L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. Le bureau de front était soigneux et utile et offrait un environnement très accueillant. Vérifier le midi passé était rapide et efficace. Les chambres étaient grandes et le lit et la cuisinière étaient de haute qualité. Nous avons pu dormir dans 5 minutes. Aircondition était propre et frais.

Hi, we travel-led to kottayam by train. As soon as we got down. We took auto for windsor castle. It was a pure booking from us paid extra 3k bcoz we check in to hotel by 9. 30 am. It's a huge property. Good rooms, good amenities, supportive staffs, but snacks inside rooms are too costlier. Including water bottles. But the chair which is attached in toilet for bathing was not properly done. My hubby got hurt bcoz of that. Staffs gave us first aid box but still felt bad. For wat had happened. Rest rooms needs some changes. Overall it was a good hotel, food was not tasty (2/10, but pirate island is soo good. It gives good feel. Also tawa fry is too good. That was the only food that i enjoyed. Landline services was not working properly. Window view, sunset point, everything gave good feel.

I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn yesterday. The hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and created a really comfortable atmosphere. A special mention to Sanika, who was extremely customer-friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Her professionalism and warm approach made the experience even better. I also appreciated the hotel’s excellent follow-up, ensuring that everything was going smoothly. Overall, a truly pleasant and satisfying stay – highly recommended!

A Wonderful Stay at Gateway Hotel Calicut. Comfortable, Scenic, and Family-Friendly We stayed at Gateway Hotel Calicut for two days as a group of 20 family members, including children, during a family get-together and convocation ceremony. We had booked six rooms on the 5th floor, all offering beautiful views of the sea and pool, which made our stay extra special. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, supportive, and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met with warmth and efficiency. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, ideal for a large group like ours. A highlight of our stay was the complimentary breakfast, which was outstanding—a wide and delicious spread of local and continental dishes that catered to both adults and kids alike. Overall, we had a memorable and thoroughly enjoyable experience. Gateway Hotel Calicut provided the perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and scenic beauty. We highly recommend it for families or groups visiting the city.

Located 2km form kovalom beach but can walk there Typical Indian standard 4 stars Hotel setting and if got group the pool congested and busy wedding function. Breakfast limited non vegetarian menu.

Location was really good , the roof top view was the showstopper of the property. As we were travelling with an infant we found the staff very helpful with preparing the meals for the baby. Arabian sea view room was excellent.

La chambre que nous avons eue l'autre jour n'était pas une valeur pour l'argent. Lorsque nous voyons la photo de la chambre, nous pensons qu'elle est si belle, mais la chambre que nous voyons dans la photo est différente. La chambre peut être notée 5 en termes de propreté. Nous avons deux petits bouteilles d'eau dans notre chambre où quatre d'entre nous étaient. L'hôtel est très élégant, même avec de l'eau potable.

I am very impressed with the hotel. Everything was really really good. Very friendly staff who were ever willing to help . I enjoyed the food like never before . to be honest how ever hard i try to find a fault with the food i would be a failure.
