« L'hôtel n'est pas loin de la plage. Bien que ce n'est pas juste vers la plage, il est toujours possible de voir. Les installations de l'hôtel sont propres, bien qu'elles soient vieilles. La chambre dispose d'un café gratuit à frais de café. Le lait et l'eau minière dans le réfrigérateur sont tous gratuits pour le petit-déjeuner de 15 litres/personne. Le rapport coût/prix de cet hôtel est toujours très recommandé. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants à la porte, et le train à Omberge passe deux minutes. »

Lovely victorian seaside hotel. A stones throw from the front and the shopping street. Room was a decent size and beds comfortable. Breakfast was self service and there was a good choice of cold and hot products -all were good quality. Our only issue was that there was nowhere in the bathroom to keep toiletries however the bathroom did seem newly renovated and they may not have got round to fixing a shelf. We'll certainly stay there in the future

To start off Booking the hotel I spoke to a lovely lady on the phone, then when I arrived on the Saturday the hotel reception staff were amazing, I went up for a wedding and I asked for an early check in, they bent over backwards for me so I could have it, the staff there are very friendly and very welcoming.
Due to the wedding going into the middle of the night I had to come in and see the hotel night porter and the lovely gentleman was very friendly to get me my keys to the room and very polite.
All in all the hotel staff are very accommodating, very professional and very friendly, the place is lovely and the rooms are very cosy, comfy bed and a nice area.
Lovely place to stop and a few activities around the area close by to go to, like Zip world and Go Karting, if you want a more adventurous site seeing time Snowdonia is round the corner to walk up.
I recommend stopping here for a lovely experience, with a spa as well attached to it, after your events you can always go for a dip in the pool to relax

Saurabh0303My stay at The Swallow Falls Inn – The Inn Collection Group was thoroughly enjoyable. The location is excellent, set in beautiful surroundings and perfectly placed for exploring the nearby countryside and waterfalls. The inn itself has a welcoming, traditional feel that adds to the overall charm.
The Superior Double/Twin Room with sofa bed was clean, comfortable, and well presented, providing everything needed for a relaxing overnight stay. Cleanliness throughout the property was outstanding, and the room felt cosy yet spacious.
Staff service was another highlight — everyone was friendly, attentive, and happy to help, making the stay feel warm and personal. Facilities were well maintained, and the dining and communal areas were inviting and comfortable.
Overall, with top scores for location, cleanliness, service, and facilities, this inn offers excellent value and a relaxing experience. I would happily return and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in a scenic setting.

Great place to stay to enjoy the many wonders of the Snowdonia National Park.
Staff are very friendly and helpful. The bar is well stocked with excellent local real ales and the food is superb and really good value. Especially good is the Tuesday night Curry and a Pint for £15! Breakfast excellent, served quickly and great value.
Had a slight issue on arrival where I was given a double room instead of the twin I had booked, but they were able to move me without problem. Was also expecting a Mountain View according to Trip.com but didnt get that either.....wasn't bothered in the end as I was out in the mountains all day anyway, but others may be disappointed if that happened to them.
Room was very clean and serviced each day, although the coffee/tea/etc was not replenished and the cups weren't cleaned - possibly an oversight on my particular visit. Again, not a big issue for me but others may be more critical.
All in all a great place to stay and good value for the money.

InvitéOnce we found because it’s not called coast n country it’s actually the seafront, so 90mins of walking up n down wasted, and no phone service on the prom to call. Hotel is like walking into a 70’s place, super dated and the room matched, cheap old furniture and a beige/mustard colour bathroom suite, and the worse carpet you could imagine. Won’t be going again

fishman7Bank holiday weekend visit and all I can say is thank you absolutely fantastic, all the staff are helpful and friendly, check in was seamless, the room was spotless well maintained and spacious with comfy beds, tea coffee facilities and on suite bathroom. We used the swimming pool which was perfect and very clean. The hotel is perfectly situated central to absolutely everything shops cafes etc and on the beachfront.
Evening entertainment was good, bingo and singing. The food was faultless - breakfast was amazing with lots of choices, we also had dinner included - all I can say is WOW, dinner was incredible- 3 course meal, fabulous food and fabulous portion size.
Best value for money hotel I have ever stayed in, thank you Marine Hotel and staff. I give our whole experience a 10/10 - you made our bank holiday weekend perfect thank you.

InvitéL'hôtel est sur la Promenade.
Le petit déjeuner était d'environ la moyenne pour un service indépendant, un bon goût de bacon et un sauce, et le thé servi dans un pot de thé était magnifique.
Le personnel de la réception était très informative et amicale.
Il y a eu bingo et divertissement sur les 3 nuits que nous avons séjourné ce qui est agréable pour les visiteurs principalement âgés.
Globalement un très bon endroit pour rester

地理位置在一個十字路口離海邊還是有一段距離步行有點遠，有個很大的免費停車場。住宿是在酒吧後面一個單獨的入口，很喜歡那個螺旋樓梯的設計很英倫風，房間很精緻舒適還有台古老的小風扇。樓下餐廳已經被訂滿了，他們安排我們坐在酒吧一角用晚餐，出品很不錯，我個人更喜歡酒吧的裝修和氛圍，很愉快的一晚！第二天的早餐是半單點，就是冷盤是自助然後單點熱食出品依然精緻美味😋…總體很好，特別推薦給想體驗酒吧型酒店的朋友！
