This trip was booked to celebrate a birthday for my niece. The customer service was excellent as all of the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the problem was with the spa service, one of the restaurants (Linger Longer), and construction on the site. My nieces messuage was below average and when asked how her spa service was, she explain that the service she received was below average at best and she was not satisfied. She was compensated by the team that was checking us out at the Spa with half off the service. However, she did not receive the message that she was expecting and was disappointed as this was for her birthday. The second issue was with our dinner at the Linger Longer restaurant. Our appetizer was deliver to us very cold. We informed our server and she apologized and brought us back another appetizer only a couple of minutes before our main course arrived, and the replaced appetizer was only slightly better than the first one they brought out. The main courses consisted for my niece had to be sent back because it tasted sour as if the fish was not fresh. She is not a person that complains much, but the food and the messuage were disappointing, and put a slight damper on her birthday. The last issue was all the construction going on next to where our room was located on the lake view. Because of the construction noise during the day and early morning, it disrupted the piece in that room. I explained this to the front desk and she was very polite and asked if extending our stay for an additional hour would be helpful since we had experienced a few issues with our stay. At this point we had already checked out, so staying an additional hour in the room would not be much of a help, as well as the construction going on. There were good and bad with this stay, as I have explained the problems. However, the lake and the amenities were superb and the courteous staff was fantastic and that helped things from being a failed birthday celebration for my niece.

L'hôtel est correct, non loin de l'aéroport de Newark Il y a une navette 24h/24 à l'aéroport P4, qui part toutes les demi-heures, ce qui est très pratique. Prenez le skytrain depuis l'aéroport P4 jusqu'à la gare de l'aéroport de New Jersey. Le train urbain coûte 15,75 $ US et prend environ 40 minutes jusqu'à la gare de Pennsylvanie. L'hôtel est propre et calme, mais le chauffage est bruyant Il y a un point de vente à proximité, près du sud de l'aéroport. Il faut prendre un taxi pour s'y rendre. Le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel est moyen, avec peu de choix comme des fruits en conserve, etc. Bon café

I didn't know anything about airport hotels in Atlanta. I was looking for a convenient hotel with an airport bus. And the Westin was one of them. The airport bus was good, it departs the hotel on the hour and half hour (ie 8pm and 8:30pm and 9pm, etc). The drive to airport is over 10 minutes. I saw some hotels can be accessed by Sky Train. Actually those hotels are easier to access (which I did not know). The Sky Train is free, it leaves every 10 minutes from the airport station, and it's only 1 short stop to the hotels. So that is quicker and easier. I did not realise that before my stay. The Westin hotel is ok, not the newest but not bad overall. My main problem with it is that it faces a highway and it's quite noisy. I complained that the room they gave me was noisy and I asked to switch to a room that's not noisy. They gave me a room in the other wing of the hotel also facing a highway but a bit less noisy. I did not have the energy to complain again. The shower was ok, not bad. I like the African American woman who was driving the airport bus, she was very polite and friendly and helpful. I was tired after a long flight to Atlanta. So I wanted to go outside and get some fresh air. I asked them about walking around outside, the response was that it is not really safe to walk outside in the area. But if I wanted then I could walk in the parking lot.

Ce magasin est très nouveau et propre, l'attitude du personnel de la réception est enthousiaste, les rues à proximité sont des touristes transportés par des camions, surpris et heureux 😃 Un magasin tranquille, merci Trip.com! Trip.com est une autre option!

Une chambre Rm#511 avait un service de télévision. De plus, la salle de bain non sur le baignoire était très lisse eau allait partout. Cependant, je fus alors déplacée à rm#509. En outre, malgré cela, un gardien de maison nommé Jay était une grande aide et hôte. Si je reviens là, je veux le voir.

Front desk agent was very nasty and rude at the mouth. Upon returning to the property after eating dinner I was stopped and asked numerous questions and held up from going to my room. I was basically interrogated by the employee before I could go up to my room which was very unprofessional.

Nous avons vraiment aimé notre séjour! Très moderne avec de grandes installations. Le personnel était très ami et nous a aidé avec quelques choses que nous avons besoin pendant notre séjour. Je recommande vivement de rester, si vous voulez un hôtel de luxe à des prix abordables!

Un design fantastique ! L'atrium symétrique et la superbe impression de superposition sont irrésistibles. On peut même admirer la skyline d'Atlanta et le lever du soleil depuis sa chambre. Une expérience vraiment inoubliable. Propreté : Propreté impeccable Équipements : Bien qu'il s'agisse d'un hôtel ancien, les équipements sont bien entretenus. Service : Agréable
