Recently stayed at this boutique hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is convenient, and there are several open-air parking spaces available beside the hotel, which made parking hassle-free. Check-in was quick and straightforward. The hotel has a modern, stylish design with tasteful décor that creates a welcoming atmosphere. While the room is on the smaller side, I was already aware of this before booking, so it met my expectations. One unique feature is that the wash basin is located next to the bed, which may take some getting used to. The highlight of my stay was definitely the bed—it was incredibly comfortable, and I had one of the best nights’ sleep. The toilet and shower are in separate cubicles, which is a practical layout. The shower pressure was excellent, and the towels were soft and of good quality. These are two things I always pay close attention to when choosing a hotel, and this property delivered on both. One small suggestion would be to install a towel hook or rack inside the shower cubicle for added convenience. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and a great choice for a short trip. I would happily stay here again.

Nous avions besoin d un hôtel proche de l’aéroport après notre séjour sur les perhentians c’était donc très pratique de pouvoir reprendre l’avion le lendemain apres avoir évidement pu visiter la magnifique mosquée de cristal L’hôtel est très beau surtout l’intérieur Les chambres sont très grandes donc on avait suffisamment de place Le petit déjeuner était correct La piscine a fait son temps et ferme tôt mais ça passe. Le personnel est très sympathique!

Newly renovated hotel, clean and comfortable. Outdoor carpark is behind the hotel with daily charge of RM2.20. Our room is unfortunately next to the main road and thus traffic noise was unbearable. The newly renovated wall fixture next to the bed is having a sharp metal corner ie a potential safety issue that must be rectified to prevent injury (see photo)

The hotel is located on the main street. The sound proof of the window is quite bad, we can clearly hear the motorcycle, car, lorry driving sound and morning wake up by the prayer sound. If you are noise intolerant person, please reconsider before booking it. I think the owner can improve the sound proof system. Another is the toilet bowl, it has a smell of sewerage, it is like overflow the sewerage gas from the pipe. So we have to close the toilet seat cover all the time, but when you want to use it, prepare to smell it. To remind, there is only staircase, no lift, we didn't notice it during booking. Luckily we do not have big and heavy luggage to carry. The staff is very friendly. There is a water dispenser and a small dining area if needed. We travel during the long weekend (after Haji before Agong birthday). Outside is quite jam but it is hard to call a grab or other e-hailing. I think you may avoid travelling during those biggest Muslim festivals like Hari Raya and Haji.

Dans l'ensemble, je peux lui donner un 7/10... bel endroit... belle vue... grande piscine, propre... chambres propres mais ne vous attendez pas à ce que ce soit comme un hôtel 5 étoiles... parce que c'est un ancien complexe... C'est normal d'avoir un sentiment de vacances pour ceux d'entre nous qui ont un budget serré... 😊 l'important c'est que les enfants soient heureux ❤️ 🥰

We had a wonderful stay at Resorts World Kijal. The room was spotless, the service was excellent, and every staff member was warm and welcoming. The peaceful beachfront, well-maintained facilities, and delicious breakfast made our trip even more enjoyable. Perfect for a family vacation. Highly recommended!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour et avons été très impressionnés par l'hospitalité. Tout le personnel était attentionné, aimable et toujours prêt à rendre service. Le complexe offre une vue magnifique et est l'endroit idéal pour une escapade à la plage. Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, même si le choix était un peu limité. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le dîner au restaurant au bord de la rivière, où la cuisine était excellente. Un grand merci à la cheffe Ann pour ses délicieuses recommandations. Un petit problème est survenu dans notre chambre pendant notre séjour, mais il a été géré avec professionnalisme et résolu rapidement par l'équipe de l'hôtel. Nous remercions chaleureusement tout le personnel, et plus particulièrement M. Ong et Mme Liza, pour leur service exceptionnel et leur accueil chaleureux. Merci à toute l'équipe d'avoir rendu notre séjour si agréable. Nous espérons revenir bientôt.
