Good points:
1. Pillows were very comfortable. Not too soft and not too bulky. I was able to sleep well because of the pillows.
2. The place was not noisy so it was very peaceful for me.
3. The staffs were actually accommodating and welcoming. They immediately attend to our needs.
4. The room was very spacious for 4 people.
Points for improvement:
1. Bathroom door was broken - this was reported to their front desk and they immediately went up to the room to check (which is a thumbs up for the service part). I suggest, they should thoroughly check first the rooms before accommodating guests.
2. They should have a landline per room to be able to contact the front desk for any needs. They should also inform the guests upon check-im how to contact the front desk.
3. Restaurant food is a little pricey.
4. Airconditiong was not cool enough for some of us.

The location is great, very close to Robinsons Mall and walking distance to Veranza Mall. The pool was well maintained. There's free water refill thru the dispenser by the corridors.
The only thing that really shocked me are the towels. For a 4-star rated hotel that boasts its kinda luxurious vibe, the towels are really disappointing. I have stayed in 2-star hotels with fresher, whiter and newer towels. Their towels were grayish white, old, rough and obviously worn-out. I had high expectations. It was such a turn-off. Hopefully you can buy new towels and impress your guests better the next time.

A nice green location isolated from the downtown mess but not far from it.
A simple local style house with a terrace, a CR, a small kitchen, and a sleeping room with aircon.
Sometimes it's noisy here when local company comes to eat out here like walk INS.
The pricing is reasonable

Le personnel était confortable et très utile, la chambre est propre et le lit est confortable. Le dîner est excellent et le petit déjeuner buffet est super. La plage privée est propre et pas occupée .
