Hôtels avec parking à Kalimantan Timur, Indonésie

Pertama kali ajak keluarga buat liburan, dapat rekomendasi juga dari teman teman, jadinya pesan hotel ini, sayangnya letak lumayan jauh ya dari pusat kota, jadi ya mau apa apa.pesan via online, tapi untuk kebersihan dan sarapan nya dijamin tidak mengecewakan, hanya saja ada beberapa miskomunikasi misal keberadaan kamar yg saya pesan beda lantai, dan fasilitas kolam renang yg ”katanya” hanya bisa digunakan jika kita memakai pakaian renang, *****tara yang saya lihat kemarin banyak orang tua yg mendampingi anak anaknya tanpa menggunakan pakaian renang yg semestinya, terus kalau bisa yg mengawasi di kolam lebihlah ”humanis” baik dalam bersikap dan mengarahkan, saya lebih apresiasi yg dari pintu depan seperti security, receptionis, dan karyawan lainnya yg bersikap ramah, percayalah bisnis hotel akan bangkit kembali dengan anda menerapkan layanan yg prima, terima kasih atas jamuan satu malamnya, jika nanti ada kesempatan, kami pasti akan kembali

L'hôtel est fatigué et le personnel n'a pas d'expérience dans l'industrie de l'hospitalité. Room: stayed on the 8th floor. Pillows had strong sweat smell and looked like they haven't been changed in a while. La décoration de la chambre était très basique avec un étage laminé de base. Dans la salle de bains, il y avait du gel de douche et du shampooing complimentaires, mais quand les bouteilles étaient pressées, il était très aqueux et il semblait que le personnel l'avait simplement mis à l'eau ordinaire. L'internet de la chambre était également extrêmement pauvre et je me suis renoncé après une demi-heure d'essai. Le petit déjeuner était une grande diffusion mais pas de haute qualité. Le poulet fritté était dégusté (qui pourrait indiquer qu'il était congelé pendant un certain temps) et les chefs qui cuisinent l'endomie simplement jetaient le gâteau de noodle dans un bain d'eau à moitié rempli et ne pas agiter ou surveiller la cuisine qui aboutit à la moitié d'endomie cuite. La section du petit déjeuner a aussi pu être une grande usine de cigarettes, alors qu'il y avait des sections de fumée. Upside: Grand emplacement dans le cadre d'un développement de centre-ville. Il y a un salon confortable dans le hall qui conduit aux réunions et aux captures de l'après-midi. Le personnel de la salle de salon était très agréable et efficace et s'est éloigné de leur façon de nettoyer rapidement nos tasses et de prendre de nouvelles commandes. L'hôtel est un très contraste avec le sémarang mercure où nous avons passé la nuit précédente.

great hotel in central part of balikpapan. very comfortable room. very quiet. in fact great overall. very large bed. i just loved my time here

The hotel in general is poorly maintained and not clean. Some of the toilets in the lobby area were out of order and dirty/stained. The sink in our 3 rooms were cracked in the middle and plastered to keep the slabs together, however the drainage water keeps on dripping down to our feet everytime we used the sink. The bedsheets, pillowcases were not freshly new when we checked in, all the safety lockers were not working after seeking help from the maintenance, and all the fridges in all 3 rooms were either broken or missing. The aircon in our rooms were working well, however,  the aircon at the breakfast area were not working. Other clienteles were trying to get the best sitting location near the air blowers provided. we ended up sitting next to an open doorway for breakfast to get some fresh morning breeze. Food selection were limited, and the local spread was somewhat not as tasty or as fresh as other local hotels we have stayed before. We can see that the hotel used to be a grand and beautiful place, it is just a shame to see such a majestic building as Tjokro has lost its sparkle..

It was a stopover stay at Mercure Berua for us this trip. We were impressed by the spacious and grand lobby. Service at the front desk was quick and welcoming. The staff at the restaurant were also very helpful with the recommendation. My room was nice and clean and smelled fresh. The location is about 20min from the airport and you can arrange a transfer at a fee. Didn't get to use the facilities this time. Highly recommended this hotel.

Great location for business trips, very strategic and easy to access. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for resting after meetings. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Amenities were sufficient and everything worked well. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay for business travelers. Would definitely consider staying here again.

I stayed at Whiz Prime Hotel Balikpapan for a business trip and booked a room without breakfast. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. However, when I first tried to enter the room, the key card did not work and required a reset. Fortunately, the hotel staff responded quickly and resolved the issue promptly, so it did not significantly affect my stay. The hotel is located in an urban area, which is very convenient. At night, it is easy to find food as there are many street food vendors and various meal options right across the hotel. The check-out process was also efficient and assisted by friendly staff. Overall, the hotel is comfortable for business travel, with responsive service and a location that makes it easy to find meals in the evening.

A big modern hotel in Samarinda. The location is a bit far from the city centre (20 mins driving while the traffic low and 30-35 mins in the rush hour). Although it’s located just above the Big Mall, the hotel has poor accessibility, especially for pedestrians and online food couriers because they have to go through the car ramp to get into the hotel’s front door! The room is modern, clean, and have great amenities. But, the noise from outside the room could be heard easily since it has poor soundproofing. When i checked in, it took more than one hour since i have to lined up into the queue and the process itself took a long time. It was the longest time i spend for check in! The queue is only five person in front of me and they opened all the check in counters.

Book the location because of the location, next to mall and use the gym. Facilities provided are all there, nothing to pick on. Especially love the gym location. the breakfast is great, love the coffee and tea brew in the 'sock'. Good selections. Staffs in front desk to fnb, etc are polite and kind. Room is of decent size, basic for the price paid. It is clean in general. The toilet needs serious renovation. Taps, showers are OLD, accumulated rust, layers of molds at back of sink. The shower walls are all dirty between grout lines. It is clearly years of accumulated dirt and moisture that cannot be removed anymore. It needs serious revamp. I should have taken pictures of the shower, afraid I didn't think of it.

pertama dapat kamar ada kecoa, bau dan super lembab😢 padahal dah 2x nginap disini dpt unit yg aman tapi minta ganti resepsionis dan untungnya bisa diganti terus kamar yg sudah di ganti bermasalah di ac kamarnya yang ga dingin sama sekali😢😔 tapi untungnya lokasi apartemen strategis jadi mudah kalau mau kemana mana
