La chambre est assez spacieuse et offre une superbe vue sur la ville. La Smart TV est disponible, mais elle ne propose que YouTube et Netflix, sans autres options de streaming. L'intérieur aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement, car le papier peint présente des signes d'usure. La salle de bain mériterait également un nettoyage plus approfondi ; l'eau du bain était jaunâtre, ce qui était désagréable. Le petit-déjeuner offre un large choix, mais le goût était globalement moyen.

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again it exceeded our expectations in the best possible way. We arrived shortly after 12pm, fully prepared to leave our bags and wander around until the standard 3pm check-in time. To our pleasant surprise, the team offered us an early check-in without hesitation — a gesture that felt like an unexpected upgrade to our entire day. It’s the little things that truly make a big difference. We stayed in a Standard Deluxe room, and it was more than spacious enough for the both of us. Comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, it provided exactly the kind of restful environment we needed. It’s always a good sign when you enter the room and immediately feel like you can take a nap without questioning your life choices. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The spread was impressive, offering a good mix of local dishes, international options, and even Japanese selections. From savoury bites to sweet treats, there was something for every mood and every appetite. If breakfast is the “make or break” of a hotel stay, then this hotel definitely understood the assignment. I would also like to give a special mention to Rusli at the reception. His warm hospitality and professionalism helped set the tone for our stay right from the moment we stepped in. Another heartfelt shout-out goes to Igrima from the restaurant. Although she is still a trainee, her dedication, attentiveness, and genuine passion for service shone through clearly. She handled her duties with the confidence of someone who has worked in the industry for years — a true rising star in the team. Overall, our stay was memorable, comfortable, and pleasantly seamless. With consistent service and thoughtful touches like these, I’m confident that our third stay is not just likely — it’s inevitable. We’ll definitely be back again!

Notre deuxième séjour à Platinum Hotel Tunjungan a été une fois de plus une expérience agréable. Le petit déjeuner était agréable avec une grande variété d'options. Le clocher était également très utile et attentif tout au long de notre séjour. Il y a quelques domaines qui pourraient être améliorés. Mais nous aimé vraiment les pillows ils étaient extrêmement confortables et faisaient notre sommeil très reposé. Globalement, nous avons eu un grand séjour et nous envisagerions de revenir.

L'emplacement est très pratique. La réceptionniste, Apreriya, est aimable et serviable. La chambre était confortable et propre, mais il n'y avait ni chaussons ni sèche-cheveux. J'y ai passé un agréable moment de repos avant de poursuivre mon voyage. Dommage que la piscine soit fermée pour rénovation jusqu'au 25 août.

Notre séjour au DoubleTree by Hilton Surabaya a été tout simplement exceptionnel. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis, et ce qui nous a le plus marqués, c'est leur service véritablement personnalisé. Différents membres du personnel nous connaissaient par notre nom lors de nos visites, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir véritablement appréciés et comme chez nous. Un grand merci à Adi et Sophia, qui ont tout mis en œuvre pour que notre séjour soit confortable et inoubliable. Leur attention, leur chaleur et leur professionnalisme ont fait toute la différence, et nous apprécions sincèrement leurs efforts. Le petit-déjeuner était exceptionnel, proposant une grande variété de plats délicieux et joliment présentés. Chaque détail était soigneusement préparé, ce qui en a fait un moment fort de notre séjour. Nous avons également adoré le club enfants, qui proposait des activités bien pensées pour les divertir. Il était évident que tout avait été pensé pour en faire un espace ludique et stimulant pour les familles. Le service dans tout l'hôtel était irréprochable, reflétant les standards élevés du DoubleTree by Hilton. Chaque interaction a été accueillie avec chaleur et une réelle disponibilité. Si nous retournons à Surabaya, le DoubleTree by Hilton sera sans aucun doute notre premier choix. Je le recommande vivement !

La chambre était propre et parfumée. La chambre était spacieuse. Des collations étaient offertes. Cependant, il n'y avait pas de prises électriques dans les toilettes ni près du miroir. Donc, pour utiliser le sèche-cheveux, il fallait être près du lit. Le bruit de la moto dans la chambre était audible, ce qui était un peu bruyant. Équipements complets.

Great solid property and performance all round.. what a great short stay we had.. from the elegant lobby and lounge area through to the beautiful spacious room with lovely views over Surabaya. Exceptionally clean with every quality amenity on offer in room and within hotel confines. The room was peacefully quiet, with a soft comforting bed. Pool and recreational area was set amongst manicured palm trees and gorgeous gardens. The pool was one of the best balanced PH levels I’ve ever swam in. Nice comfortable lounges and ample seating around with some seats submerged along in pool. The refined service level at this hotel is a solid 10/10 from reception/concierge/ room attendants and especially in Pavilion Restaurant. The quality, presentation and variety of food is outstanding at breakfast. Thank you graciously for making our special occasion so welcoming with the beautifully adorable presentation on the bed, lovely celebration cake offered along with the very personal attention from the Sous Chef and charming restaurant staff at Pavilion. Special shoutout to Restaurant ambassador Wachid whom personally escorted our plated celebratory cake to our room. Reception and concierge service was also exceptional, graciously assisting us with our missing luggage wheel dilemma. JW Marriott and all involved.. till we meet again.. Terih Makasih 🙏🏻

This is my second stay at Batiqa. I’d like to share a balanced review for fellow travelers. Pros: Great City View: Staying in Room 809 was a treat because of the city view. It’s a much better experience compared to Room 910, which unfortunately only faces the wall of another building. If you prefer a view, try to request a room on the side that faces the city. Cons: Technical Maintenance: I noticed some issues in Room 809 that weren't present in 910. The shower door doesn't close properly, the water pressure is quite weak, and the hot water isn't hot enough (I had to turn the lever fully to the left just to get a decent temperature). Privacy Disturbance: A bit disappointed with the unsolicited promotional calls. Both during my first and second stays, the hotel staff called the room around 18:00 WIB to offer massage or restaurant services. This is quite intrusive when you're trying to rest after a long day. Verdict: The hotel is decent, but they really need to improve their room maintenance and stop the promotional calls to ensure guest privacy. If you stay here, Room 809 has the view, but check the bathroom fixtures immediately.

Hotel staff not so warm and friendly. Some do not understand basic english. I was left standing for no reason. Only when i asked what am i waiting for, someone “jumped” in and served me. Room was ok. Comfy bed. I slept well. But towels are were old with frayed ends. Gross. Location is less than 10 mins to Tunjungan Plaza, a popular mall. Traffic is mad so crossing the road is challenging. No bottled water but rooms have pitchers to fill up water from Dispensers outside rooms. Good initiative.
