It’s by far the cleanest hotel in all of Ecuador—absolutely spotless in every corner. The entire property is beautifully maintained, quiet, and filled with elegant touches that make it feel both luxurious and welcoming. The staff were outstanding—warm, attentive, and truly professional. They offered excellent local recommendations and always treated me with kindness and care. The location is ideal—tucked in a peaceful part of La Mariscal, just a short walk from Plaza Foch and some of Quito’s best restaurants and shops. My room was quiet, stylish, and very comfortable, with a serene garden view that made me feel instantly relaxed. Breakfast each morning was fresh, generous, and thoughtfully prepared. The entire experience felt safe, polished, and perfectly cared for. If you’re looking for elegance, cleanliness, and world-class service, Hotel Villa Lafayette is simply the best choice in Ecuador. I would return in a heartbeat!

Content de la plateforme du toit, la chambre est petite, la plupart du temps est en plein air. Le personnel de service est très gentil et peut l'anglais. Il est pratique de jouer dans la vieille ville.

Le service et la prise en charge que j'ai reçus des suites de la vieille ville de Quito est le meilleur que j'ai jamais reçu pour tous les hôtels que j'ai séjournés. Mon vol est arrivé à Quito le matin à 6h40, j'ai été à l'hôtel à 7h40, l'agent de la frontière d'hôtel Francisco a pris mes bagages, me donna une corde de puissance pour charger mon téléphone, et même m'a donné un délicieux petit-déjeuner. J'ai senti que j'ai été accueilli dans ma nouvelle maison à Quito. L'hôtel vous offre du lait, du yogurt, du pain, du jus, du fromage, des œufs, du ham, des légumes et des fruits pour vous faire un petit déjeuner ou pour vous faire un petit déjeuner. L'hôtel est très bien situé et vous pourrez aller à l'ancienne ville.

I stayed at ibis Hotel Quito for a three nights and really enjoyed my time there. The hotel is clean, modern, and in a super convenient location — close to restaurants, shops, and easy access to main attractions around the city. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions or give local tips. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed — comfy bed, good Wi-Fi, and hot shower (which I really appreciated after a long day out!). Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, and the coffee was great too. The hotel also felt very safe, which made my stay even more relaxing. Overall, it was a great experience — simple, comfortable, and excellent value for money. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Quito

Very higj standard hotel next to Quito airport. You need a shuttle to get to the hotel from the airport but the hotel runs a shuttle service round the clock. The staff were very professional and the facilities were great. Wish we could have stayed longer :)

Très satisfait de l'hôtel. À partir de Galapagos à Kido, il est très heureux de rentrer ici. Mingdo est une forêt de pluie de classe mondiale, qui prend des oiseaux dans le pays saint. Alors, choisissez sa maison et évaluez le nom en ligne. Clean, limpide, pleine d'installations, l'environnement est magnifique. On peut prendre des oiseaux sur la balcone. Nous avons choisi de dîner chez lui, deux petits oiseaux sont très techniques et le prix est raisonnable. Angel Jiangko a pris l'initiative de nous aider à emmener nos bagages dans la chambre de haut et nous aidera à présenter les professionnels qui font des oiseaux très puissants. Nous avons pris des oiseaux coroners et des oiseaux géants. Et des oiseaux. Très chanceux.

L'hôtel est vraiment étonnant. Une chose manque est la télévision sans YouTube ou Netflix options

The facilities at this hotel are somewhat outdated, and the decor feels a bit old-fashioned. It would be great to see some modernization in these areas. That said, the view from the upper floors is fantastic and definitely a highlight of the stay. Additionally, the breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety and tasty options. Overall, the experience was pleasant, but upgrading the facilities and decor would significantly improve the stay.

Хороший отель, очень большой номер, душ и джакузи, приносят воду, кофе, дали адаптер для розетки. Фен был перемотан изолентой, правда. В ванной был и шампунь, и кондиционер, ещё пена для ванной. Но не было тапочек, халатов. Полотенец маловато почему-то, они небольшие, но в целом хватало, каждый день меняли. Их ресторан (в отеле) не советую: пицца ещё более-менее, а суп и паста вообще не понравилось, ещё и плохо после было. Лучше посмотреть ближайшие заведения с хорошим рейтингом и пойти туда. Завтрак пойдет, не самый разнообразный, но голодными не останетесь.

Good customer service. My single occupancy room wasn't huge, but it was big wrought and had a big windows that could open for fresh air. HOT WATER in the sinks and showers (thank heavens!). The wifi was slow, but it worked well enough. The front desk is 24/7. The location is also good with many shops, restaurants, grocery stores, public transport stops, ATMs, and more around. I'd stay here again.
