★★★★★ Had a wonderful stay at Mercure Palanga and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Before arrival, I had contacted the hotel regarding a birthday celebration, and the team went above and beyond to make it special. The arrangement was beautifully prepared, and it was clear that genuine care had gone into fulfilling the request. Small gestures like these create lasting memories and made the stay feel truly personal. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable. The rooms were well maintained, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the location was excellent for exploring Palanga while still enjoying some peace and quiet. A special mention to the staff, who were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout the stay. The breakfast selection was great, and the spa facilities provided the perfect way to unwind after a day out. What impressed me most was the attention to detail and willingness to make guests feel valued. The birthday arrangement exceeded expectations and added a special touch to an already excellent stay. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Mercure Palanga to anyone visiting the area.

We spent two nights at a family flat. For a group of five our two bedrooms and living room were ideal. The cost of parking is five euros per night. Nice apartment, a kitchenette, an unfurnished balcony, a swimming pool with saunas - all little and a bit chilly. There is a 12-meter pool with a jacuzzi that is kid-friendly. There were plenty of options for breakfast, but poor quality coffee. However, the cost speaks for itself. The location is excellent—it's right in the centre of Palanga, yet it's also quiet.

+ La chambre familiale était assez grande, avec beaucoup d'espace pour nos biens. La chambre et la décoration de l'hôtel étaient intéressantes. Il y avait un véritable oiseau dans le restaurant de petit déjeuner. - Il était trop chaud en juin parce qu'il n'y avait pas de climatisation, et le fan était brisé. Ils nous ont apporté un nouveau le lendemain 👍. La salle de bain était assez vieille et sentait mauvais. Le petit déjeuner aurait pu inclure plus de légumes et de fruits, et une description plus détaillée des plats.

Came over on the ferry from Kiel and the hotel was perfect for me as it was conveniently just a short walk from the Ferry Terminal , friendly staff who spoke English and a lovely clean room with a great view of the port area , breakfast was ok not amazing but it was free and did the job , the hotel looks like it’s had a renovation as it’s so clean and new , would definitely recommend if your visiting klaipeda 🇱🇹

The lift is old and I did not felt safe there. Also, there are only 2 lifts, so, going down from the 5th floor was always by walking, because lifts were busy often. Room was great, clean, I found there everything what I needed. Location is great! Breakfast was really good!

Un hôtel propre est près de la gare. Entouré de nombreux magasins. Sur les filles respiratoires parlent anglais. Des inconvénients: la porte dans la douche fonctionnait mal, ouverte et fermée avec un son terrible. Ils n'ont pas mis un second serviette à main, bien que deux clients soient indiqués. Il n'y avait pas de chaussures. Le réfrigérateur a été mis dans un minibar, et aussi hors-net. À l'entrée, nous avons été demandés de payer un dépôt de 50 euros, dont nous ne savions pas et, avec les sommes restantes après le voyage et l'absence d'une carte étrangère, nous n'avons pas pu satisfaire à la demande. Mais le lit est excellent !

Le serveur est vraiment trop enthousiaste. Nous voulons partir à Gdansk, le serveur cherche le billet et la route pour nous de nuit et de nuit, nous pouvons réussir à partir en Suède et à partir en Pologne. Les Lituaniens sont vraiment très gentils et gentils.

Hotel reception was very friendly and helpful. Room amenities were excellent, big room, very clean, easy walk to old town and see water front activities such as live concert in old town

Es war alles sehr zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Die Lage ist perfekt, man ist in paar min am Strand oder beim Restaurants. Der Frühstück was auch gut, vor allem waa dabei. Dir Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wor dürfen sogar früher in unsere Zimmer.

Отличные отель за свои деньги. Номера чистые и просторные. В номере есть кондиционер. Завтраки хорошие. При отеле есть небольшое SPA и неплохой ресторан. Есть неколько минусов: в ванной стоит неприятный запах и подушки очень тоненькие.
