« L'hôtel est super bon .. Mais nous avons été en train de faire un scandale que nous avons ouvert notre caisse pour organiser des documents et en espèces puis l'équipe de garde-fous est arrivé à nettoyer ... Alors je les ai laissés entrer dans la salle de nettoyage mais je n'ai pas fermé la caisse parce que nous sommes dans la salle à ce moment-là. La caisse située à l' intérieur du réservoir que vous pouvez marcher dans . Après avoir achevé le nettoyage Nous trouvons 200 USD de notre argent dans la caisse .. L'équipe de nettoyage a mis le nouveau sac de lave-linge en haut de la caisse (à l'époque, il était ouvert) et maintenant le corps nous a remarqué que la caisse est ouverte ...!!! J'ai déposé une plainte auprès du bureau de front de l'hôtel ...!!! Et j'ai décrit exactement le personnel de nettoyage, et qui était la personne qui a entré dans le réservoir contenant le coffre ...!!! Ils ont dit qu'ils enquêteraient sur l'incident, et après deux jours, ils m'ont contacté de nouveau et ont dit qu'ils avaient interrogé le personnel de nettoyage, qui a refusé de prendre quelque chose de notre caisse ...!!! Et bien sûr, nous n'avons rien trouvé ... qui est évident parce que personne ne confesserait de cette façon sans être pressionné. Et voici la question : pourquoi les agents de nettoyage ne nous avaient-ils pas averti que la caisse était ouverte quand ils sont entrés pour mettre le nouveau sac de lave-linge sur le dessus ? »

« No hot water in the shower, a little bit seems dirty/ broken in the bathroom and it doesn’t give the feeling of real luxury, but for this price I think it’s very good still. You have a restaurant which is open 24/7 with friendly servers. The pool is shared by hotel guests with people who pay for usage of the pool, looks clean enough. Staff helped to bring luggage to the room. The location of the hotel is good, it feels a little bit less developed around the hotel tho, but there is a nice mall nearby, maybe 5 minutes with the car. »

« Le séjour a été très agréable, la salle de bain et l'eau chaude fonctionnaient parfaitement. Le wifi était rapide et l'enregistrement s'est fait sans problème. J'ai également beaucoup apprécié le spa avec massages à l'intérieur de l'hôtel, à un prix abordable. En tant que Malaisienne, je peux vous dire que c'est vraiment bon marché avec un bon de réduction. Si vous n'avez pas envie de sortir, vous pouvez commander des plats en chambre, dont les portions sont généreuses (pour moi). Le tempe goreng avec la sauce sambal était délicieux. Devant l'hôtel, vous trouverez plusieurs taxis privés (SUV) avec différents tarifs, comme 1 million IDR pour Parapat (lac Toba) et 700 000 IDR pour Siantar. Pratique si vous avez un projet de dernière minute pour aller au lac Toba et que vous n'avez pas réservé de taxi à l'avance. Le seul point à améliorer concerne la serviette de bain. Il faudrait la remplacer par une serviette neuve et plus douce. Elle est toute effilochée. »

« I didn't know that the room type I booked was at the other far end of the apartment building. Not only did I feel cast aside due to the distance, but the lobby area didn't look anything like a hotel. I barely saw any hotel staff around until the day I was checking out. The room was big, but for the most part, it looked dated, particularly the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen was equipped with only a bread toaster, a frying pan, a wooden spoon (that really looked like it was time to replace), two glasses, two sets of cutlery, a teapot, and a small creamer pot. There was no electric kettle, not to mention coffee cups. There was no dish towel and again, not to mention kitchen soap. One cooking hob didn't work while the other kept beeping when switched on and stayed cold. There was a mineral water dispenser, but the water from the hot tap was only 70% hot. You can't make a cup of coffee or tea with water that isn't hot enough. I didn't have a good experience when making phone calls to book the 3-hour city transportation. I had the same experience on the first morning when I asked about the breakfast that was to be sent to my room. It was set to be delivered at 9 a.m. I made a call at 9:05 a.m. and was told that they would prepare it right away. When delivered, there were a few missing items: fresh milk for my coffee, orange juice, and a teaspoon for the coffee. I had to make a call again to request them. (I had already mentioned to the staff the night before what I would like to have for my breakfast.) On the next day, I made a call at 6 a.m. to request the same type of breakfast to be sent to my room at 9:30 a.m. Hours later, close to 9:30 a.m., I made a call to room service again to inquire if they were sending my breakfast already. My call was passed from one person to another until the third person who spoke to me seemed unaware of my 'order'. By this time, I was very upset. He said he would attend to it right away and have it delivered to my room in ten minutes. By the time it arrived, it was 9:58 a.m. Nonetheless, the chicken porridge on both mornings were absolutely delicious. The Soto Medan which I ordered as a room service was tasty too. My sleep on both nights was pretty uninterrupted despite the honking from the heavy traffic. On Sunday, after my Fajr prayer at 6-ish, there was music, announcements, etc., from an event downstairs that lasted for three hours. During checkout, staff was going to hand me 800,000 IDR until I told him that I had only made a deposit of 500,000. It was then I realized the amount written on the deposit receipt; the number 5 looked more like an 8. That must be why he wanted to return a security deposit of 800,000. He was grateful when I told him about the amount I made as a deposit and I told him to give feedback to his colleague about her handwriting (the one who did my check-in was a female staff). Overall, this hotel was just alright for me. The lobby, front desk, and the staff at these two parts of the hotel were great. If there were a next time for me, I'd try the hotel side instead of the apartment, but it's likely there won't be a next time here. »

« L'emplacement de cet hôtel est proche de l'USU et des centres commerciaux. J'apprécie l'hospitalité de l'établissement : le personnel d'entretien nettoie les chambres tous les jours et change les serviettes quotidiennement. Le menu du petit-déjeuner est un peu limité et, pour les boissons, on ne sert que du café, du thé, de l'eau plate et de l'eau pétillante d'orange tous les jours. Le wifi est rapide. La chambre standard économique est assez petite et ne peut accueillir que deux personnes. Si vous souhaitez venir avec vos enfants, réservez une chambre plus grande. Si vous cherchez un hôtel pas cher à Medan, bien situé et offrant un bon service, je pense que le Batik est le meilleur choix. Je reviendrai certainement dans cet hôtel. »

« I stayed for 10 nights, a pleasant stay in general. Only in 10 nights the bed linen didn't change as it should be. The staffs really made your stay feel comfortable. I would stay in Aryaduta again in the future. »

« La chambre d'origine était au niveau 9 mais depuis son week-end, tous les types de chambre sont entièrement réservés. Demain matin, demandez de changer la salle et aura le niveau 7 qui est décent, mais les deux chambres ne comprennent pas avec une télévision intelligente pour moi à une conférence pour une réunion d'affaires. Quoi qu'il en soit, mon conseil est préalablement réservé devrait avoir ajouté une note pour demande de non-fumeur »

« Great and amazing hotel, I just think I went there at the wrong time which was before Christmas a few days and not the weekend so it was so quiet and breakfast was by choice from menu and only 1 type allowed but was still ok z thanks »

« Ideal placement for the airport, but other than that I probably wouldn’t recommend due to multiple issues. WiFi didn’t work at all (in my room anyways, 602), Aircondition took forever to properly cool the room, no hand soap in the bathroom, pillows were very uncomfortable (might just be me, but they were definitely a lot tougher than average), the restaurant didn’t have 80% of the menu so I had to go out to eat dinner, airport shuttle only drives a few fixed times a day so I couldn’t make use of that either, most water dispensers were empty, the TV was a piece of furniture rather than an actually functioning TV and in general the sorroundings were scruffy. The service team were very nice and helpful, but when basic things like WiFi and Aircon have issues, you start to notice the small things. »
