Overall we were pleasantly surprised with our stay since it was our first time staying at this hotel chain. The location was convenient being right next to the A2, yet still peaceful inside our hotel. The room was very large, the customer service was great and the value for money was so much better than the more established chains. There’s also an independent coffee stand just a short walk from the hotel. It’s called grounded coffee and we recommend a visit. A highly recommended hotel.

I stayed here with my friend & cat for the night after getting off the ferry & it did the job perfectly. Could be seen as a little bit of a sketchy area at night but that’s not the hotel that’s outside of & we still felt comfortable to walk around to the car at night so it’s not dangerous. There was just a few drunk people around. Overall we had a good stay.

This is just an average chain hotel, located at the center of Canterbury. Clean, easy, express business chian hotel. Arrival experience is not very good as the reception isn't that friendly, maybe thats typical white people culture at chai hotel. ( Ps; not trying to be racist ) Serve standard buffet breakfast. Room is clean , size is standard. What's more you ask for, if that's only $260 for 2 nights for 1 room include breakfast .

The breakfast was not great would like more variety of cereal and the percolated coffee was not nice at all apart from that the room was okay

J'ai passé un agréable séjour au Holiday Inn Express London - Dartford. Le processus d'enregistrement a été rapide et efficace, et le personnel était accueillant et professionnel. Ma chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenue, offrant tout ce dont j'avais besoin pour un court séjour. Le petit-déjeuner gratuit était une attention agréable, avec une sélection décente d'options pour commencer la journée. J'ai également apprécié la commodité de l'emplacement, qui permettait d'accéder facilement aux zones à proximité. Dans l'ensemble, c'était une expérience confortable et sans tracas, et j'envisagerais de séjourner à nouveau ici à l'avenir.

Les chambres sont belles, à part qu'il n'y a pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre. La chambre est très confortable et confortable. La piscine était une belle amenité, à part être un peu datée et trop de règles, limitant le plaisir des enfants, pas de saut, pas de plongée, pas de photographie, etc.

Had a good stay at this property. Building looked historic but inside the rooms, the renovation and equipment were modern and clean. I stayed at room 15, which was one of the smaller rooms and found it to be a bit of a squeeze. Having stayed at so many properties that required £10 to £15 parking fee a night, I really appreciated that there is free street parking right in front of the property until 8am, or off-site parking (which isn’t too far away) till 11:30am.

This is a very nice hotel with plenty of available parking (a small fee of £5 per night is not unreasonable). We booked a family room which had two double beds for the three of us. The beds were very comfortable and the room had a huge flat screen TV, refrigerator, and a small coffee table with comfortable chairs beside the window. The bathroom was a good size with batch and shower within - the side of the bath may have been a little high for someone with mobility issues. Large reception area with plenty of seating, a coffee bar and bar nearby. The buffet style breakfast was excellent with plenty of freshly cooked food and a good array of pastries. There's also a free gym, pool, steam room and sauna. But, of course, during our two night stay, the latter three were all closed for maintenance! We booked our two nights on separate bookings due to a change of plans. This caused some confusion at reception and took a while to sort out so we didn't have to change rooms.

Amenez les enfants à la Metway Park Sportshall National Balling Festival International. La position géographique est très proche, à pied 4 minutes, l'environnement est bon, le calme, la chambre est petite, mais l'air propre, le service est bon, le petit déjeuner est partiellement pointé, une partie de l'auto-assistance. Le service de la réception est enthousiaste et aide à appeler un taxi.

Belle chambre, lit très confortable. Le logement est très bien situé. délicieux petit déjeuner Il y en a beaucoup à choisir. Accueil et très bon service S'il y a une chance d'aller à nouveau à Canterbury, j'y retournerai.

The location of this accommodation is perfect. Just 10-15 minutes walk from Canterbury West Train Station. There is a Sainsbury's local at the corner and the main street is just 2 minutes walk. The host is very nice and friendly. The room is clean, bed sheet and duvet smell good. For amenities, there are only hand wash and body wash, you have to bring your own stuffs. It's a good experience to stay in this accomodation.

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel plusieurs fois, au coeur de la ville, l'emplacement est très bon, la porte est la rue principale la plus animée. Les repas de l'hôtel sont excellents et le service est très bon.

Le petit déjeuner a besoin de 15 livres supplémentaires pour réserver, une nuit à l'avance, il n'y a pas de climatisation dans la chambre, le chauffage doit descendre pour communiquer avec la réception pour s'allumer, et certains ne sont pas pratiques. Le design intérieur dans le couloir est magnifique.

Juste au bord de la capitale de Canterbury, le bas est l'entrée de la capitale, la position est superbe. La réception est équipée d'eau à l'eau, vous pouvez prendre le cas échéant, et vous élèvez la chambre gratuitement. Les installations de la chambre sont bonnes, sauf sans WiFi, ceci est préalablement connu. La maison est vieille, mais pas très belle. Il se sentait préjudiciable, mais le logement britannique était très coûteux et s'est avéré dur.

A well-appointed hotel in a privileged location within the Cathedral precinct. The staff were helpful with a courteous and friendly disposition. Breakfast was excellent in quantity and quality. We strongly recommend this hotel when visiting Canterbury.

Avantages: la chambre est propre, la récupération est en temps utile. Le petit-déjeuner est bon, et le goût de biscuits du restaurant du premier étage peut être légèrement cher. Défauts : pas de coffre. Mais l'hôtel britannique, qui est ancien, a peu de chaussures.

I Had a great stay , with amazing breakfast service. Would definitely recommend this place.

C'est que j'ai vécu un B & B plus chaleureux, l'hôtel est très propre et est entièrement nouveau, un grand lit confortable dans la chambre, l'attitude du serveur est très bonne. Les défauts sont sur la route, pas adapté aux voyageurs effrayés, et le petit déjeuner est particulièrement simple, un peu pratique de conduire entre Canterbury et Dover, et il y a un parking

Le stationnement est très pratique, le petit déjeuner est riche, le service de la réception est enthousiaste, il vaut la peine de revenir. . La position géographique est excellente, les installations sont parfaites, les installations de la chambre sont très nouvelles, viens vivre la prochaine fois.

A lovely hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. The breakfast was faultless and we had dinner there one evening which again was very good. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Je suis arrivé et a été accueilli à la réception par Chloe.Elle était étonnante, heureuse, accueillante, chatte,sous la Terre qui était brillante.Le bar des résidents était beau et quaint.Oui, c'est un ancien hôtel de style mais j'aime les anciens hôtels de la mer, La chambre était très spacieuse pour moi, avait tout ce qu'elle avait besoin, était parfaite pour mon séjour. Le service de Connor, et l'adhésion de mes nouveaux amis américains qui ont également séjourné à l'hôtel, nous avons eu une balle absolue. Il est très confortable et confortable pour les chambres. This was genuinely a wonderful and most special place. The Rocksalt Rooms are in a separate building to the Restaurant - but you check in at the latter and walk you over. Note all the streets here are cobbled, which can be slippery when wet. They are a real BoltHole as they are described, and there are only four total. 2 on 1st floor, 2 on 2nd floor, with one per floor harbour facing. I'd definitely suggest that the upgrade is worth it. The rooms are compact but exceptionally well presented. I've odd little niggles, theres no bedside of any kind - floating shelf would work, where do you put your mobile? And the metal bed frame is ornate and was loose on the footboard. The biggest challenge is where to put things. There are a few hangers on the back of the door and a small set of hooks, but not a drawer or proper place at all. I get space is a real premium here - bedside with 2 drawers all you need! The wet room is compact as everyone says. You won't keep the floor area outside the shower dry, it's not possible. The sink is a corner one with no space to place things but there is shelf in the bathroom for all your luxuries. The body wash / conditioner / hand soap / hand moisturiser are great quality. Noise - it's by the Harbour so they start early, but for us it was part of the charm of the location, the fresh fish smell was totally incredible. Breakfast is not to be missed, across in the restaurant with the best view, it's harbour side. Loved the granola, yoghurt, compote starter. I had English Breakfast as I was hungry, it was great quality but disappoining - it was more style over substance. The bacon is cooked to crispy, not my style at all but great quality. He had the Salmon & Eggs and it won hands down. Local, fresh, decent portion, on wonderful Sourdough. Luckily I was saved a bite. A point or two more - the bedside light fused the circuit and the room was plunged into darkness. Looked for fuse box, could not find. Ended up in Restsurant. They had to get keys to a location they used to own but don't now (ground floor of the Rooms building). This took a while as the keys had to be obtained. I get how this used to work, but not now - the fuse box needs moving. The if we cant fix option was check out and refund - erm no!! There is the most incredible Team member behind the Bar/ Restaurant from Bulgaria whose name I have really tsckily forgotten. For which I apologise. She is truly wonderful and made the visit for me, id return solely to see her again!!! Overall we loved Rocksalt Rooms and would return, to have dinner in the restaurant too! La station de service est en cours de rénovation, McDonalds a été fermée et très peu d'option alimentaire. WH Smiths vend cependant un couple de diners à micro-ondes de curry et il y a une micro-ondes dans la zone principale de service.

Bon emplacement pour le château de Leeds. Le personnel était sympathique et efficace. Le petit déjeuner avait beaucoup d'options. Malheureusement, cet hôtel est assez vieillot, sans climatisation dans la chambre qui était chaude et étouffante. Le bureau dans la chambre était également trop petit pour travailler confortablement. Pas très bon rapport qualité/prix compte tenu du prix.

Il n'y avait pas d'eau chaude à l'arrivée, il a été donné une chambre avec douche handicapée et une porte reliant une autre chambre . Après avoir plaint, il a changé mais la rhume était inconveniente. Je ne réserverais pas là. Pas ce que nous attendions.

I loved it lovely place and good quality room and kitchen was available more than happy to stay again

J'ai passé la nuit. L'hôtel de 87 ans était plus vieux. Je ne sais pas pourquoi, il n'y a pas beaucoup d'invités, la réception nous a toujours donné une chambre au premier étage, la vue est générale, si la chambre est au-dessus. L'hôtel a une piscine intérieure, aucune fenêtre, pas beaucoup de gens. Il y a un énorme terrain d'exercice de golf à l'extérieur. À l'invitation de jouer au golf.
