Hotel is located outside of the city centre. It takes 5 mins by bus and 25 mins by walk to reach the city centre. The bus stop is nearby. Not much food options near the hotel, only there are KFC and a fish and chips shop. The hotel is clean, room is cleaned every day. Breakfast is English style with same menu every day. The breakfast is served from 7 am which is late as we had to catch coach for daytrip which starts from city centre at 7:30. Though I had booked room with breakfast from Trip.com, the receptionist was asking to book the breakfast again as it seems trip.com doesn't share the breakfast booking with hotel. So receptionist asked to show the proof of breakfast booking which was awkward. Other than this minor issues, overall experience was good.

Awful. Initially I was in a double room. Women daily 0540 by loud music which I believe was the kitchen staff starting breakfast preparation. Moved to single room on my final night. The heating on full was the difference between having a cooler box or a freezer. No cable other than power cable for the TV so no reception whatsoever. This was pointed out to the reception desk who told me no maintenance staff were available due to rostering. A coaxial cable would probably resolve the problem. However that was not provided. The staff were polite but had their hands tied on what they could do to resolve the issues. Just an awful experience sadly as the hotel is in a prime position. Polite staff who had to attend to a number of embarrassing complaints from other guests.

InvitéC'est un hôtel avec des avantages et des inconvénients évidents. L'emplacement est génial. La vue est juste après avoir ouvert la porte. Vous ne pouvez pas arrêter de prendre des photos. Le service du petit-déjeuner est également très bon. Les installations de baignade ne sont pas bonnes et j'ai dû prendre une douche froide.

Très grand hôtel. Les plus chers autour aussi, ne vous trouvez pas vraiment quand les gens réservent des hôtels bon marché et se plaignent qu'il n'est pas 5* 😂. Location est étonnante. Le lac est beau. Le personnel est vraiment sympa. Les chambres ont tout ce dont vous avez besoin et sont assez spacieux. La nourriture est vraiment bonne, bien que peu coûteuse mais encore bonne taille.

K T Richard TanStayed here recently when i was touring Scotland. A very nice hotel. Location quite far from Inverness city centre. There is no expressway to and from this hotel at the airport. So the drive can be slow due to the small roads.
The close proximity to the airport does not present any aircraft noise problem. But I could hear my neighbour's hair dryer.
I like the size of the room and the bathroom. Larger than most hotels. I particularly like the walkin shower as my wife and I can't climb in and out of bath tubs.
The breakfast was great even though the variety of choices may not be as large as other Marriott brands of hotels. Fried eggs need to be ordered. The sunnyside up was the best i have eaten.
The staff were all wonderfully friendly and helpful.
You must register your car to avoid being charged. But I am sure with the many talents in the entire Marriott group, I am sure they can think of a better way to manage the parking system without their customers complaining on Internet.
Overall my wife and I enjoyed our stay.

I had a good time here in hotel. The hotel has everything mentioned in it. The room & bathroom was clean and nice. Had powerfull hot water in the shower. Staff were helpful. Very less hotel in this area so it was good one. Food looked like they brought it from outside. It was not that much good. I prefered to eat outside.

Utilisateur anonymeLa chambre était très bien et propre, mais on entendait tous les bruits de la chambre du dessus. À 6 h du matin, une personne en particulier a décidé de faire ses 10 000 pas quotidiens dans sa chambre, et on aurait dit qu'un éléphant marchait. Impossible de dormir, nous avons donc dû nous lever et avons quitté l'hôtel à 7 h 15. Je m'étais plaint la veille, mais comme l'hôtel était complet, je n'avais pas d'autre solution. On m'a dit que c'était à cause de la structure en bois, donc c'était visiblement un problème connu et ils ne devraient pas réserver les deux chambres en même temps.
Il y avait aussi deux chiens derrière la réception, qui était sans personnel, et l'un d'eux a aboyé sans arrêt pendant une heure, pendant notre dîner. Une fois le dîner terminé, ils ont commencé à apporter des céréales pour le petit-déjeuner du lendemain matin, sans les couvrir ; je trouve ça très peu hygiénique.
Les prix des boissons alcoolisées étaient également exorbitants (35,50 £ la bouteille de vin). Bref, une mauvaise expérience que je ne recommande pas.

Ma mère et moi avons séjourné ici pour une nuit, nous voulions quelque chose de spécial et nous avons eu une belle expérience ! L'hôtel est peut-être vieux, mais je me suis sentie partie du charme, surtout parce que vous pouvez prendre un papier au bureau qui vous raconte tout l'histoire de celui-ci (y compris comment Mae West avait une chambre là-bas!).
L'homme de la réception était beau, comme le personnel du bar, et nous avons dormi dans une chambre confortable et bien théâtrée avec une grande salle de bain. The room was spacious enough for 3 people with luggages.
The view from the room was very nice with the lake and mountains. Our room was at ground level so we had direct access from our room to outside which is the lakeside and it was very nice. but keep the doors closed all times after used as it is near the lakeside and ground level. we saw a snake (not poisonous) in the grass outside the room in the early morning.
The foods and drinks at the restaurant was nice although abit pricey.
The view from the restaurant during breakfast in the morning was beautiful.
You can bring swimsuits if u want to use the Hot spring in the hotel. We didn’t get to use but it looked nice.
There is a co-op near the hotel.
The only thing I wish they were better during our stay was the attitude of some staffs. The guy with the bald head was kinda rude to us during breakfast.
