It’s a very nice hotel nice location. Food is great at the restaurant. The room is very clean but there was little hot water so we couldn’t fill the bathtub. The service needs to be enhanced, we arrived but no one there to take the luggage so I had to carry them. The cleaning lady came to our room an hour before the check out time and she put her cleaning stuff in our terrace. Jembe the pool boy was very friendly he showed us around the hotel and took some good photos for me and my wife.

My stay at Samawa Living was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I arrived, I felt an incredible sense of warmth and care from the staff. As a solo traveller, I was made to feel so safe and seen, which made the experience even more special. It truly felt like a home away from home. I’d like to give a special thanks to Kadogo, Hashimu, Baby, Asha, and the rest of the amazing team who went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable. Their genuine kindness and attentive service stood out in every interaction. The location of the hotel was perfect – close to the iconic Paje Beach, with convenient access via buggy, so I could enjoy the beauty of the area while still retreating to the calm and peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. The boho vibes of Samawa Living were stunning, with every detail thoughtfully designed to create a cosy and serene environment. From the delicious meals to the immaculate rooms and tranquil ambience, everything about Samawa Living exceeded my expectations. I can’t wait to return! If you’re looking for a safe, stylish, and welcoming place to stay in the Paje area, I highly recommend it.

Le site est un peu plus loin de la plage que la plupart des attractions touristiques, mais Paje n'est pas grand (nous parlons environ 350m), et ne pas être au centre du tourisme me convient mieux. Il est calme, il a tout ce qu'il faut, et John, le gestionnaire, était super. La seule chose que je puisse suggérer était un malaise, c'est que lorsque nous avons eu l'un des grands éclats de l'île depuis près de 12 heures, Nebo n'était pas le plus préparé. Je viens en fait d'un pays qui a combattu avec l'électricité constante depuis plusieurs années. La cuisine est gaz, et les téléphones portent des torches, donc je me suis sentie complètement bien. Je le recommanderais encore.

It’s my first time in Zanzibar, I spent two nights at this hotel and a night in another hotel, all I can say is that this hotel is wonderful, rooms are clean, food is nice and above all the staffs are lovely, very friendly and helpful, I’ve been to many hotels in different countries but I can give a high thumb for the staffs of Toa hotel, The General Manager, Lucas that received me upon arrival and the best of all The Front Desk Manager ESTHER, thanks a lot for the hibiscus Juice the day I arrived and the last cup you gave me before I leave, you never knew but it’s my best and I’ll come back for it again in sha Allah. You gave me free wine lucky I don’t drink alcohol I had to return it back to you, thank you so much and I’ll recommend thousands to use your hotel if I have to and I’m sure you’ll never let them down. All the best TOA HOTELS AND SPA.

Absolutely loved our stay at Kwanza, my mom and I had the best time. We were greeted by Caroline who always had a smile. Lucky was so jolly and helpful with our bags. Ahamed was always ready to assist with any and everything. The rooms were spacious and clean though there was a day where housekeeping forgot to come and spray the mosquito repellent. We had the best spa day and would highly recommend the full package. The food was exceptional and plentiful, we got the all inclusive package so we had all meals served and would recommend that as the resort is located far from other places. The bar service though needs improving as they were slow because there was only one server per bar but the cocktails were great!! I had forgotten my phone at one of the bathrooms and it was returned to me before I even noticed so the place is very safe.

La villa est très belle et paisible. J'y ai passé 12 nuits avec mon petit ami et nous avons tellement apprécié la villa. Tout le personnel est super sympa et prêt à toujours vous aider à votre satisfaction. La nourriture est très savoureuse et toujours fraîchement préparée. Ce n'est pas une villa cinq étoiles pour rien, ils méritent plus d'étoiles ❤️❤️❤️❤️ C'est aussi un environnement très sûr.

It's a nice beach hotel, having a good restaurant and the staff is very friendly. To be recommended except regarding their laundry service because they are not offering to clean separate individual items of clothing as is usually offered in most hotels. A fully loaded washing machine would be charged even if you only need to wash a single item.

Le salon est très confortable et vous avez une belle chambre. Si vous voulez rester près de célèbres plages, les attractions touristiques ne sont pas à pied, mais vous n'avez même pas besoin de partir, le séjour dans ce resort est parfait.
