I had a great stay at this airport hotel. Despite being close to the airport, the room was very quiet, which was a pleasant surprise. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated the incuded breakfast, which was fresh and convenient. Overall, an excellent option for a comfortable and quiet stay near the airport.

We stayed here because it had a pool and we enjoy a swim and breakfast was part of the deal. Even though we forgot to mention mobility issues the staff changed our room without an issue. The hotel was cool and so was the room, and that was without using the air conditioning. There is no lift so bear that in mind. The breakfast had a good mix of cooked English and you can have your eggs cooked as you want them. I asked for a decaf flat white and one was made for me. A bigger mug too, the usual ones are a bit small. There is fruit, plain yogurt, ham and cheese slices and olives so something for everyone. The staff are friendly and helpful and went to get more pastries for us when they had run out. If a coach tour is in then make sure you don't arrive too late, as a lot will be gone. The food wasn't greasy and we enjoyed the variety. We used the pool and there are men's and women's changing but no disabled facilities or family changing areas. Be aware of that although there is one larger changing room most of the space and showers are open. You will need a pound coin if you want to lock your locker, but we mainly swan in the morning and there were only one or two others in the pool. It's a spa pool so not too deep. There is a gym room too, but I didn't use that. The usual work out equipment was on display. You can also book spa treatments but those are extra. Pool and gym free to guests. We would gave tried an evening meal but there was a hotel power cut and so we left early. We would definitely use this hotel again, we slept well and the bed is comfy with usb charging sockets and proper reading lights near the bed. The bistro-like round table and two chairs were much appreciated. Parking us £5 a day, which us cheaper than some hotels. There is also a hairdryer and iron in the room and the TV has modern with Freeview channels available. The bar area has comfortable seating and was showing the matches as well as the news in the morning. No subtitles though, which would have helped. As I said the only criticism was that our sink was cracked, and didn't hold water well and there is a bath shower, rather than a walk in shower unit.

Le centre de la ville est très bien situé, mais le type d'invités était snobby et a droit.. nous avions des chiens qui se rasaient pendant des heures dans la prochaine chambre, des portes qui frappaient la chambre à des heures insociables 6.30am et tard dans la soirée. Ces gens devraient apprendre une étiquette de base plutôt que de penser que le monde entier les entoure.

Bien à l'arrivée nous avons été accueillis y le personnel sur la réception avec un sourire, Nous avons été donnés nos clés de la chambre à la chambre 114.The Les chambres étaient propres et belles et agréables plus ne pouvaient pas demander plus. Le restaurant, nous avons demandé un table pour 2 et nous avons demandé si nous avions réservé un table que nous avons dit non. Ma femme s'est assis quand elle est handicapée et j'ai passé au bar pour commander des boissons. 15 minutes plus tard, une jeune dame a apporté nos boissons, et nous lui avons demandé si elle pouvait nous apporter un menu qu'elle avait fait. J'avais demandé à Ger de revenir dans 5 minutes pour que nous puissions regarder le menu, 20 minutes plus tard, aucun signe du personnel où j'avais dû aller au bar et je me demandais si je pouvais commander un peu de nourriture et le jeune homme a dit que quelqu'un viendrait. La jeune dame est venue et a pris l'ordre. Nous avons reçu un coupe-cuttery qui a été tinté avec de la nourriture et détestable 15-20 minutes ou ainsi plus tard les débutants sont venus Alors les cours principaux. Si je voulais me siéger au bar et payer plus de 125:00 £ pour un repas et obtenir le service j'espérais que je paie cet argent, quoi que ce soit, mais je pourrais avoir assis dans le restaurant confortablement avec ma femme en pleine belle atmosphère mais J'aurais préféré aller sur la route au pub ou à un restaurant dans la rue et avoir un service beaucoup mieux, plutôt avoir un ***** qui se penchait sur la chaise derrière moi face à notre table où il était à pied de moi quand je mange.im pas une chose qui est rude mais l'hôtel doit savoir ceci

Nous avons séjourné dans plusieurs Holiday Inn en chemin, notamment celui de Cambridge, qui n'avait pas de climatisation, ce qui m'a un peu inquiétée. Mais celui-ci était parfait ; la climatisation était puissante et impossible à éteindre sans la débrancher 😂. Le quartier semblait être une communauté du Moyen-Orient, ce qui était un peu étrange 😓. La nourriture y était d'ailleurs majoritairement du Moyen-Orient. Mon fils a trouvé un restaurant japonais à 2,5 km, plutôt bon, même s'il fallait marcher un peu. Au petit-déjeuner, nous avons rencontré un groupe de lycéens de Xi'an, en Chine, en voyage scolaire, ce qui était très intéressant. L'endroit est relativement proche d'Eton College et du château de Windsor. Le château de Windsor vaut vraiment le détour.

First receptionist we dealt with was really nice but then she had to ask a colleague for help with our check in and she was extremely rude. Having booked an executive room, we were told we didnt get access to the executive lounge as hadn't booked direct. Load of rubbish. Went to our room, quick call to Hilton Customer Care and they confirmed we did have executive lounge access so went back to reception. The hotel is really comfortable, big spacious rooms, nice beds, bathrooms with shower and bath. Water wasn't free even in executive rooms which was a bit of a shock (£2.50 a bottle). Executive lounge was nice but service much cut back from last time I stayed at few years ago. Fridges empty most of the day, snacks not topped up. Dirty cups everywhere etc. Evening snacks was good but again, reduced compared to what they used to offer. Spirits and prosecco was a nice touch though. Breakfast served in the restaurant for executive room guests. Really nice selection, mostly buffet but eggs and omelettes cooked to order. Nice coffee. Staff on the whole are really friendly and welcoming (apart from the receptionist on day one). We had 3 nights here and enjoyed it. There is a shuttle bus from terminal 5 to the hotel door which is £6.80 per person or you can take bus number 5 which stops on the road outside the hotel for £1.50. If staying more than one night, there is buses to Windsor, legoland, Slough and hounslow (for the tube to central london).

Check-in took 45 minutes because they couldn't find my booking - but then found it on their ”old system” and it took them that long to manually move the booking to their new system and issue me with a key card. Not impressed with that wait time at all! They offered me a free drink at the bar while I waited, but not for my wife and child! That aside, it's a comfy hotel that's better than some of its exterior and interior suggests. Hot shower, good TV, plugs and USB ports on both sides of the bed, good room temperature, Fairtrade tea and coffee. Breakfast was good, including freshly cooked options.

I had a wonderful experience staying at the hotel. The facilities were well-maintained, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the overall service was of a very high standard. I would especially like to commend Kiran at reception for her outstanding professionalism and support. She ensured that our check-in process was seamless and efficient, addressing everything with a warm and courteous approach. Her attention to detail and commitment to providing excellent customer service truly enhanced our stay. Overall, a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel.

A Wonderful Stay at the Sir Christopher Wren Hotel We recently stayed in the Windsor House section of the hotel and were thoroughly impressed. The cleanliness stood out immediately — everything from the bed to the bathroom was spotless, making it feel like a true home away from home. It’s rare to feel so comfortable using hotel facilities without hesitation, but this room was truly impeccable. The location is ideal — just by the riverside and within easy walking distance of Windsor & Eton Riverside Station, Côte Brasserie, and the boat tours. Windsor Castle is only a pleasant 15-minute walk away, making it perfect for sightseeing. The service throughout our stay was excellent. From the warm welcome at reception to the helpful and friendly cleaning staff, every interaction felt genuinely caring and professional. Our stay included breakfast, which was a generous British buffet with a wide variety of hot and cold options, including pastries, fresh fruit, and more. There were plenty of drink choices with refills available, and the coffee was lovely — a great way to start the day. In conclusion, we highly recommend the Sir Christopher Wren Hotel. We were extremely pleased with our experience and will definitely be returning in the future.
