Room was very hot with no air con so none of my business colleagues got much sleep/ rest. A small fan in the room didn't do a lot. Staff weren't the most helpful or clear. We booked a spa hotel so our team could relax in the morning and get a jacuzzi following a long work day the day before. The hotel then told us we had to pay an extra £30 to use the spa as we had booked through trip.com and not direct (which would've been free spa access). It just felt like we were being charged the commission they have to pay booking playforms. Overall I wouldn't book the hotel as we came away unrested and not relaxed. Hotel looked nice, but a bit dated overall.

Staffs are helpful. Hotel room is clean and spacious.

Il est très difficile de s'y rendre sans voiture. Il a fallu environ une heure de marche depuis la gare de Bath. Le paysage était magnifique, mais la marche était difficile à cause de la pluie et de la nuit tombée. La literie, la propreté et l'eau courante étaient bonnes. Je me suis réveillé le matin et je suis allé au restaurant. La vue était belle et la nourriture était bonne. Le personnel était sympathique et j'ai passé un bon moment dans une chambre petite mais propre. Le matin, la vue était belle, alors j'ai longé la rivière jusqu'aux thermes romains. Le chant des oiseaux et de l'eau, ainsi que le magnifique environnement naturel, étaient merveilleux. C'était vraiment agréable.

Good hotel with good clean rooms. The decor can be improved when you compare it other with 4+ star hotels however this is fully compensated by the pool and wellness facilities available which are not offered by a number of other hotels in the area. It is well situated for visitors who want to visit cotsworld and other nearby towns which are mostly within 1 hour drive. The rates are very reasonable and offer good value for money.

J'ai réservé une chambre familiale et le lit de canapé n'était pas prêt. Quand j'ai essayé d'ouvrir, j'ai trouvé que le lit de canapé était cassé.Nous avons été déplacés vers une seconde chambre qui était aussi cassé et finis sur le haut du sol qui était très chaud et la climatisation n'a pas fonctionné et finis par avoir à emprunter un fan pour dormir. Il n'y a que cinq ou six parkings, qui sont partagés avec d'autres hôtels, mais il y a un autre parking en plein air à deux minutes à pied.Le petit déjeuner était très limité et ne dispose pas de fourchettes suffisantes, J'ai dû partager un fourchette avec mon enfant. Le temps d'attente pour l'ascenseur est très long. La seule chose de bonne était l'attitude du personnel de la table frontale, qui étaient toujours là pour aider avec des problèmes.

Le salon est très confortable, et le salon est très confortable. Le petit déjeuner était terrible et ne vaut pas la peine de 16 livres par personne que vous payeriez autrement. Ils ont eu une grande tour de groupes dans cette situation particulière et le jour où ils étaient des invités italiens et il était juste chaotique.

Our stay at this hotel left us feeling a bit underwhelmed. While I wouldn't go so far as to say avoid it entirely, I can't recommend it or see myself returning. The room, advertised as having a king-size bed, disappointingly turned out to be a double. Despite the hotel's emphasis on green choices, the room was unbearably warm upon arrival. We had to open both the windows and the door just to cool it down. This lack of basic comfort seemed counterintuitive to their eco-conscious branding. Furthermore, small but crucial amenities were absent, such as a hairdryer, and some lights weren't working. The absence of an in-room phone meant there was no easy way to request these missing items, adding to the overall inconvenience. The breakfast experience was equally disappointing. The so-called buffet consisted of a small, albeit pleasant, continental breakfast. However, being asked immediately upon arrival if we'd like to pay an additional £10 for a cooked breakfast made the setup feel misleading. At £14.50, the continental breakfast alone did not feel like good value.  The restaurant also had a notice about a £2.50 charge for menu amendments. While I understand the principle of upcharges, this particular policy felt excessive and off-putting. These issues were compounded by a lack of personal touches that form the foundation of good customer service. No one asked at checkout or during breakfast how our stay had been, a small but impactful gesture that could have mitigated some of our disappointments. In hindsight, I feel I overpaid by about 20-30% compared to the value I received. Knowing what I do now, I likely wouldn't have chosen this hotel for our stay.

Tout ce que nous avons demandé - vous pouvez garder un peu de notre nourriture au réfrigérateur oui. Nous pouvons avoir un bowling pour nos propres céréales, oui, nous pouvons avoir un linge supplémentaire oui, nous pouvons avoir de l'eau froide oui. Tout le monde a un sourire. Le gestionnaire Vishal Chib et le récepteur Kyi Kyi étaient tout simplement excellents.

Great overnight stay at the Swindon Holiday Inn.   Room was fresh and fully stocked for tea and coffee.  Shower was great.  Breakfast was well laid out, although mushrooms and a choice of egg styles / pastries could have tipped the balance to match a Premier Inn.   Staff on reception, breakfast and room housekeeping were so friendly and helpful.  The value for money was excellent.

Our stay may have been coloured by the rainy weather because in sunnier times the views from the Leigh Park Hotel would have been even better. The train station to Bath from Bradford upon Avon is very walkable but it is downhill from the hotel (some very steep bits) nearly all the way and after a busy day in Bath we elected to get a taxi back the walk back up that hill would have put a downer on the day (and I normally do 4 mile runs twice a week, so I am pretty fit!) The room we had was really big, as was the bathroom. The shower was really powerful and got warm almost immediately. The staff were really friendly and the the ambience of the hotel was classy. The breakfast area looking out over the grounds was really nice and I'd definitely like to sit there and enjoy a drink on a summer's evening. I managed to charge my electric car with the type 2 charging station. Unfortunately, it only delivered 7 kW so I only managed a small top up. The hotel breakfast was self service but the containers that were holding the food failed to keep it particularly warm. That is something that could be improved. Also the breakfast choice could have been a little wider (e.g. no tomatoes were offered as part of the English Breakfast). Having said that the breakfast tasted good. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would consider visiting again.
