Nous avons eu un séjour fantastique à l'hôtel Melbourne Marriott Docklands. La température de l'eau était parfaite pas trop chaude et pas trop froide et nos enfants l'aimaient absolument. En fait, ils ne voulaient pas sortir ! La vue de la piscine était également étonnante et l'expérience a été encore plus spéciale. Le petit déjeuner était très bon avec beaucoup d'options, et le personnel était incroyablement ami et hébergé tout au long de notre séjour. Nous allons vous rendre ici à l'avenir et nous avons déjà recommandé l'hôtel à nos familles et amis.

It’s so convenient for me to travel to the airport Terminal 2 as the hotel is 10 mins walk and 5 mins drive from the hotel to the airport. One good thing about this hotel is that they provide free shuttle bus to the airport so I don’t have to carry my heavy luggage and walk to the airport.

Mon séjour au Citadines on Bourke Melbourne a été vraiment excellent. La chambre était joliment décorée et très confortable, me donnant l'impression d'être à la maison. Les installations étaient également complètes. L'emplacement est absolument imbattable : les transports en commun sont incroyablement pratiques ! Il suffit de marcher quelques pas pour atteindre l'arrêt de tram, ce qui rend l'accès à toutes les attractions de la ville extrêmement facile. La station de métro est également très proche, donc pas de souci pour se déplacer. Les commodités aux alentours sont aussi excellentes. Dans l'ensemble, ce fut une expérience d'hébergement très agréable et efficace. Je choisirais cet endroit en priorité la prochaine fois que je viendrai à Melbourne, je le recommande vivement !

Very convenient location as it just 10mins walk to Melbourne central. The rmit university and swanston tram station right in front of the hotel building. Don’t have enough time to enjoy pool and sauna as it opens from 7am-9pm only. The only dissatisfied is I don’t know that the room service is provided. On the 4th night of our stay while we entered the room after one day trip, we realized that the cleaner has actually entered and cleaned our room without asking our permission. Imagine what if our goods have went missing, can the hotel management beared the cost of our loss? Please do not enter the room without inform customer, customer will ask for room cleaning if they really want the service.

Nous avons eu un séjour merveilleux ici. Le service était excellent et les réponses étaient très rapides. Très recommandé! Nous resterions certainement ici quand nous visiterons Melbourne. L'emplacement est confortable, avec facile accès au transport, à la nourriture et aux achats.

I am enjoy stay at Crown Promenade near from public transportation, foodhall and many places to closed there. I am very disappointed about the incident where we were charged for bottled water; we had previously asked Guest Services whether it was complimentary, and they confirmed that it was.One more thing: our room wasn't cleaned, even though we had turned on the ”make up the room” indicator.

C'était ma troisième fois ici et ils ne sont pas déçus. La chambre est propre et élégante. Le petit déjeuner est de bonne qualité. Les toilettes doivent être demandées tout le temps- il n'est pas toujours confortable surtout que vous en avez besoin quotidiennement et vous restez pendant 2 semaines.

It would have been good except for the large western facing windows left without blinds down and an electrical setup that turns the air conditioning off when no one is in the room. So we arrived to stifling heat, and an air conditioner that doesn't really cool the bedrooms, and no fans or windows in the main bedroom. Most other things were good, but having a comfortable room is fundamental and the apartment just isn't set up for that. We enjoyed the location and the pool. We can't really speak to service levels cos we didn't ask for, expect or get any. It was a bit frustrating that the hotel only had a booking for 4 adults when we made a booking for 2A+3C on trip.com but who knows who was responsible for that.

Furthermore, the on-site restaurant and bar, Mister Munro, provides a lovely, relaxed atmosphere with a great selection of delicious food and beverages. The hotel staff also deserve a very special mention. From a smooth, welcoming check-in process to providing helpful local sightseeing tips, the customer service was consistently polite, efficient, and highly professional. Overall, The Victoria Hotel offers outstanding value for money. It provides a comfortable, safe, and incredibly convenient base for anyone wanting to experience the best of Melbourne without breaking the bank. I highly recommend this wonderful accommodation and would gladly stay here again
