Hôtels avec bars à Northern Mindanao, Philippines

Very clean rooms; filling breakfast; very thoughful message during breakfast. I only had a problem with parking space; they can house 6 cars but if you park last, you may be called to move in order for others to move their car. Otherwise, I recommend 10/10!

Le paysage est magnifique, mais l'insonorisation de la chambre laisse à désirer. Il est conseillé de prendre une douche tôt le matin, car il n'y aura pas d'eau chaude. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent et le petit-déjeuner est correct et varié. Pensez à réserver votre chambre à l'avance, car cet hôtel est très prisé et affiche souvent complet.

Je tiens à exprimer ma déception quant au service reçu à la réception. Le réceptionniste s'est montré totalement inattentif ; lorsque je lui ai demandé de mettre à jour mon numéro de poste, il m'a assuré qu'il s'en occuperait. Or, le lendemain, vers midi, j'ai reçu un appel de la réception sur mon portable, alors que j'étais en réunion, me demandant si je souhaitais prolonger mon séjour. De plus, j'ai constaté que, durant la nuit, le personnel de la réception semblait distrait, absorbé par son téléphone, alors que je donnais des instructions. Ce niveau de service est inacceptable et j'espère que des améliorations seront apportées afin de garantir une meilleure attention et un plus grand professionnalisme. Le client avant tout !

This is my 2nd time here spending my weekend getaway. I always love the experienced here because. It gives me a quiet peace and relaxation i need. Also, the sunset is always a wonderful time to wrapped the day. Food is good but it woul be nice if they will add new food option on their menu.

The hotel itself as a lot of potential. Right on the beach, with a nice terrace and in a quiet location not far from a few restaurants. However, it is very old and would need a full renovation. The rooms are spacious but the amenities are old. The headboard of our bed was full of termites and we could hear them behind us while we were sleeping. Therefore, the whole room was also full of flying termites. It was overall not that clean either. We stayed there for 4 nights and they never came to clean the room, not even the bathroom’s bin. On the last day, the bathroom started smelling like mold. The smell was very strong and we couldn’t do anything to change that. Also, on our last day, we were supposed to leave at 3:30am to go take our 4:30am ferry, the reception having organized a pick-up for us. However, we were woken up by the reception at 2:15am saying our pick-up was already here. The pick-up told us when we were telling him that we were supposed to leave at 3:30am to take the ferry at 4:30 that this ferry didn’t exist and we had to leave now, which we ended up doing. At the pier, when we saw that the 4:30am ferry actually existed, we texted the guy from the pick-up and this time he said that the hotel’s reception had told him to come pick us up at 2:15am. Anyways, I don’t know where was the problem and misunderstanding, but it was not the best way to start our day… To sum up, very mixed feelings about this hotel.

great service, clean and well managed staffs. the food is great also plus its in the heart of LKK compound. overall its a nice hotel. the parking should be improved though

Le lieu est familial. L'atmosphère est vraiment confortable. Il est froid à la nuit, donc vous devriez apporter une veste ✌️La vue de ci-dessus est respiratoire. Ils ont 4 types de piscines avec une vue infinie de la ville de cagayan. Ils ont une zone de jeu dans le sondage pour les enfants. Mes enfants en aiment le plus. C'était une expérience amusante. La chambre est grande et il a un balcon. Merci.

Nous avons fait une vacance familiale aux Philippines, nous avons séjourné dans quatre hôtels différents pendant notre voyage, et Agoho Resort était facilement le meilleur et le meilleur, comme voté par les sept personnes de mon groupe. Soyez la plage de sable noire dans leur jardin, leur magnifique jardin manucuré pour arriver à la plage, le restaurant qui n'a servi que pour les invités, les chambres grandes et magnifiquement propres, la position et facile à atteindre, Les touristes ont besoin de services de conseil, de conseils et de conseils pour les touristes, de restaurants et de frais attendus. Et il peut y avoir une sélection de bières à l'hôtel que je ne pouvais trouver ailleurs sur l'île. J'étais si impressionnée, j'ai pris une vidéo et la diffusé parmi mes collaborateurs et mes amis. Cela semble normal dans le monde d'aujourd'hui, mais je déteste le faire. Agoho était une telle évasion et une expérience merveilleuse, je voulais que d'autres le voient et l'entendent. Nous planifions de revoir les Philippines dans les années à venir et nous resterons à Agoho, probablement avec de nombreux de nos amis.

The property is undeniably beautiful, and we received a warm and welcoming arrival. Unfortunately, our first night’s room service dinner was not edible, which was disappointing, so we chose not to risk dining in again and ate out for the remainder of our stay. The pool did not appear clean, so we opted not to swim, which was unfortunate, although the grounds themselves were absolutely breathtaking. The room was stunning; however, the hotel was quite noisy, with very loud ambient music, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep each evening. Overall, the hospitality was excellent, and the staff were genuinely lovely. Recommend Nouveau but not highly.

We were super satisfied! Not just for the amenities and the ambiance of the hotel, but the staff are all friendly and accommodating! The sunset feeling also takes it all. Thank you so much UNWND!
