The shuttle driver to the airport was the highlight of this stay, which, as a Sheraton, should not be the expectation. The desk staff were pleasant enough, but when leaving the lobby to cross the driveway to the second building where the room was located, we saw the most ridiculous situation I have ever encountered at a hotel or even MOTEL. The entry was a split level, ten or so steps up or down without any ramp or elevator. Seeing as the clerk saw we were traveling internationally and had three massive and heavy suitcases, placement in that location was inconvenient at best. If I had not had my son present, there is no way that I could have lifted the luggage to arrive at the room. This does not even take into account someone with mobility concerns. The restaurant staff were courteous enough, but prices were insanely elevated. Vending machines were scarce and had different offerings in the main building and the satellite building. For example, my building had empty snack machines and the main building had soda machines and ice machines with no prices noted, and when a card was used, the soda was 4.00. All in all, would NOT recommend whatsoever. The poorest Sheraton I have ever stayed at. Unfortunately, I had told my family that Sheraton was considered a good hotel chain. No longer true if this is a representation. Sewage leaking in the parking garage with caution tape all around was just icing on the cake.

Booking was easy, the room was great, and the price was just right for the area. Will certainly book through this site again!

Greatly priced, very affordable quiet 🤫 hotel right off the highway, tucked away behind the busy interstate. This place is so peaceful and enjoyable and the staff are so friendly and attentive as well. Rooms are luxurious for the price and the beds are. Very comfortable. Five Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

L'hôtel dispose d'un service de navettes complimentaires qui fonctionne à partir de l'aéroport Ronald Reagan qui était confortable. Starbucks aller au magasin au lobby qui est confortable pour prendre un café! La chambre était confortable et spacieuse mais un peu datée.

L'hôtel est juste à côté du Pentagon, le balcon peut être vu et le monument peut être éloigné. Le hall a Starbucks. Les installations sont plus anciennes et la plupart des personnes qui voyagent dans le Pentagon sentent qu'elles séjournent.

Nice hotel, which is newly opened in August, 2025. Obviously very clean. I stayed for two nights. The view towards the Downtown DC and the Potomac river was exceptional. The location was great - very walkable to the Rosslyn station. One short fall was the front desk. I think as it is new, the employee lacked professionalism or may lack training. Approximately 3:55 am in the first night, the hotel suddenly charged my credit card, which was previously used for deposit when checking in. It was really distressing to be awaken in the middle of the night for a large amount of unauthorized transaction. As worried for a potential fraudulent use, I wasn't able to sleep back. Early next morning, I made a inquiry to the front gently but the employee simply replied that was a system error in a very indifferent manner. The response of just treating it as if it isn't anything and later to be released anyway was disproportionate its facility. I think that there is room for further improvement on the hotel' transaction system or service quality.

This location is conveniently located right off the interstate. The room is about what you would expect for a budget hotel except it is in need of serious upgrades. There was a huge hole in the wall of our room and numerous things needed to be fixed and repaired (cosmetic). The bed was clean and comfortable except for the pillows which were too bulky to sleep on. I used a towel for a pillow. Also there was a very loud vehicle running outside (sounded like a generator) until midnight. Not that this is the hotel’s fault but just shows the type of clientele. There weren’t very many vehicles there when we stayed. There are 3 other hotels in the same area (Wyngate, Comfort Inn, and one other that I can’t remember.)

Le prix de l'hôtel est très élevé pour la cérémonie de diplôme de son fils. 1500 yuan par nuit, il a séjourné deux nuits. L'environnement extérieur est bon, la chambre est généralement sans service, la nuit est pratiquement sans service. Le Wi-Fi n'est pas très utile, la réunion d'ouverture de la séance d'information, l'effet est très mauvais. Le petit déjeuner contient des œufs à coucher, des bacons, du pain, des fruits

La chambre est bien hygiénique, mais le stationnement nécessite encore 22 dollars. L'app n'a pas indiqué, il n'y a pas de réfrigérateur, il y a un micro-ondes, le lit est 1.8 mètres, le rapport coût-efficacité est bon.

Les toilettes sont relativement petites et l'hôtel est très récent. Vous devez demander de l'eau à la réception et vous devez prendre un taxi pour le centre-ville. Mais le prix est correct et proche de l'aéroport.
