Clean room, good location (connected to mall), great breakfast, friendly staff I had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Surabaya, Pakuwon Indah. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent, as it’s directly connected to Pakuwon Mall — very convenient for shopping, dining, and entertainment without even having to step outside. The breakfast was great, offering a wide variety of delicious and fresh choices. Most of all, the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Surabaya!

Pretty nice apartment set up , very convenience. It’s located across one of the biggest mall in Surabaya , can’t complaint. One of the downside is they don’t offer slippers, the bathrooms have strong sewage smell , other than that it’s very nice.

Service amical, chambres avec vue agréable. La cuisine du Skydome est délicieuse compte tenu du prix et du service. Malheureusement, le petit-déjeuner est décevant. Le choix est moindre que lors de notre dernière visite. Le plus décevant est la saleté, la présence de mouches et, à deux reprises, de petits cafards ont été trouvés près des plats. Malgré mon signalement au personnel, ils n'ont pas réussi à les attraper, et les insectes étaient toujours là. De plus, de la glace est en vente au milieu de la salle de petit-déjeuner ; il est très contraire à l'éthique de vouloir en vendre dans une salle payante. Existe-t-il vraiment un hôtel qui vend de la glace dans cette salle ? Les conditions de petit-déjeuner ne sont pas adaptées à un hôtel 5 étoiles.

J'ai initialement réservé une des chambres rénovées et il y a un peu de fiasco le premier jour où je suis revenu à la chambre qu'il a récupéré de l'égout brut, presque comme une tuyauté qu'il a explosé, Et j'ai immédiatement appelé le gardien-four qui a pulvérisé mais dit qu'ils me déplaceraient dans une suite différente, qui est celle des photos. Cependant, la suite rénovée semble être rénovée dans les années 1990, l'autre suite étant beaucoup plus belle et plus moderne. Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable. I’ll be at a little quiet and overall it’s a great location if you want to go out to different sites or if you just want to cruise the mall or do some quick shopping 

I think this is a value for money stay. I love the room and hotel location. The room is excellent with bathtub at this price. Service is generally good and acceptable. The room when we first enter has some aircon leaking, but was quickly changed to another room. Breakfast is a good variety though there was quite a number of flies at the fruits section. I think it's around a 5 to 10 minutes walk to the mall. Would be good if they could include some floats for the swimming pool.

Had a good times. The staff from the doorman, receptionist, F&B are all the BEST TEAM! Oreo, Tia ,Rozzaq to name a few and many more names which I cant recall ( an old lady - forgot to jotted down their name🤭) . They are friendly, helpful, courteous and their smiles are very contagious 😁. Keep up the good work, guys!

Staying at Shangri-La Surabaya was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was warm and professional — every staff member went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and well taken care of. The room was spacious, clean, and elegantly furnished with a perfect balance of comfort and luxury. I especially appreciated the plush bedding and thoughtful amenities. The view from the room was also a plus, offering a peaceful cityscape that felt relaxing after a long day. Breakfast was a highlight — the variety was impressive, from local Indonesian favorites to Western and Asian dishes. The pool area and lush garden surroundings made it easy to forget you were in the middle of a busy city. Location-wise, it's conveniently close to malls, restaurants, and main roads, yet the hotel itself feels like a serene escape. Would definitely recommend Shangri-La Surabaya to anyone looking for a five-star experience with genuine hospitality.

Over the top ID, love the art pieces every where in the hotel. Room is spacious. Classy. Amenities are basics. View is alright. Bed was comfy, high, pillows were great. Breakfast spread was meh..limited too. But I was mostly disappointed cause I asked for coffee twice and after 20 minutes of waiting time, I didn't end up getting anything and left for work. I wouldn't make a big deal out of it, but I was waiting to use coffee machine, one of the waitresses said she was going to help me. So I could sit. Waited 10 minutes. Nothing, Stood back up, same shizzs. I prefer Tunjungan Plaza area cause I can walk outside at the old city.

Towels looks a bit dull. Coffee machine can’t use. The shower head stand already broken. We can’t use the shower without holding because always fall down. Unfortunately the house keeping when make up the room didn’t ask the man to fix it instead just propped up the head shower. I think it will continue broken until there are guests who complain. Others are okay, breakfast very satisfactory.

Notre séjour au DoubleTree by Hilton Surabaya a été tout simplement exceptionnel. Différents membres du personnel nous connaissaient par notre nom lors de nos visites, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir véritablement appréciés et comme chez nous. Un grand merci à Adi et Sophia, qui ont tout mis en œuvre pour que notre séjour soit confortable et inoubliable. Leur attention, leur chaleur et leur professionnalisme ont fait toute la différence, et nous apprécions sincèrement leurs efforts. Le petit-déjeuner était exceptionnel, proposant une grande variété de plats délicieux et joliment présentés. Chaque détail était soigneusement préparé, ce qui en a fait un moment fort de notre séjour. Nous avons également adoré le club enfants, qui proposait des activités bien pensées pour les divertir. Il était évident que tout avait été pensé pour en faire un espace ludique et stimulant pour les familles. Le service dans tout l'hôtel était irréprochable, reflétant les standards élevés du DoubleTree by Hilton. Chaque interaction a été accueillie avec chaleur et une réelle disponibilité. Si nous retournons à Surabaya, le DoubleTree by Hilton sera sans aucun doute notre premier choix. Je le recommande vivement !
