Le grand Mercure a été le moment idéal pour nous. La chambre est très propre et confortable, et la température de la chambre est facile à régler Ma chambre est sur regarder l'océan et les collines Le matin, je vois les gens locaux qui courent en voiture libres. Toutes les installations sont de bons produits et fonctionnent bien. Nous avons également apprécié le temps de danser et de nager sur le côté de la piscine. Le petit déjeuner était riche et goûté bien avec beaucoup de mes snacks locaux. Je suis si heureuse , parce que je suis allé jusqu'à Jakarta et que j'ai été fatigué et il m'a permis de parquer près de la lobby qui est très bien. La chambre avec un paysage double est excellente. La chambre est haute, large et confortable et propre, et le lit est très confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est délicieux et le dîner est délicieux. C'est un hôtel que je veux revoir.

Near mall, every easy to access. But some function in room can't use like telephone to call to reception. And not fill lotion in bathroom. Even that everything is fine

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was also convenient, and the check-in process was smooth. However, the cleanliness could be improved. Some areas of the room were not as clean as expected, so I hope the hotel can pay more attention to housekeeping and overall cleanliness. Overall, it was a decent stay, but improving the cleanliness would make the experience much better.

the location isn’t at the center of the city. the service quite good, but could be better. the warm water not always worked. but the industrial design is really good.

Everything was great.. one thing to consider is about the gym facilities which quite old already.. but it is okay though..

I had a great stay at Emersia Hotel Lampung. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a free upgrade to an executive room, which made the experience even better. The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The service throughout my stay was excellent—friendly and professional staff who made me feel welcome. Overall, a great hotel with top-notch service. Highly recommended!

aku agak kapok sih, kemarin adik ku sempat salah tgl chek in, dan aku datang ke home stay minta kebijakan buat diganti tgl, tapi benar2 gak bisa sm sekali, aku fikir akan ada pertimbangan atau ada solusi lain gitu karna sy terbilang langganan hampir 1 bulan 3x, dan sy slalu pilih ini, tapi sekarang aku pindah kesebelah nya candrawasih nm nya urban point dengan harga yg sama, tapi jauh lebih bersih. sebenar nya untuk candarawasih home stay ini cocok untuk para sopir, cuma sy tetap boxin karna menang murah nya banyak promo dari tripcom nya, dan lokasi nya lumayan strategis. tapi sekarang aku mulai pindah ke urbanpoin tepat di sebelah kiri nya candrawasih.
