Notre expérience dans cet hôtel était extrêmement perturbante et représente des harcèlements par le personnel de l'hôtel, ***** avec une mauvaise gestion et un manque d'humanité fondamentale. Le personnel n'a pas été autorisé à nous interrompre toute la nuit par des appels téléphoniques répétés et des visites dans la chambre. Cette perturbation constante, malgré notre permission de rester, se sentait comme un harcèlement délibéré. En outre, le personnel de la maison a confirmé initialement que les animaux de compagnie étaient autorisés, sur la base de laquelle nous avons procédé, et plus tard, l'équipe de bureau frontal a contesté cette information, affirmant que les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas autorisés. Cette malcommunication interne est entièrement de la responsabilité de l'hôtel, mais les conséquences ont été injustement imposées à nous. La nuit, ma mère a été invitée à rester à l'hôtel à 12 h 30, dans le froid et l'obscurité, pendant près de 30 minutes, et elle a été répétée à la fois pour se déplacer en dehors de l'assistance, ce qui était insécuritaire et inhumain. Les membres du personnel de la première table, Alisha et Pankaj, étaient rudes, ont répété et provoqué la situation, et ont invadé notre vie privée en essayant d'entrer dans la salle sous le prétexte de plaintes sonores. Ironiquement, ils ont eux-mêmes évolué dans la question en appelant plusieurs membres du personnel au lobby et en créant une scène. Enfin, nous avons été forcés à 13h30, ce qui est totalement inacceptable et insécuritaire. Il n'est pas justifié de demander aux clients de quitter les locaux de l'hôtel au milieu de la nuit en raison de la confusion politique de l'hôtel. Les hôtels ne sont pas seulement des guides de bonnes pratiques, ils sont d'hospitalité, de sécurité et d'empathie. Nous invitons vivement la direction à enquêter sur cette question et à prendre les mesures appropriées, afin que les invités ne soient pas exposés à de tels harcèlements, humiliations ou risques à l'avenir.

Whoever trying to book this hotel through trip.com has to be careful of potential payment issues throughout your stay. When I was checking in at the reception, I was told that the hotel haven’t receive any payment from trip.com’s partner. Hence, they have to ‘charged’ a pre-authorised sale (which wasn’t refunded to me yet, I’m still waiting) because I don’t want to waste time waiting for travel agencies and hotel to deal with this. (I have fully paid my stay to trip.com). I have contacted trip.com several times on this issue and all updates I have received was that payment was successfully made but even after checking out, the hotel reception keep telling me and calling my WhatsApp that no payment have been received yet. I’m annoyed throughout my stay and even after my stay. Other than that, In terms of my stay experience, overall it is still okay. The hotel decorated one of my room for my grandmother’s birthday which is great and the room is spacious enough. However, the room is a bit old and definitely would help with some refurbishment especially the washroom. I also see stain which suggests cleanliness needs improvement. The hotel breakfast buffet was great with many options (but not suitable for meat lovers) and restaurant staff was helpful. I also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and the experience was just ok. Also, I wouldn’t recommend this place for tourist who intend to visit Delhi’s attractions as there is a distance.

Very disappointing experience. When we arrived no wifi in hotel and being far away from family during these turbulent times not ideal. Then when we went to the room to unwind the TV was not functional and they stated the situation would not be solved that evening. After a long flight we figured at least we could take a nice hot shower and to our dismay no hot water. Not a good start to our experience. Following morning still no wifi thik late evening. Figured a swim might be worthwhile in the late afternoon and were told pool was under maintenance for a few days but we were not notified of this even at check in time. We usually book hotels on vacation or even for business getaways with down time in mind and this felt more stressful than relaxing. Staff overall was friendly at breakfast and at the desk but was disappointed with how management handled it. No offer of apologies or complimentary anything despite the challenges. Heard lemon tree was supposed to be a good brand but won't be booking again. Oddly we got water the other evenings only after informing them we needed hot water. They would tell us that they will inform the engineers to turn it on. And another thing I found odd which I have not experienced is that you can only connect max 2 devices to wifi but both my husband and I have devices that we need connected eg lap top, cell phone and tablets. Difficult to pick only 2 per room.

Due to the original hotel being fully booked and our reservation suddenly getting canceled, we had to make a last-minute switch to this luxury five-star hotel. Although some of the facilities are a bit dated, the service still meets five-star standards. The breakfast is especially worth mentioning — it offers a wide variety of options and tastes excellent. I also booked a room for a colleague. I’m not sure what criteria were used for evaluation, but despite being a Ctrip Diamond member, I wasn’t upgraded, while my colleague was. Overall, though, the stay was still reasonably worth the price.

Je suis très heureux de rester au Grand Hyatt. Je le fais chaque année. C'était mon anniversaire et Celine (ne sais pas la orthographe correcte, peut-être Selene) était si gentille à nous organiser du gâteau. Le Divyaansh à Checkin était si courtois et professionnel, nous aidant à apporter nos sacs à la chambre. Son manager était aussi grand, et nous rappelait de notre séjour l'année dernière. A la sortie, Alisha était très utile et gentille, et c'était son manager (ne l'a pas nommée). Amit a également fait un grand service en nous aidant avec nos sacs, et Vinay à la porte avant était aussi gentil et utile avec nos sacs. La location est également très bonne. 35 minutes à l'aéroport si aucun trafic, une demi-heure de route vers DLF Cyberhub pour un grand dîner. Oh et en hiver, ils servent un bon chocolat chaud comme un verre de bienvenue. Leur petit déjeuner était aussi fantastique. J'ai dû essayer les plaisirs locaux je n'ai pas le temps d'essayer comme la Bun Maska. 10/10 recommande Grand Hyatt!

Le petit déjeuner est bien préparé et la chambre est satisfaisante. Il y a une petite zone commerciale autour de l'hôtel, vous pourrez profiter de la nourriture locale.. Si vous revisitez, vous resterez à cet hôtel.

Beautiful property. Really well built and laid out. We stayed at the one bedroom Premier Villa. It was spacious, very well lit up and the interiors were very nice. Bathroom was amazing with a skylight above the bathtub. His and Her sink + separated shower and toilet areas were a great add on. The property is very green and one would hear birds chirping, peacocks calling, hens, turkeys, white pekins around the property with some rabbits, guinea pigs, emus and even a horse in the pack . Pool area is ideal for the kids and even adults. There is cart service that one can avail to go around the property or even get a bicycle. But the property is perfect if you want to go for a stroll and check out all the amenities. Food quality is good. Buffet has a decent variety. Staff is well trained and looks after you well. All in all a great experience. Definitely recommended

Mon séjour à l'hôtel Leela a été exceptionnellement confortable, marqué par un accueil chaleureux et une chambre confortable qui m'a donné l'impression d'être chez moi loin de chez moi. Le service était exceptionnel, avec un personnel attentif qui a fait tout son possible pour garantir une expérience mémorable. Il est clair que la satisfaction des clients est leur priorité absolue, ce qui en fait un hôtel que je recom***de vivement.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a decent experience. The property is very neat and clean, which is always a top priority. The room’s air conditioning was just okay — it worked but could have been more effective, especially in the sun-facing rooms, which tend to get uncomfortably hot during the day. One downside is that the rooms are located right next to the lift, so you may experience some noise from foot traffic and elevator use. Breakfast options were quite limited, which might not suit guests looking for variety in their morning meal. That said, while the hotel is small, it stands out as one of the best in its category within Sector 29. If you’re looking for a clean, budget-friendly stay in this area, it’s worth considering — just try to avoid the sun-facing rooms if you’re sensitive to heat.
