Top service from Akjola. We’re group of friends staying in Bishkek, visiting Kyrgyzstan for nature trip. Akjola staffs are very accomodating going extra miles helping with all of our needs. They’re super friendly, speak good English, and very helpful. Shoot out to Malik and Lera from front desk. Will definitely stay again in Akjola next time I am in Bishkek!

Je recommande vivement cette auberge si vous cherchez une chambre partagée ou même une chambre privée. La cuisine est bien équipée, les chambres sont propres et les toilettes, même si elles sont partagées, sont impeccables 👍🏻

Останавливался в отеле на одну ночь после ночного перелета. Заселился в номер очень быстро. Номер оплачивал через сайт Trip.com. рублями тут же на ресепшене , что очень удобно , так как наши карты в Бишкеке не работают. Номер просторный, хороший вид из окна. Из отеля удобно добираться до основых достопримечательностей города. Хочется отметить доброжелательность персонала отеля и достойные завтраки. Я бы порекомендовал данный отель друзьям.

Spacious room and bathroom, ok breakfast, location is a little outside of the central district, good service and cleanliness. Some of the Chinese guests are smoking in the bathroom regardless of the warnings and fines, regardless of the designated balcony on each floor reserved for smokers and a nice patio in front of the hotel. My suggestion to the hotel is to put signs in the Chinese language and to organise a breakfast buffet with more simpler dishes instead of complicated baked cheese-topped combinations.

le centre-ville est confortable, mais très calme; le check-in rapide; les installations 3+ étoiles; certaines des soutettes sont de norme britannique qui pourrait être utile pour certaines personnes; le chauffage central est un peu trop chaud, necessity to open the window from time to time; bed sheets are not changed every 3 days as supposed and the floor could be washed better; gym is the way too small, besides that all good, breakfast is satisfactory

Après 2 nuits dans l hotel, l hotel a annulé à 1h pm ma reservation pour le soir . Il a fallu que je rentre de randonnée plus vite , que je trouve une solution ..et je sorte mes affaires . D apres eux, il n y avait plus de place ...donc il faalait que je parte ...alors que j avais reçu la confirmation de réservation la veille . Ils ont une caution pour cette réservation et ne peuvent pas me la rendre !!! Honteux Il ne devrait plus écrire ” boutique ” hotel mais guesthouse . C est scandaleux !!! Aucun sérieux !!! Je ne parle pas non plus de leur communication ....qui est plus près de 0. A éviter !! Car vous n etes pas czrtain que vos affaires personnelles ne seront pas vidées de la chambre et posées dans le hall ! J ai dù leur repeté 5 fois qu ile ne devaient aucunement entrer et toucher mes affaires. Bref Des débutants alors que le prix payé est celui d un hotel experimenté.

The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the area, and returning each evening felt like coming home. It was the perfect base for my long weekend, offering both relaxation and convenience. I will definitely be returning.
