La salle de bains est très confortable et très confortable. Je suis allé visiter cet hôtel chaque année et c'est la première fois que j'ai été refusé d'entrer parce que j'ai réservé une chambre supérieure au lieu d'une chambre de luxe.

hôtel bon. Contrôle est facile. Personnel à l'hôtel. Pipe toilette hv. Mais la propreté des serviettes peut être améliorée parce qu'elle ressemble à « très utilisé ». L'hôtel devrait le changer.
Don't hv time to explore the hotel environment because arrive late and also check out early the next day. Maybe next time.

The hotel was comfortable, the rooms were clean, the service was great and friendly, and I especially got a room with a city view. The super-fast Wi-Fi was a huge help when I was working on a deadline. There are plenty of food stalls and restaurants around the hotel. I'd definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Semarang.

L'hôtel Chanti est très stratégique, proche de beaucoup de grands restaurants et de supermarchés. Les installations sont propres et le personnel est très amiable. Le petit déjeuner a une grande variété de cuisine locale et internationale. Elle recommandera certainement aux amis et aux familles. Il a également reçu des hanpers Idul Fitri pendant le séjour pur.

La chambre Junior Suite était très spacieuse, la baignoire était disponible et la pression de l'eau était très bonne. Le petit déjeuner était inclus, mais la sélection était un peu insuffisante pour un hôtel 4-star.

We stayed 3 nights with breakfast included and we are happy with the stay. Toilet and room are of a good size. Washing and drying can be managed easily with access to balcony. Breakfast is good and better than what we have seen outside of Jakarta. Lobby, entrance, restaurant etc are well presented. Hot refreshments complimentary is of decent quality too.

IInvitéJe suis d'abord entré dans le KM, désolé pour l'odeur (caca qui n'a pas été rincé), c'est du véritable Ilfeel, les serviettes sentent aussi le moisi, les fenêtres sont sales. Pour le petit-déjeuner, il y avait très peu de variantes de menu pour un hôtel 4 étoiles et le goût du porridge au poulet a déçu nos langues. Pour le reste, les installations proposées sont correctes, les enfants sont heureux de séjourner ici.

The WiFi signal in my room was very good, but the signal in my friend's room was very poor and there was often no signal . PPatrick BelfastTout d’abord, cet hôtel était très bon marché et je ne m’attendais donc pas à grand-chose. Il ressemble à un hôtel qui va fermer ou qui se prépare à une rénovation majeure. Tout a donc besoin d’un nettoyage en profondeur et d’un lifting. Cela dit, comme il est bon marché, il offre en fait un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Le personnel était très serviable, la chambre était sale mais assez agréable et le lit très confortable. J’ai été vraiment impressionné par la nourriture, nous avons dîné à l’hôtel et pris le petit-déjeuner, les deux étaient excellents. Si vous pouvez fermer les yeux sur la « fatigue », je recommanderais cet hôtel.

UUtilisateur anonymeMy fav hotel for staycation in Semarang but this time it’s not my lovely experience. First room I got has leaked aircon, it dripped every second so they offered a new room. In new room, the aircon didn’t work properly but I didn’t want to complain anymore as I didn’t want to change room again and again.
Booked with breakfast but they said it’s too few guests on that day so they will just let me choose my breakfast from the menu. Only one menu for each guest. I didn’t like this because the room has no proper table to eat. Even there’s only one chair. So yeah, not my best experience.
But maybe I’ll give it another try. This hotel usually offered good service. Maybe just wrong timing and situation for me.

DDannyI recently had a delightful stay at Hotel Tentrem in Semarang, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, and their attentiveness truly enhanced our experience.
The cleanliness of the rooms and restrooms was impressive, which is always a top priority for me when traveling. The hotel amenities, including the gym, were excellent and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
One of the highlights for me was the delicious breakfast spread. The variety was fantastic, and the quality of the food was outstanding. I also want to give a special shoutout to Ibuk Elfi for her warm hospitality during breakfast. Her cheerful demeanor made our mornings even more enjoyable.
As a coffee lover, I was particularly impressed by the skills of Mas Arafi, the barista. I thoroughly enjoyed the cappuccino, mocaccino, and café latte he prepared; each cup was a treat. His knowledge of coffee truly shines through in every sip.
Overall, my experience at Hotel Tentrem was wonderful, and I look forward to returning each year. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special

UUtilisateur anonymeThe hotel is located inside DP Mall. The room is quite spacious. I could hear the sound of the television from the room right next to mine (quite clearly—I could almost follow the news they were watching). It didn’t really bother me though. They offer 24-hour welcome drinks (only hot drinks like coffee and tea—I was expecting iced coffee). The room is equipped with a smart TV, so you can enjoy your favorite shows on Netflix, Disney+, and more. The staff is warm and friendly. Upon check-in, you’ll need to download an app to get your room key, and an OTP will be sent to your smartphone via SMS for confirmation. I was a bit frustrated since my daily phone uses a foreign number (which couldn’t receive SMS at that time). Luckily, I had my secondary phone with an Indonesian number (though it has terrible battery health). I didn’t know whether they provide a physical key or not (I didn’t ask). Overall, I enjoyed my stay there. Just please provide a physical key (a wooden one maybe, to match the eco-friendly theme).

IInvitéOne earlier stay at this hotel, I found several small insects on the floor and thought nothing much of it. But this time after waking up I discovered bites on my body, in several places (arm, leg). It was apparent to me that this was the result of bed bugs. I had heard this from someone else who stayed at this hotel, but was skeptical. Now I am not.
I am dismayed, as I had planned to stay for a week or longer at this hotel in the near future. When I spoke to the desk clerk about the bed bugs I suspected were the. cause of my bug bites he said he would alert ”housekeeping”. I told him I doubted that a change of bedding would suffice. Bed bugs are most often in the mattress, and likely need strong measures to take care of ridding the problem.
Otherwise I find the hotel very nice, with a restaurant that will accommodate my requests to alter menu items to conform to my food preferences (vegetarian). And a room refrigerator that I can use.
Staff is always very accommodating.
I hope the bed bug problem can be fully resolved.
