Sia Resort & Spa was a really great stay. The hotel was completed in Sept 2025 and we stayed here for our trip to Tsaghkadzor. Our Suite was very large and very clean with great modern interior. Hearing worked well and was very quiet. Bathroom was big and very well lit. Did not get a chance to check out the heated pool or the spa but plan on it next time we visit. Garnik (general manager) and Harut were very kind and helpful with anything we needed. As was all the other staff, just spoke more with Garnik and Harut. My family and I had a very comfortable and relaxed stay here up in the mountains of Armenia and we will be booking again in the future. No complaints. There was an issue with breakfast not being included in their system but once I showed my online booking info they checked with management and confirmed it was correct and it was all taken care of in less than 2 minutes. Glad to know Sia Resort has excellent staff and rooms so close to everything in Tsaghkadzor.

La propriété est énorme avec une gamme d'équipements comme la piscine, la cour de basket, la cour de tennis, etc. La chambre est très confortable et confortable. Pour les végétariens qui mangent également des œufs, il existe des possibilités alimentaires limitées, mais ils savent bien. Deux cons que j'ai pensé avoir pu être améliorés : - Il y avait beaucoup de volets à la fenêtre qui était un peu irritant. Et le matin, vous trouverez beaucoup de volets à la fin de la fenêtre. - La taille de la chambre peut théoriquement ressembler à grande, mais parce que beaucoup de la taille de la chambre est utilisée dans les escaliers, il est en fait juste une chambre avec un peu d'espace à pied autour du lit.

Staffs are very friendly and welcoming. Due to some small issue they upgraded my cottage without any additional charges. Overall it was nice stay. It was little strange that breakfast option was not available in my selection at the time of booking But it wasn’t great deal since we aren’t early risers.

We had a fantastic stay here with family. The location offers incredible views and wonderfully fresh air. The room was immaculate and came with all the amenities you could want. Staff were outstanding — friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful (easily 10/10). Would happily return!

Номер минималистичный. Кровать, прикроватные тумбы, столик, холодильник и шкаф. Кондиционер есть, на окне маскитная сетка. Тапочки имеются. Моющие принадлежности тоже. При заселении полы казались не очень чистыми, в ванной комнате сильно пахло канализацией, пришлось долго выветривать запах. На территории есть два открыты бассейна, так же по меню можно заказать обед и ужин, цены как в ресторанах Гарни. Заказывали ужин, было вкусно. Персонал доброжелательный, своевременно реагируют на все просьбы

У отеля отличное местоположение, рядом с подъёмником на горнолыжный склон, сам отель большой и элегантный. Территория отеля огромная и очень красивая, есть бассейн с сауной, обязательно к посещению))) в номере есть чайник и 2 бутылки воды, но нет чая или кофе... В целом очень приятное послевкусие

酒店靠路邊住的房間，如果不在路邊那一排就會比較安靜，有停車位，有小花園環境還是很理想的
