Hôtels avec bars à Alabama, États-Unis

This was my second stay and, overall, another good one. First I,d like to say thank you for something you may not be aware of, my pillow. I have neck problems so when I find a good one that fits the way I need I take it with me. Unfortunately I left it in the room. I called the front desk that afternoon to hopefully get it back, having my daughter-in-law pick it up as she and my son and grandkids live close by. The clerk was very courteous and said it was likely in laundry but couldn't leave the front desk to check. He graciously said he would leave a note and someone could pick it up the next morning. My daughter-in-law did just that. This is a budget no-frills hotel in a safe location. My son and his family live probably less than 2 miles from there so I am very familiar with the area in southeast Huntsville. I can't think of anything you can't get nearby as all the big box stores, numerous gas stations, restaurants, and a few small bars, etc are a stones throw away. As someone that used to travel with work with plenty of weekly and monthly motel stays I know how important convenience and room costs can be. There are cheaper motels nearby but I don't recommend them due to location(safety) and poor past experience as well as inconvenience due to traffic on 72. VIP has a restaurant on one side and a small bar on the other, both just across the parking lots. There are plenty of others within safe and easy walking distance. The room: I'm a smoker and booked a smoking room. Those aren't easy to find anymore. That said, there were signs of it if you looked. Nothing to fault VIP for as I put that on previous guests and the room, at least to me, didn't smell like it. The most important parts, counters, tub, toilet, bedding, etc were clean but the floor, TV remote, and spaces you could only see when sitting down or looking under something could use some attention. There was an issue with the TV box where every time I turned it on to watch I had to unplug the box and plug it back in to get it to wake up. The water was just warm enough for a shower but never any hot water for my preference even after letting it run 3-5 minutes prior. Stayed warm for a long shower but forget about a hot bath. The drain was slow like it needed cleaning out. Not so slow that the shower didn't drain fast enough but slow enough that any water straight from the tub faucet would fill it faster than it could drain. Likely needed cleaning out. Not a housekeeping issue but more a maintenance issue since the ”hair catcher” or whatever you call it would need to be removed. The towels would make good loofahs for exfoliating. A little fabric softener would be a plus. The pillows were flat. Something to address for the next updates. The floors are vinyl, much preferred over nasty carpet that always keeps something for itself even after a thorough vacuuming. The door needs a new weather strip and/or threshold as I did have one unwelcome guest slip under it. Not the kind you'd have to worry about living there though and I simply evicted him with a flush. I give VIP 4 out of 5 stars. I'm a realist and I know that keeping everything perfect isn't cost effective and could easily increase room rates but I also know that some of the small details would simply take a little more time and attention. I try to be thorough not just for potential guests but also for owners, management, and staff are fully aware of any issues, grievances, or thumbs up. I would definitely stay again.

L'hôtel était propre et situé dans une grande localisation pour la raison que j'étais à Birmingham. Le plongeur de ma chambre avait un arrêt qui empêchait l'eau de s'échapper quand je ne voulais pas qu'elle soit collectée dans le plongeur pendant des activités telles que laver mes dents et laver ma face. L'eau était froide et il a fallu trop longtemps pour chauffer un peu. Il n'était même pas chaud. C'est pourquoi je me suis vérifié et je n'ai pas pu doucher. Mon fils a pris une douche froide en un jour froid, l'un des plus froids que nous ayons eu en Alabama depuis un moment. J'ai appris ça quand le camion a arrivé et j'ai entendu un employé se désoler de ne pas les demander de leur faire savoir qu'il s'agissait d'un test. La seule raison pour laquelle je n'ai pas donné une note inférieure pour les installations est parce que, une fois que j'ai signalé la question avec la douche et le plongée, ils ont envoyé un homme bon dans la salle pour faire les réparations, Le personnel qui m'a vérifié n'a rien fait pour moi parce que j'ai réservé un tiers. Elle a toutefois indiqué qu'elle remboursera l'argent que j'ai payé pour le parking.

L'Hilton Garden Inn, à Orange Beach, Alabama, était un beau endroit. Mes parties préférées pendant mon séjour étaient des couilles sur leur beau plage privée derrière l'hôtel, des inertubes de voyage libres sur leur ”river chauffé” derrière l'hôtel et de profiter de leur délicieux petit-déjeuner buffet. Chaque employé de l'hôtel que nous avons rencontré était merveilleux et utile! J'ai réservé une chambre physiquement handicapée avec vue sur l'île. Mon seul séjour inconfortable était l'inondation de la douche de la salle de bains handicapée qui a inondé le sol de la salle de bains, Entrée dans la chambre, même en mouillant le tapis de salle. Je l'ai signalé au bureau de la chambre, qui m'a remercié de l'avoir signalé. Ils ont dit que c'était parce qu'il était une chambre handicapée. Je leur ai dit que ça ne importait pas ... si c'était une chambre handicapée ou non. Je leur ai dit que les personnes handicapées avaient dû prendre plus de précautions, car c'était pour une personne handicapée. We absolutely loved our stay at Marriott Hotel Suites in Orange Beach, Alabama! From easy check-in to easy check-out, everything was smooth, convenient, and perfect for our family’s needs. The hotel was clean and well cared for. While we were there, we noticed staff actively cleaning, vacuuming, and keeping the floors neat, which really stood out to us. We also loved the little shopping area where you can pick up items you may have forgotten at home — such a convenient touch! Our room was wonderful and very family-friendly. I especially appreciated that the room was not fully carpeted. The hard flooring in the living area was perfect after coming in from the pool with wet feet, sand, and towels. It made so much more sense than having carpet everywhere. The pool was amazing, the price was great, and the overall stay exceeded our expectations. We found it comfortable, convenient, clean, and truly suitable for a family trip. We would definitely stay here again!

L'hôtel est bon. Pas aussi bon que je pensais qu'il serait mais propre. La salle de bain pourrait utiliser quelques mises à jour et quelques nouvelles ailes qui se creuser autour du tube. Mais pas un mauvais endroit ou un gros endroit. L'AC a été brisé. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. Parce que le personnel était super, je penserais essayer de nouveau la situation. (Après avoir obtenu la fixation de l'AC)

Il y a un réfrigérateur et un micro-ondes dans la chambre, mais je ne peux pas l'utiliser. Il n'y a pas d'éclairage sur le toit, donc vous devez ouvrir des lampes de sol ou des lampes de bureau. Je ne peux pas utiliser des lampes de sol parce que plusieurs sièges ne sont pas électriques. En outre, j'ai payé une caution de 50 dollars au récepteur.

À l'arrivée, il attendait 10 minutes pour que le bureau se présente. Ne m'a même pas excusé pour le retard. Personne d'autre dans le lobby. Connexion et alors je devais être facturé 10 $ pour la redevance d'indulgence? et si rien n'est facturé, il serait crédité de retour pour charger la carte. Je lui ai dit que je ne voulais pas mais le clef avec des cheveux argentés courts avec rose *****e a dit qu'il était nécessaire. La matinée suivante, la même dame a demandé si les fonds étaient ajoutés à la carte, elle ne pouvait pas le faire mais elle avertirait mon Département de la carte de crédit. Ou est-ce une façon de faire acheter des collations ou des biens indesiderés à partir de votre région de collation ?

Great hotel right on the beach. The location cannot be beat. I highly recommend the beach view balcony. They have free breakfast that is good. You do have to pay $15 a day to park. They have a parking garage. It says free parking but it is not free parking. You can rent to chairs and an umbrella for $45 per day. They have a pool bar. They have a hot tub. The pool is not heated but is very nice and cleaned every morning. A some portion of the pool is covered. There is a refrigerator in the room. I would recommend bringing your own pillows because their pillows are terrible but other than that it’s a great hotel!
