Reste pour mon voyage d'affaires. Les hôtels sont stratégiquement situés et facilement accessibles au Train et au restaurant. En termes de chambre vraiment bon pour les voyages d'affaires. Le service de la chambre est très mauvais. Pas de réponse au téléphone. Ils ont désormais dénoncé l'appel, surtout pour les questions sur le bureau frontal et pour les services de la chambre.

La location est excellente, avec un salaire sur le parking de voitures à l'opposé. 10 minutes à pied de la gare et du centre-ville. Les chambres ne sont pas massives mais assez grandes et les douches sont puissantes !

From the moment I arrived until the second I left I felt truly taken care of. The staff were incredibly friendly the room was spotless The bed was unbelievably comfortable. Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations. This was hands down one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I can’t wait to come back. Highly highly recommend. One drawback of this hotel is that there is no free Wi-Fi. However, the room is a good size and very clean. There was no hairdryer provided, but overall, the room was comfortable and well maintained.

Customer services was up to par, and the location of the hotel was honestly pretty wonderful-but the lack of amenities made the hotel nights kind of frustrating. This leads to the most prominent issue- the lack of a fridge; which in my opinion should be a common staple across all hotels. So although in I would still recommend this hotel to other tourists a fridge across all rooms is extremely recommended so guests could store a diverse choice of food and drinks that they desire.

I prefer staying on the higher floors of the hotel, as the facilities there are newer and more comfortable. However, during my recent three-week stay, the waffle maker was broken. I used to enjoy making waffles for breakfast during previous stays, but it was unavailable this time. I hope the breakfast quality can be maintained at the same level as my stays in September and October 2024, when there were many options available. The variety and quality of the breakfast have always been a bonus and one of the main reasons I choose this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, with a Co‑op supermarket just a short walk away. The property feels quite new, and the facilities are all in great condition. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. Although the housekeeping wasn’t particularly thorough, it was acceptable overall. I would still highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning to spend time exploring Leeds.

We used this hotel as we were travelling to visit the university site @ beckett for my old child. The staff were all lovely and welcoming. The only thing that let the site down was the parking as after a period time they don’t have a massive area. If you wanted to visit the city centre get a local taxis and leave the car behide.
