Le service et l'emplacement étaient parfaits. Nous avons passé de bonnes nuits de repos. La seule chose que nous avons remarquée, c'est que l'hôtel a vraiment besoin d'être rénové. Les portes manquaient de peinture et avaient des bosses et avaient l'air vraiment usées. A part ça, c'est un super endroit!

The bathroom vent system barely sucks air, so that after taking one shower the whole bathroom is like a sauna, and we have five people to take showers, so by the end, the whole room was very humid.
The hotel only offers a dismal 10mb/second internet.
The Keurig coffee maker didn’t work, and you have to bring your own water to use it.
Even though 5 people were booked to arrive, there were no extra sheets left in the room.

This hotel is excellent. The front desk is always friendly. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. It’s in a great location. I would suggest anybody staying in Fort Smith. Stay at this hotel. The only thing I would change is a refrigerator and Microwave in the rooms for longer stays.

Il faut absolument mettre à jour cet hôtel. J'étais en ville pour une conférence et j'attendais plus pour ce que j'avais à payer. Mon chambre n'avait pas de réfrigérateur, de micro-ondes, et de câbles téléphoniques. Les ascenseurs étaient très lents et, lorsque j'arrivais, au milieu de mai, il n'y avait pas d'eau dans la piscine. Ils l'ont enfin rempli le jour avant de partir.

MMacDouggalI stayed three nights. Breakfast is the attached Perkins Pancake House which normally isn’t that bad. The food voucher from the hotel though gives you two eggs, a list of sausages, ham and a potato variety. I eat carefully which is not the Arkansas way, so there was nothing in column two or three of any interest and the over-easy eggs were only a notch thicker than water. I never went back for my remaining breakfasts.
We booked 2 queen beds and were given 2 sets of towels. At 11 after the 1st night, I realized I might not get any housekeeping and asked for towels from a housekeeper I found who said she’d tell the appropriate person. That hadn’t happened by 1pm, so on my way out, I went to the front desk and asked for towels again (and toilet paper). I believe it was Porsha (not Porsche) at the front desk, who appeared to really care less. She offered me a roll of toilet paper on the spot but I wasn’t going back to my room, so again I suggested to have it and towels sent up. No one ever went into my room all day.
As I left the room after the second night there happened to be a housekeeper next to my door and I asked again if I could at least get towels. She said I was supposed to get towels every day and doesn’t know what happened the day before, but unfortunately, she did not have any towels to give me and would have to pass a message along. I walked through the lobby at about 11am and asked again at the front desk. Again, it was Porsha, and again I don’t feel she took me seriously. Another woman overheard this (it appears she was a shift manager) who was very apologetic and swore she would get me towels. Nothing by 4pm. ***. 4th request in 2 days. As I went out for dinner, I asked again, and again told it would be taken care of. I was apprehensive with the sting of previous promises not upheld, and another woman at the desk, rather saltily said she would take of it. Apparently she did! Too bad I never got trash emptied in 3 days, old towels not removed and the last few squares of tp weren’t replenished from the 1/3 rolls provided. Even the Kleenex was empty, using maybe 5.
Same pool towels and trash laying by the pools for 2 full days. There was a towel wadded by the outdoor pool gate, and it also didn’t move for 2 days.
The restaurant/bar was excellent.

MMacDouggalHotel is probably the best location in December as parking is not enforced that month. Other times, you’d need to take a shuttle to the hotel from remote parking lots. Location is smack in the middle of town.
Dinner at the hotel restaurant was great. The spa looks nice, but we didn’t partake. The hotel has a great vintage feel, as it’s truly original. We loved the hardwood trim, the caged desk clerk and ease of check-in. Definately a trip into history. The elevator was small and painfully slow, so even after a long wait, there was a good chance you couldn’t board due to other guests (and lots of dogs) filling it. No big deal as there’s no need to rush anywhere.
Ah, the room. Interesting hardwood bed which was fairly comfortable. Huge with incredibly tall ceilings. Unfortunately that’s about it for positives. Wall a/c and heat far away but very noisy. Bathroom was newer but horribly designed—I’m sure from the restraints of the vintage space. The toilet was oddly up on a small platform— too small for any function. Shower was also very small with a very long wait for hot water and no control for velocity—you know, a single lever with cold next to off and rotated to hot. Water pressure was weak and I’m glad I only needed one. I wasn’t a fan of the cheap renovation attempts that completely failed the style of the room— modern chrome hardware next to antique bronze. Too bad whoever allowed this was more concerned with cost more than authenticity.
The sink was in the bedroom without the slightest bit of privacy. The mirror over the sink was so high, my 5’3 wife had to use her phone on the shelf to see herself. Even my 6’4 self only got the top of my head; the middle of the mirror was 6’6” high. Very bad positioning.
All in all, a great hotel with some odd quirks but I’d stay again. It’s a beautiful building.

IInvitéWe stopped here on our way to visit family in TN. We had so much fun, and the hotel was so nice and clean, we stayed there again on our way home. Trip.com was the lowest fair that we could find and was reasonable for a nice hotel. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was very nice with overhead rain delivery of water. We also spent time at the casino. No big wins, but we didn't lose every hand or every spin, so it made it fun. I will stay here again next time I am headed to visit family,.

Je recommande à tout le monde pour une nuit de sortie ou un séjour familial, ils ont un petit déjeuner chaud qui était biscuits et des sauces grosses font vos propres waffles et œufs ainsi que beaucoup d'autres choses que vous pourriez obtenir qui était complimentaire. Le service de la première chambre était parfait, et c'était très bien, très bien, très bien.

Les chambres sont très propres et confortables, les chambres spacieuses et les chambres d'enfants du roi, et ont un excellent restaurant à l'intérieur, ainsi qu'un bon petit-déjeuner bistro. Ils s'efforcent de rendre votre séjour agréable et d'expérimenter une expérience agréable.

JJimenezJosephThe overall design of the hotel was nice including the bar, but the food situation is a waste of time. They should not advertise to include breakfast for a fee. They give you a $10 voucher that you can either use for the gas station stuff or you can order a microwave sandwich / burrito. The room was small but very nice. The method of having the fewest workers possible in the lobby really doesn't work.

IInvitéWe tend to stay at Embassy Suites during our travels. Their made-to-order omelette was fantastic as usual, however, the oatmeal was too thick to eat. Everything else was pretty good. The hotel was very accommodating with storing our frozen water bottles for a medical need in their freezer. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this Embassy Suites in the future.
