünschenswert. Die Stromversorgung funktionierte erst nach ein paar Versuchen zuverlässig. Die Abend- und Morgenmahlzeiten konnte ich leider nicht in Anspruch nehmen, aber am Morgen wurden mir freundlicherweise Alternativen angeboten. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt mit kleinen Verbesserungspotenzial

Honestly, we were very excited before arriving at this hotel, but after checking in, we found that the facilities were not what we had expected. The entertainment options were very limited. Apart from the children’s water slides and having a drink at the bar in the evening, there was very little else to do. We booked the All Inclusive package, but unfortunately the food quality was quite average. Many dishes lacked flavour and were rather bland. Although the food looked appealing and well presented at first glance, the actual taste was very disappointing. Most dishes were flavourless and lacked proper seasoning. The cooking quality was poor, and many items seemed badly prepared. For example, the French fries and hash browns were consistently soggy and soft rather than crispy, making them unpleasant to eat. The food may look good on display, but unfortunately it did not match the taste or quality we expected from an All Inclusive hotel. What disappointed us most was the restaurant service. During a meal of approximately one hour, not a single staff member came to clear our plates. We constantly had to rearrange our table ourselves in order to make space for the next course. The children’s pool area is also misleading. The pool with the slides is extremely shallow and not suitable for adults who want to swim. To use another swimming pool, guests are required to pay an additional €30. As a result, our family could not really enjoy the pool facilities together, as only the children could use the slides while the adults had nowhere suitable to swim. The reception service was also disappointing. In particular, one staff member named Andrew (or a similar name) never once smiled or appeared welcoming during our three-day stay. We passed through reception many times and asked for information on several occasions, yet he always seemed unfriendly and uninterested. This significantly affected our overall impression of the hotel. On a positive note, the room cleanliness was acceptable. However, we were surprised that no proper duvet or blanket was provided. Even though we travelled in June, the nights were still quite cool, and it was difficult to sleep comfortably with only a thin bedsheet. A proper blanket should be a basic amenity for guests. Overall, this hotel did not meet our expectations, especially considering the price paid for an All Inclusive stay. There is certainly room for improvement in the food quality, restaurant service, facilities, and customer service.

Très bien (personnel souriant, bonne qualité de la nourriture)excepté le restaurant portofino. Lors de notre 3 ème passage dans ce restaurant à la carte ,nous avons commandés en supplément des homards. Réservation à 9:15. Les homards sont arrivés à table 1 heure plus tard à 10:15 (service beaucoup trop long). A la fin des homards le serveur a demandé de régler l'addition en affirmant que les déserts suivraient. 5 minutes plus tard je demande à la cheffe de salle les desserts et elle me répond désolée : ” la cuisine a fermée à 10h”. Je lui fais remarquer que si la cuisine a fermé à 10h pourquoi les homards sont arrivés à 10:15 et surtout pourquoi personne ne nous averti de cette fermeture. Nous avons donc payé pour un repas SANS DESERST.

The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile – whether it was arranging early breakfast or helping with printing documents. Wellness & Location: After long working hours, the resort’s spa, gym, and pool facilities were an absolute highlight. Being able to unwind with a swim or a sauna session made a huge difference in managing stress during the trip. The location, set between the bay and natural park, added an extra level of peace and beauty. Overall: PortBlue Pollentia isn’t just a leisure destination – it’s also an ideal base for business travelers seeking comfort, efficiency, and a touch of luxury. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for either work or leisure and highly recommend it to professionals looking for a productive yet restorative environment in Mallorca.

Nous avons déjà payé 480 £ en ligne par Trip.com pour une chambre double pour 3 nuits. Ce qui a fait cela encore plus injuste, c'est que j'ai vérifié le même type de chambre à plusieurs autres dates, et le prix était identique, que j'ai choisi 1 adulte ou 2 adultes. La liste elle-même a également clairement indiqué que le tarif de la chambre incluait l'hébergement pour 2 adultes. L'hôtel a été très bien placé pour vous aider à vous rendre à l'hôtel. En fait, le montant facturé était si excessif qu'il était proche du prix de la réservation d'une chambre entièrement séparée. Lors de l'enregistrement, l'hôtel a indiqué que si nous refusions de payer, le deuxième client ne serait pas autorisé à rester. Nous avons essayé de communiquer avec l'hôtel de manière aimable et constructive, mais il n'y avait pas de souplesse ni d'essai raisonnable de résoudre le problème. Je comprends parfaitement le paiement de frais supplémentaires raisonnables pour le petit déjeuner ou les taxes locales, mais la manière dont cette situation a été traitée a été considérée comme extrêmement inéquitable et mal communiquée à l'avance. Trip.com Le service client a été très utile tout au long du processus et même fourni une compensation, que nous apprécions. La propriété elle-même peut être belle, mais cette expérience nous a fait sentir déçus, inconfortables et profitables.

Location: The area is very quiet, which was lovely for relaxing. There's a bus stop just a minute's walk away, and buses run frequently, making it easy to get around. There are also a few local shops and restaurants nearby, which was convenient. Hotel Staff: The receptionists were absolutely lovely warm, welcoming, and caring from the moment I arrived. The cleaners were also friendly and did a great job. However, my room was located right opposite the cleaners’ cabinet on floor 4, and they would start slamming doors around 7 AM, which disturbed my sleep. Room Experience: My air conditioning wasn’t working when I first arrived, but it was fixed within 30 minutes by the generator technician, which I appreciated. Restaurant & Food: The restaurant staff on the last floor level especially the waitresses, were sometimes a bit too pushy, and a few would finish their personal conversations before serving( a bit unprofessional.) The restaurant food was a letdown. I ordered a pizza for €10, but it looked nothing like the photo and was highly disappointing. On the flip side, breakfast was a standout plentiful, delicious, and beautifully presented. I’ve never had such a generous breakfast at a hotel. The breakfast staff were also amazing and attentive. Well done to them! Facilities: The swimming pool was great, and if you love swimming in the sea, this is the place for you beautiful access and views. Solo Travel Notes: I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're a solo traveler looking to meet people. Most of the guests seemed a bit unfriendly, and as an ethnic minority, I experienced a few uncomfortable stares. This isn't the hotel's fault necessarily,.

La chambre était belle, il y avait tout ce dont vous aviez besoin (y compris une brosse à dents, du shampoing...), le lit était confortable et le chauffage/climatisation fonctionnait également. La douche pourrait être un peu plus propre. Le service à la réception était sympathique et arrangeant. Très bel emplacement, proche de l'eau, bel espace piscine. Vous pouvez rapidement vous promener dans la ville. Et l'aéroport n'est pas loin non plus.
