The appearance of the hotel was very good. The reception area was very clean and quiet. Each floor had an automatic air freshener which meant that the hotel smelt very good. The hotel room had a lovely big bed which was very comfortable. There was a fridge and kettle in the room. The hotel was a twenty minute bus ride from the center of Genoa and once we had downloaded the app it was very easy to buy tickets. The number 1 bus is a couple of minutes walk from the hotel and the bus is every 11 minutes. We discovered a lovely area to eat on the day we left. Leave the hotel and turn right. At the traffic lights turn right . After about three minutes you will find a shopping area with restaurants. We were short of time so went to Tumbler. The staff were very friendly and we had lovely panini. On the negative side, we were woken at 6am with a male shouting very loudly in his room. Later that day, the man was shouting again. I went outside our room and the man was shouting very loudly at a lady in his room. There was a very clear domestic abuse situation with the man hitting the woman which I tried to stop and also contacted reception. Reception asked the lady if there was any problem and she said no so the receptionist left. I said to the receptionist that the man was being violent towards the woman and she said there was nothing they could do. I asked if they could put security on the floor in case anything further happened and she said no. I felt the receptionist could have done a lot more in this situation. I imagine that these situations do occur from time to time so the hotel should give staff guidance on the steps to take to safeguard clients. I felt that the staff at the hotel were not very welcoming. I saw at least four receptionist and not one of them smiled or looked happy to be working. Any time I approached them for information they gave the information but without smiling and were very unenthusiastic.. I would stay at the hotel again as it is convenient for the airport and quieter than staying in the centre. It is also very clean and I got a good night's sleep. Be aware, we booked a taxi from the airport which is 1.1 km away and we're charged 18,50 euros.

Le service de la clientèle est un service de qualité, mais il est très chaud et très chaud. Elle m'a accueilli à Vernazza, offrant des conseils vraiment utiles qui ont amélioré ma visite et resté exceptionnellement gentil et attentif tout au long de mon court séjour. La chambre était petite, comme c'est commun dans les villages compacts de la Cinque Terre, mais elle était confortable, propre et excellente pour une destination si populaire. L'hôtel est à quelques minutes de la gare, qui est particulièrement appréciée lors de l'arrivée des bagages, tandis que le village, les voies de marche, les trains et les services de bateaux sont tous à proximité. Il était une base idéale pour explorer la Cinque Terre par pied, par chemin de fer et, bien sûr, par bateau. L'une des rares hôtels traditionnels de Vernazza offre également aux visiteurs une occasion de soutenir une entreprise locale d'hospitalité plutôt que de rester dans un appartement de vacances. Dans des communautés telles que celles qui sont très petites et très fréquentées, je pense qu'il vaut la peine de le considérer. Un endroit confortable et mémorable pour rester, fait particulièrement spécial par l'hospitalité remarquable.

Il est fortement recommandé que cet hôtel, en premier lieu, soit la chambre super grande et très propre, les produits de lavage sont bons et les boissons à base de nourriture sont gratuites. Le service est bon, le serveur de la réception est doux et patient, et aide à résoudre les problèmes. La position est aussi bonne, vous pouvez marcher jusqu'à la maison de Colombo. Il y a un bruit à côté de la rue.

Hôtel : Propre Localisation : Le casino est à 2 minutes à pied Parking : L'hôtel dispose d'un service de voiturier payant, mais récupérez-le 15 minutes plus tôt chaque jour Personnel : En plus de la réceptionniste du parking à la porte, l'état d'esprit des autres employés doit être amélioré, pas de sourire, attitude de travail indifférente, suivre la réception pour lui demander de récupérer la voiture en premier, la réponse reçue est qu'il doit attendre sur place, nous avons attendu dans le vent froid pendant 15 minutes chaque jour

Le nom de la place Saint-Ramo, qui apparaît dans la spectacle américaine ”Le génie Reply”, est passé par ici en bateau à la Sicile. Nous sommes venus en route de la France du Sud, donc nous avons ajusté notre séjour ici pour une nuit. L'hôtel a un bon look, la salle de bains n'est pas petite, certaines chambres de paysage méritent de la réservation, Le lendemain, vous pouvez voir la lumière de la lumière, courir vers le toit et le soleil, belle! Défauts: le lit double est trop petit, le lit est similaire au lit de la maison de beauté, et il ne se voit pas se déplacer la nuit après le lendemain.

C'était génial que l'hôtel soit tout près de la gare de Principe, surtout avec tous mes bagages. La pression de la douche et l'eau chaude fonctionnaient parfaitement, et la chambre était spacieuse et fantastique. The staff at Hotel al Sant’Andrea were TOP NOTCH! Very kind, informative, and always greeted us with a smile! The breakfast was basic but delicious and we always left full. The rooms were very basic and a bit run down but the beds were very comfortable. The rooms kind of felt like a dorm room to me. A/C worked well. Rooms were big for European hotel rooms (I’m Canadian and used to very large hotel rooms). The shower was very small but for only a 2 night stay it wasn’t a big deal. There was a mini fridge that actually kept items cold! I find hotel mini fridges are usually subpar. The location wasn’t ideal for us because the train station was a 15 minute walk away but if you are driving, location wouldn’t be an issue. We did not explore Sarzana, this was used as a home base to explore Cinque Terre, and for the price, I believe this hotel is worth it.

Personnel à l’accueil très sympathique. Ils parlent le français c’est donc très pratique. Le buffet du petit déjeuner a bcp de choix. Le service est efficace et propre. Seul bémol les draps ne sont pas changés tous les jours… il y a simplement un nettoyage des chambres sans changement de draps. Bon séjour. À proximité de la ville. Je recommande.

We stayed at this beautiful hotel for the first time with our two children. We booked two rooms, both offering a stunning view of the sea. The atmosphere is charming and naturally elegant, enhanced by the historic character of the building. The staff was friendly and supportive throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of both international and local options. The beach is just across the street, only a two-minute walk, which was perfect for us. We also appreciated the hotel’s convenient parking, located just outside the building. The swimming pool with its bar was a highlight—an ideal spot to relax and enjoy an aperitif before dinner. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that we would be happy to repeat in the future.

Halte très pratique et satisfaisante . Restaurant et bar sur place. Personnel très sympathique. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.
