My stay at Sheraton Bishkek in the Deluxe King Room with City View was fantastic. The room was spacious, elegant, and offered a stunning panoramic view of the city, making it a delight to wake up to each morning. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the modern amenities in the room added a luxurious touch to the experience. The hotel staff were attentive and professional, always going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the hotel's facilities, especially the rooftop bar and the well-equipped fitness center. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of high-quality dishes. Overall, it was a superb stay, and I would highly recommend Sheraton Bishkek for anyone visiting the city.

La chambre et le service étaient exceptionnellement bons, mais ce qui m'a vraiment dégagé était le petit déjeuner. Il y avait une variété incroyable d'options, et tout ce que j'ai essayé était très bon.

Pros: - Good location close to the city center. - Quite modern architecture and interior. - Not bad breakfast. Cons: - Our rooms were not ready when we arrived around 18:00. At our request, we received welcome drinks as compensation. - Although we asked for two rooms on the side of the hotel opposite the road, one of our rooms still faced the road. - Even with the windows closed, the road could be heard at night (7th floor). This worsened our sleep. - Two types of pillows. One of the pillows was really uncomfortable. - The air conditioners in both rooms did not work, the remote displays showed an error. - Quite weak water pressure in the showers. - The girl at the reception could not give us any documents when we checked out. As a result, the hotel, in our opinion, does not correspond to the level of 5 stars. Its level is 4 stars.

Extended my stay for an extra two nights and the staff has fixed the issue of the bidet not working the night before. The hostel staff were extremely kind and helpful qnd did not hesitate to assist or advice with any questions. Thank you for the wonderful service and I truly enjoyed my stay here!

L'hôtel est nettoyé régulièrement et d'une propreté impeccable. Il propose diverses animations quotidiennes, ce qui est très agréable. La proximité d'un distributeur automatique de billets, d'un grand supermarché et d'une excellente boulangerie est très pratique. Un chat y vit et vient parfois se blottir dans le lit.

Le lieu est dans une position très jolie avec une vue étonnante , mais malheureusement je ne pense pas qu'on devrait venir ici, surtout si vous êtes 3 personnes parce qu'il n'y a pas de place pour la troisième personne, donc sur la troisième personne doit dormir sur un canapé non canapé lit !!! Le service client est 0 , le propriétaire m' a insulté à proposer un rabais de 10 € parce qu'un d'entre nous a dû dormir sur le canapé , ils ont également offert un lit doublure qui a été brisé. On nous a également dit que nous devrions nous plaindre parce que nous avons réservé dans trip.com avec un rabais incroyable . Pour le prix à l'intérieur de la maison, la douche n'est pas digne de travailler correctement, la porte ne se ferme pas même correctement. Il semble que les gens qui travaillent là ne s'inquiètent pas beaucoup de tout. Moyenne du petit déjeuner
