The Coast View hotel felt a bit dated, but it was generally clean. The TV wasn't working, but it was fixed immediately. 從入住到離店的3天，每個時刻都像回到家一般，被‘’親友‘’團隊關照呵護着。前台每個人都很熱情，即使入住當晚有婚禮也不會敷衍了事。早餐豐盛不説，服務的小夥和女孩們各個都英俊美麗，心地善良。自助晚餐也很好吃。泰餐廳（最後幾張照片）的設計實在令我驚艷。然而最驚喜的是保潔團隊！不但精心做到應該做的，更是用心為我準備花和花瓶，還留下温暖的文字。有幾次還聽到他們在工作間的歡笑聲。客服經理，一位美麗的女士也與我一見如故，知道要趕早上的飛機，還在我出發前準備了免費的茶送來。這麼多年的旅行，這次要數極致！高度讚賞管理層的領導力，下次如果再去克欽Kochin一定會再住

L'hôtel Presidency Airport est un hôtel de courte durée, mais aussi un hôtel de courte durée. Le service était excellent, avec chaque membre du personnel que j'ai interagi avec être courtois, aidant, et professionnel. Leur hospitalité fait vraiment une différence. Je me suis également amusé le petit déjeuner, qui était frais et satisfaisant juste ce que j'avais besoin avant de sortir. En général, il est une option confortable et confortable pour tout le monde à la recherche d'un hôtel près de l'aéroport.

always a good place to stay... staff are well trained with excellent services the only thing that might to improve is their morning breakfast might be good to have more intercontinental choices instead of 90% of south kerala food... can always go to YouTube and check it out some of the good Asians and intercontinental food.

Bon séjour. Petit déjeuner était bon. Les chambres étaient propres. Seul le problème avec notre chambre était qu'elle n'avait pas de fenêtre à l'extérieur. Ainsi, aucune lumière solaire dans la chambre. Nous ne nous sommes pas rendu compte quand il était matin. Sinon, très bon séjour.

Le petit déjeuner était délicieux avec beaucoup d'options pour choisir. Un grand endroit pour se détendre Je reviendrais heureusement.
