IInvitéThe place has a lot of potential, and we had a generally pleasant stay. The staff were accommodating, and we appreciated their flexibility with both check-in and check-out. They also provided bellboy assistance for our luggage upon arrival and departure, and the check-out process was quick and hassle-free.
However, the property could benefit from better maintenance and housekeeping. Some of the door knobs were broken, and the restroom doors had no locks. We also requested assistance to fix the restroom drainage and remove a frozen cockroach from the refrigerator, but unfortunately, no one attended to these concerns before we checked out.
Since the weather was bad during our stay, we ended up spending most of our time inside the accommodation, making the condition and cleanliness of the room even more important. I hope the management prioritizes regular maintenance and improves room cleanliness to provide a better guest experience.
Overall, despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back.

UUtilisateur anonymeLocation wise, it was good spot cause its in the center of everything. Near to everything you could think of dropping by. However, the entrance has been sort of hard to find. To get to the entrance of the establishment, you’ll pass along the tricycle terminal going down to a pay-parking lot. Once you’ve reached the lot, the entrance is on the left most corner. (Idk if it’s really where the garbage disposal is placed. But we needed to pass-thru the garbage area before reaching the establishment when we checked in). It took us about 10-15mins just looking for the entrance itself.
Receptionist was very accommodating and we were even able to leave our things while waiting for the check in time so we could go around the town and look for places to eat. We were even able to check in earlier than expected.
Considering the price, we actually lowered our expectation about the place. However, the cleanliness was a big point for us. Room was okay, like you get what you paid for. It has the things that you’ll need to sleep. I just hope they would add a mirror on the room, curtains on both windows, and a clean aircon filter. Good news, we were able to sleep, but woke up with allergic rhinitis.
The SHOWER ROOM & CR WERE SHARED (LIKE PUBLIC SHARED-SHARED). For us, it was not the best shape for a paying guest used CR.
To some it up. There are things that could’ve been cleaned or well prep for use.
BEST PART, OUR ROOM WAS JUST 10-STEPS away from the beach!

Llilac is awesomeIt was a good stay. Excellent. Only that their television has a bad reception. But an any rate, one wouldn't be staying in the room for too long instead stay on the swimming pool (which is clean and has different depths) and the nearby beach for sunset and sunrise walk. The breakfast buffet was filling and well managed.

IInvitéThe place is good 10mins away from calle crisollogo, with swimming pool opens at 8am-10pm. Comfy beds and really cool aircon the bathroom is spacious too. Some rooms has cabinet and some doesn’t. With complimentary soap and shampoo you have your own kettle with complimentary coffee. It is also near the beach and the place is big and quiet. Please take note the wifi is only in the reception but in the room it is very very slow as if nothing. It has Cable TV but very static and the room is only on dim lights and what i hate the most is when i ask to clean the room they didn’t change the used drinking glass but the staff are nice specially the guard and receptionist at night you can also call the receptionist if you need something and the food is very very good and the view upstairs is nice aswell!!

IInvitéWe had the premier family suite and it fit all 5 of us comfortably. The hotel itself was beautiful. Just like the pictures show. An infinity pool overlooking the ocean with easy access to the beach. The restaurant was also very nice, though I wish they had closed the windows and used air conditioning as it was too hot, even with the ocean breeze. My only complaint is that the air conditioner in the room is set automatically to a min of 23 degrees and could not be set cooler. Their explanation was that it was centralized but I don’t think there was a need for that. I was hoping it would be cooler.

IInvitéNotre séjour à San Juan Hostel était vraiment super. Le lieu est propre, relaxant et parfait pour une courte distance. Nous aimé qu'il y ait une piscine où nous pourrions nous relaxer et profiter de notre temps libre. La location est également très confortable parce qu'elle est proche de Kabsat et juste à quelques pas de la plage, ce qui nous a permis d'explorer et de profiter de la zone. Le personnel était agréable et confortable, l'atmosphère générale de l'auberge s'est sentie accueillante et pacifique.
