This Ibis is in the perfect location for exploring Nottingham. The Staff are very friendly & helpful. Mega comfy bed too!. I only gave it 4 out of 5 as the carpet in our room was a bit smelly & didn't look like it had been hoovered plus there were a couple of curly hairs (not ours!) in the shower.

Great location, Standard Breakfast but for the room is quite small but for overall i will go back to stay at the hotel again

Il a été réservé une chambre de reine, mais il a été assigné une chambre avec lits doubles qui avaient été poussés ensemble. A la demande avec réception leur réponse était que j'étais dans le type de chambre réservé et décrit comme une chambre de reine. N'utilis pas les installations puisque je suis arrivé assez tard le soir et j'ai vérifié la première chose. Location convenable pour le M1

Very loud neighbourhood with constant outside noise. The walls are extremely thin, I could hear people talking in the next room. The heating system was broken, so we were given two small plug-in radiators that kept overheating the room, then switching off and making it cold again. Sleep was horrible. The spa is very small, with no space in the sauna and the pool crowded with kids. We paid £177 for one night on the top floor with lounge access, but the lounge had no snacks—only soft drinks (drink selection was okay). Overall, poor value for the price.

Everything is perfect in this hotel. We love it so much, a highlight of our short trip to Nottingham. We were welcomed by the loveliest front desk member, Lucia, and she helped us set up everything for the room. She also informed us about the ECO scheme of the hotel which we got £10 coupon of this hotel. The hotel is *extremely quiet!!*, have *water complimentary* , have *apples complimentary*. Just a word regarding the aircon, it will automatically turn to heat mode if the room is too cold. Other than that, everything is awesome.

La nuit la plus mauvaise que j'ai eue dans un hôtel depuis des années est que la nuit est presque toujours bruyante, il est évident que les personnes qui ne travaillent pas.

Friendly staff, big portion of breakfast. Good location morrission in walking distance, chinese food, indian food , convenient store all around.
