Quand j'ai quitté la porte, j'ai laissé la tasse à la table de l'halle, je suis revenue, j'ai demandé à la réception de vérifier la surveillance. Je n'ai pas pris la tasse de la porte de la chambre, mais je ne me suis pas montré la surveillance de la porte, ni en mentant ni en ne comprenant pas.

Excellent choice, fresh & trendy. Amazing view both from our room, roof top breakfast/bar area (mornings & evenings) also great view from hot tub & spa floor.

The hotel was so quiet and so clean. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was tasty and good value. It’s located next to a big shopping centre and you can walk through there to the metro. It’s a few stops from all the main sites with the benefit of the peace and quiet. Would highly recommend

La ville est très bien située dans le quartier de la province, qui est un quartier de grande envergure. L'hôtel est moderne et les chambres sont confortables, mais ne sont pas à la norme d'une 5 étoiles, ou certainement ce que la norme internationale pour cela signifierait .

AAna BalcarThe Hotel was a positive experience for me and my family. I lived the suite offered for 3 people. Separated areas and 2 bathrooms to accommodate better, if you come with more than one child. Good for enjoy, but not so much if you want to eat there… Chefs looks like only apprentices working there, and not everything is on the menu. The staff was 50/50 nice, the two small incidents that we had, One was mostly with a young male receptionist that works during the day until the evening time, one time I forgot my keycard and I went nicely to him to ask for another one, and well, he gave me the keycard without not even looking me to my face, or saying something to me, but instead he kept talking with his co-worker, he didn’t even gave me some eye contact! Just extended the card and give it to me…which for me was a gesture of bad attitude without me knowing why he was having a contemptuous treatment against a female guest of the hotel! Lol it was a little irrespective in my opinion. The funny second incident was that we called early like afternoon time at the reception for 2 toothbrushes… well, at midnight when we were sleeping, someone knocked on the door bringing the toothbrushes that we had to get by our own, cuz it took hours for the hotel service to deliver them at the door at time!! So We decided to buy them in the nearest pharmacy from the hotel. But it was just testing the service to see How long would they take to get the damn toothbrushes at time?? Lol Lol Anyway… But don’t worry, I would come back and enjoy the hotel still… I think, That the admin should train better their staff to provide more highly customer service for all guests 👍🏼 My son was very happy enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi. Fine, Anything for my boy :)

IInvitéThe facility was very nice and extremely well kept. The staff was attentive and helpful as needed. The room was a little small but not cramped. The included breakfast was always good. They say they have a restaurant, but if you want extra meals, you must negotiate a price, and you pretty much get what they are cooking for the meal, and not have a menu with pricing. The food was very good and the staff was attentive. The security for the facility was very good, as the entrance gate was always locked.
The website photos are accurate.
Luiz was my contact and he was great. We became friends. They even grow their own fruits and vegetables on the ranch.
My only criticism was my computer told me their security for their WiFi was out of date, and needs to be upgraded to the current version. At times the connection was a bit spotty in the room, but overall good.
Overall my stay was very nice. The access to the airport was excellent and the staff was very accommodating to arrange transportation to the airport at a reasonable price. Beware the taxi sharks you encounter at the airport upon your arrival.

IInvitéL'hôtel est très bon, l'hygiène propre, le petit déjeuner est divers, le petit déjeuner est particulièrement situé au sommet du bâtiment, très élégant, vous pouvez visiter toute la ville, voyage d'affaires est absolument le meilleur choix, prix et gens. Très bien, je vais rester la prochaine fois.

IInvitéVery well appointed aparthotel with almost everything needed for a comfortable stay. Checking in was easy. They could not accommodate early check in but held bags until my apartment was ready. Very spacious and clean apartment with kitchenette, living space, bedroom, large bathroom and closet. The bed and pillows were very firm, could have been a little more softer. No cutlery provided in the kitchen. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with mostly paid bar items. The walk in shower only has a rain head attachment and not a handheld device which I did not find convenient. Most of the staff were very nice. The rooftop bar and pool area were cosy. Easy to get an uber to and from the Medellin hotspots. Overall, I had a good stay but a few things could be improved for an extra comfortable luxury experience. For the price, it was just okay value considering breakfast was not included.

AAleja_8888La situation est excellente, exactement au milieu de tout, à pied distance d'obtenir le métro, de nombreux restaurants près, à 10 minutes à pied à Provenza, facile à atteindre un grand supermarché où vous pouvez trouver tout ce dont vous avez besoin, y compris les vêtements de Colombien - Brands.
Ils sont très bons à vous aider avec tout ce que vous avez besoin.
Le personnel est si amical et utile, nous n'avons pas une carte de métro et ils nous empruntent pour nous utiliser tout le temps que nous étions à l'hôtel. Ils nous ont expliqué où aller, horaires, etc., où ils ont une carte de métro facile sur le mur, que vous pouvez juste voir tous les endroits à visiter à Medellín.
Le lieu est très propre.
Je suis très heureuse et nous y reviendrons quand nous reviendrons à Medellin.

SSarahUn beau nouveau hôtel à El Poblado. Un taxi à courte distance de la folie qui est Provenza. Le 3ème étage est fantastique avec la piscine hydrothérapie et la sauna infrarouge. Il y a aussi une salle d'écoute et de yoga.
Le personnel était si attentif et vraiment chaud.
Un café merveilleux.
Ils ont été insensés avec l'option de petit déjeuner.
J'ai apprécié le shakshuka et le benny.
J'avais aussi fait mon lavage et ils ont dit qu'il était prêt pour le lendemain, mais il a été fait le même jour.
Restez ici ! !

IInvitéThe service was warm and efficient, and they checked me in quickly before showing me to the room and taking the time to explain how everything in the room worked. The location is excellent if you are looking to explore the lively area nearby, so that was a big plus for me. It is near public transport as well, so overall I would say it is in a very convenient location. Beware of the rooftop bar if you are trying to get to sleep early, so I would suggest asking for a room on a lower floor if you want a really good night's sleep.

IInvitéDerrière l'hôtel est un grand magasin. L'hôtel sort à gauche et tourne vers le haut, un petit parc, beaucoup de familles jouent avec des enfants et des animaux de compagnie le week-end, et une scène chaude. Tout au long de la route du parc, vous pouvez arriver au magasin en quelques minutes.
Un petit supermarché à côté de l'hôtel, avec un chien chaud et un hamburger de viande bovine vendus, a un goût très bon, avec une tasse de Coca-Cola, délicieux!
Il faut noter que la chambre du premier étage est un peu froide, la nuit est un peu froide, les coussins sont un peu froids, et les amis froids craignent qu'ils demandent plus de coussins.
