We recently stayed at Radisson RED Indore hotel, and the level of service we experienced was truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, the entire team went above and beyond to look after us with genuine warmth and care. The staff here are absolute professionals, and a few specific teams deserve special recognition: The Reception Team: Our check-in and check-out processes were seamless. They welcomed us with radiant smiles, handled every request efficiently, and made us feel instantly valued as guests. Special mention: Tarun and Gunjan. The Restaurant Service Staff: Dining staff here was a highlight of our stay. The restaurant team was incredibly attentive, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Their impeccable service and dedication to creating a great dining experience did not go unnoticed. Special mention: Hemraj and Aditi. Housekeeping: Our room was kept absolutely immaculate throughout our stay. The housekeeping team's attention to detail, respect for our space, and thoroughness were top-notch. Special mention: Priyanka. It is rare to find a hotel where every single department operates at such a high standard of hospitality. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a flawless stay!

Hospitality is good...staff is friendly..and the rooms are clean and well maintained

La terrasse extérieure est magnifique avec toutes les petites lumières et plantes pendantes, et elle est chaude même en un jour venteux et gris. Ils sont des animaux amis, c'est un plus pour moi. Ils nous ont apporté de l'eau et un petit traitement pour notre chien. La nourriture était magnifique, belle et délicieuse.

The Hotel is great and service of F&B and Housekeeping is superb. However the sore point is the Front Office Staff who probably are more like headless chickens running around all over the place. It seems that they don't have a proper shift handover. Even after giving clear instructions they were all goofy and confused at most times. They are operating with some chaos in that section. However the other members of the staff are attentive to the details, the staff at the Lounge in the 7th floor was impeccable and attentive and very hospitable. Even the housekeepers and concierge staff were super. Good buzzing place to stay while Indore!

Hotwater amenities are terrible and in this cold weather. While furnitures are polished but upholsteries of chairs are very dirty. Not wiped or dry cleaned for long. Telephone no. Of Reception was written as 204 which caused confusion and irritation to other customer whose room ni. Was 204. It was later striked off. In contrast to poor facilities, the BEVAVIOUR AND POLITENESS OFBSTAFF AND RECEPTIONIST WAS EXCELLENT. --------- I Did not take photographs of the dirty chair cushions as it would have been highly damaging to Hotel. Please ask them to replace the cushions or at least clean it if possible.

It's a nice hotel in indore. The amenities and food are also good. The gym and pool were also well maintained, and cleanliness was also at its best.

Le check-in était un peu bizarre, car ils prennent des photos et examinent beaucoup ça semble. La chambre était spacieuse, prix raisonnable, le personnel était agréable. Il y avait un centre de proximité ainsi qu'avec de nombreux plats. Je serais certainement ici encore

L'hôtel est idéal, il avait tout ce qu'on avait besoin, des espaces communs, une piscine, un gym et un restaurant avec de excellentes repas et un service de 10. La camarade Mahima nous a pris soin super bien, nous aidant à décider avec le repas, et tout était délicieux. Si nous rentrons à Jabalpur, nous répéterons dans cet hôtel.

Le personnel était incroyablement ami, la chambre était sans place, et le lit était l'un des plus couchés que j'ai jamais dormi.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Marriott Indore. Comfortable, well appointed rooms and good food..||What set it apart though was the only excellent service. The GM, Mr. Rishi Kumar is clearly doing something exceptional here
