« I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily rate it 4.5 out of 5. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with any requests.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essential amenities provided. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax.
The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and transport links. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good variety of options, although there is still a bit of room for improvement in terms of selection.
The only minor downside was that some facilities felt slightly dated, but this didn’t significantly impact my overall experience.
Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. With a few small improvements, it could easily be a perfect 5-star experience. »

InvitéIt was a lovely hotel very clean rooms, comfy bed.
However remember to book your breakfast the night before otherwise it cost £17 per person instead of £14 ( was a bit of a kick in the teeth) buffet style breakfast so food wasn’t particularly hot and we were waiting around for lots of items to be replenished even though it wasn’t to busy.
Big queue for the coffee machine as one was broken so only one working.
Upon check out don’t forget to enter your car Reg if you had parked in the Docklands car park where you get a discount.
All in all a pleasant stay in a great location

InvitéGood front office team and very helpful throughout my stay.
I accidentally left my suit behind, and I hope they will kindly arrange to send it back, as I have already organised the postage.
Overall, a really good team. A special mention to the chef in the kitchen, who clearly enjoys looking after guests and making sure everyone is well fed.
Great service and a lovely team.

Ms.MeeraI loved staying at Quebecs, I was here for a solo trip and only stayed for one night. Its very boutique, staff at the reception were lovely and professional, explained everything that I needed to know. My room was very spacious and comfortable. Will definitely be booking here again, maybe more than one night next time!

I prefer staying on the higher floors of the hotel, as the facilities there are newer and more comfortable. However, during my recent three-week stay, the waffle maker was broken. I used to enjoy making waffles for breakfast during previous stays, but it was unavailable this time.
I hope the breakfast quality can be maintained at the same level as my stays in September and October 2024, when there were many options available. The variety and quality of the breakfast have always been a bonus and one of the main reasons I choose this hotel.

I made the reservation at 12-07 arriving at about 3-15 - 3-30 and had requested an extra blanket but was told this was not possible because I had made the booking late and reception did not have any!! These are woodland cabins and I should have thought this would have been a common request and extra blankets readily available.
The cabin was heated by a movable electric heater that took hours to warm the cabin.
The doors closed with difficulty possibly because of repeated painting and there was paint over the metal handles. The outer door did not close from teh inside. There was no where to sit in the cabin and no free surface to set things as the only suitable surface, a desk, had a free standing TV on it. There was a wardrobe but it smelt fusty.
The food was good but the service was slow because the restaurant seemed understaffed with teh barman helping as a waiter.
The setting is beautiful and the staff are very pleasant. There is ample tea and coffee in teh room and a kettle.

The hotel it's self was brilliant and the location was fab . Got late check out witch again was great but the cleaning was not great BUT I did talk to the lady in the morning and she asked for the photos and flagged it straight away. This lady was fantastic but didn't get her name .
The bed sheets where ALL inside out and the bottom sheet was not big enough so there was a 4” gap at the top of the bed witch was mattress protecter, this had a dirty mark on it that looked like blood .
The whole room was dusty and the spoons for the cups where dirty and it looked like it had not been hooved . I didn't want to course a fuss as me and my daughter had a brilliant night and I didn't want to spoil it .
It was flagged with management so I'm hoping they get in touch with me regarding this situation as obviously I did pay for a clean room .

InvitéL' hôtel décent n' est pas un spectacle , certaines chambres offrent l' accès au tube de bain , mais la plupart d' elles ont les douches permanentes qu' elles peuvent vous attribuer toute chambre car elles m' ont donné un tube de bain et sur le prochain séjour l' autre .

Nous sommes arrivés par train, il était donc essentiel que c'était littéralement quelques minutes à pied de la gare et c'était au centre-ville qui était idéal pour nous.
Le restaurant Gino D'Acampa était de bonne qualité à un prix raisonnable.
La chambre était spacieuse et calme.
Le personnel est au moins en contact avec le personnel, mais où nous avons interagi, ils étaient agréables, polis et utiles.
