Un grand hôtel pour séjourner au centre-ville de Medan. Distance à pied à Masjid Agung et au Sun Plaza Mall. La chambre d'hôtel est spacieuse et le lit est confortable. Cet hôtel était un grand endroit pour séjourner, j'avais un grand temps. Valeur de l'argent.

It’s a decent place with comfy beds and cooling air conditioning. But the problem is that the blower wasn’t mounted properly and is shaking like a sugar cane juice machine. Other than that no issue with the room. There is a welcome drink, to claim it you should go to a lounge on the second floor. When you get there they present you a menu and ask you to select a drink, only after you order the drink off their menu do they actually bring the welcome drink telling you that the drink you ordered is also on its way. I honestly believe it’s a gimmick or a scam. Very disappointed.

The staff at Anara are always very kind. I have stayed here many times during my travels to Sumatra. You can’t be more conveniently located for an early morning flight.

I had a very pleasant stay at Aryaduta Medan. The hotel offers a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and warm hospitality. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, providing a relaxing place to rest. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is excellent, right in the city center, making it easy to access shopping areas and local attractions. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of local and international dishes. Overall, Aryaduta Medan delivers great value and a comfortable stay. I would gladly return again.

We stayed here just for one night before catching the train the next day. The room itself was nice, clean, and the bed was comfortable, which was perfect for a short stay. However, all the rooms open directly onto the main lobby, so it gets very noisy early in the morning. If you’re a light sleeper, this can definitely be disturbing. There’s also a very large dehumidifier in the corridor that makes a constant, unpleasant noise.

Jusqu'à présent, notre expérience est excellente, nous avons réservé 3 chambres et la chambre était propre et confortable, juste la salle du petit-déjeuner, c'est trop petit, comme nous sommes venus avec une grande famille, il est difficile de trouver la table pour le petit-déjeuner, la nourriture était correcte. Pas si bien et pas si mal. Moyen c'est bien de rester dans cet hôtel

Il n'y a pas d'eau chaude dans la douche, un peu de saleté/fracture dans la salle de bains et il ne donne pas le sentiment de vrai luxe, mais pour ce prix, je pense qu'il est encore très bon. La piscine est partagée par les clients de l'hôtel avec les personnes qui payent pour l'utilisation de la piscine, semble assez propre. Le personnel a aidé à apporter des bagages à la chambre. La location de l'hôtel est bonne, il se sent un peu moins développé autour de l'hôtel, mais il y a un bon centre de proximité, peut-être 5 minutes avec la voiture.

Tout d'abord Le personnel est vraiment gentil et bien formé La nourriture est bonne La clé à améliorer sera 1. Entretien (dans l'ensemble, la chambre d'hôtel est vraiment vieille, a besoin d'être rénovée) 2. Lutte antiparasitaire (beaucoup de fourmis dans la chambre) 3. Les appareils électriques doivent également changer, par exemple mon sèche-cheveux est extrêmement vieux et desserré Dans l'attente du prochain séjour

Nous sommes arrivés tard, vers 21h. L'hôtel nous a aidés à porter nos bagages de la camionnette jusqu'au hall. Cet hôtel nous avait été recommandé par notre guide. Ils nous ont même préparé des toasts pour notre vol matinal du lendemain. Nous choisirons sans hésiter cet hôtel si nous revenons à Medan.
