We love Five Hotel. Its conveniently located, staff are great and knowledgeable, breakfast is really good, you can also get your rental car washed very close by, and the gym is well equipped and clean with new machines. We will definitely stay here again.

Some of my clothes are missing. I have one very expensive shirt two pairs of pants and one bikini bottom all missing for my room. Food is terrible here at least breakfast is terrible. If it costs extra don't bother eat somewhere else. All they do is stick your food in the microwave. Coffee wasn't hot omelette was disgusting with a ton of raw onions in it and some disgusting cheese.As for the pool it's in a great location but quite shallow and not heated. The room is barely okay it's not really a Hilton quality room. People that work in the restaurant are grossly incompetent. They serve rawish bacon and if you want something cooked to hotter they shove everything in the microwave. I would stay here again because of the location but lock your suitcase. I put stuff in the safe and I would imagine that would have been stolen had I not locked the outside of the safe with my own locks and chains. I've never had clothes stolen from a hotel before I asked to speak to the manager but the front desk was not helpful. I had to go to the mall to buy a new shirt. The nicest thing about this hotel is a lobby. I heard that the adjacent restaurant was very good but they had bankers hours. Who closes on a Sunday at a hotel after 5:00? I'll tell you who somebody who has an allergy to money

L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. Tout le personnel est excellent, professionnel et efficace. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Il était servi chaque jour que j'étais là et les serviettes étaient changées chaque jour. Il y avait un réfrigérateur dans la chambre et l'eau bouteillenée était réservée chaque jour. Il y avait aussi beaucoup de chambre dans le réfrigérateur pour d'autres boissons, etc. Le petit déjeuner était le meilleur que j'aie jamais rencontré sur ce voyage sud-américain. J'ai fait un service de lave-linge, j'ai laissé avec eux le matin et tout était en suspens dans ma chambre quand je suis revenu le après-midi. La location était parfaite, à quelques pas de nombreux endroits, y compris la rivière, la cathédrale, les bâtiments gouvernementaux et le musée ferroviaire. Il s'agit d'un voyage de 15 minutes à la gare de coach. Je vous recommande très bien cet excellent hôtel.

Great Place, very polite Staff, center to all the things you need. Decent fresh Breakfast. The pool is not heated and in the morning a bit fresh, but big and clean. Room service was above expectations, I would definitely stay again.

Nice place to stay lots of cool people at the hostel and nice staff. Very close to the inner city. Cats are very adorable. Only complaint is I wish the secondary bathroom light stayed on for more than three milliseconds

Excelente escape de la ciudad. La pileta limpia, una vegetación abundante. Instalaciones amplias, si bien no son actuales, todo en excelente estado. Las camas cómodas, el desayuno todo delicioso y abundante (jugos, café, te, yogures; panes, salados, dulces). Super tranquilo, lo repetiría y recomiendo.
