Nous avons récemment séjourné à Discovery Samal, et en général, c'était une expérience très agréable et relaxante. Le centre de la ville est très confortable et très confortable. Il y a quelques choses à noter, il était très chaud pendant la journée, et même la zone de réception (avec seulement les fans) se sentait très chaude. Nous sommes allés au salon Malabar pour boire pendant l'attente, puis nous avons essayé de passer le temps, nous sommes retournés à la réception deux fois pour suivre, mais la chambre n'était pas encore prête. Nous avons compris depuis que le check-in est à 15 h, mais on nous a dit qu'ils appeleraient une fois qu'il était prêt et nous n'avons pas reçu de appel. Si nous n'avions pas repris la réception à 15 h, nous ne savions pas vraiment quel temps nous aurions été autorisés à entrer. En outre, comme il est un hôtel de luxe, les aliments et boissons sont attendus sur le côté coûteux. Le site est idéal pour se détendre et nous avons vraiment apprécié l'expérience dans son ensemble.

From the moment we arrived at Dusit Thani Residence Davao, we felt welcomed and well-taken care of. The lobby, though modest in size, exuded a calm charm and the check-in process was smooth. We were greeted warmly by staff who treated us with genuine hospitality — their attentiveness set the tone for our entire stay. Many previous guests also praised the staff’s politeness and readiness to help.  We stayed in a studio apartment, and it was nothing short of comfortable. The room came with a kitchenette, a coffee/tea maker, minibar, and free WiFi — extremely convenient whether you’re staying briefly or planning a longer stay.  The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. Cleanliness, indeed, stood out during our stay — a point frequently echoed by other guests.  One of the highlights was the leisure amenities. We took full advantage of the outdoor swimming pool — a serene little oasis perfect for a morning dip or evening unwind. The fitness centre, spa, and wellness offerings added to the sense of pampering. For those traveling with kids or family, there’s even a kids’ pool and a family-friendly vibe.  Breakfast and dining at the hotel also deserve special mention. The buffet breakfast was generous and satisfying — a great way to start a busy day in Davao. For lunch or dinner, the on-site restaurant served a mix of Thai, Asian, international, and European dishes, giving a variety that could cater to different tastes and dietary preferences.  The presence of a café and even a pastry/deli option made it easy to grab a light meal or snack without leaving the property.  Location is another strong suit for Dusit Thani Residence. It’s conveniently located near the airport, which is a big plus if you have early flights or late arrivals.  At the same time, it’s still close enough to city amenities, shopping, and other attractions — offering both convenience and comfort. Many guests appreciated this balance of accessibility and tranquility.  That said, no stay is perfect, and a few aspects could be improved. Some guests mentioned that certain rooms felt a bit cramped or that balcony areas were under-utilized due to cleanliness concerns.  There were occasional gripes about maintenance — for example, shower drains draining slowly or small furniture quirks — and a few found the elevator access between towers a bit awkward, especially if coming from parking.  A minority even felt the place fell short of 5-star expectations in certain respects.  Still, for us, these were minor blemishes compared to the overall positive experience. What stood out was how the hotel blends comfort, convenience, and courteous service with enough extras to feel like more than just a “place to sleep.” The pool, spa, and kitchen-equipped rooms make it a strong choice for families, couples, business travellers — essentially anyone who values a balance of luxury and practicality. In conclusion: if you’re looking for a stay in Davao that offers more than just four walls — a place that feels both refined and welcoming — Dusit Thani Residence Davao delivers. Its attentive staff, well-appointed rooms, great amenities, and strategic location combine into a memorable experience. Clean room, quiet, good location close to restaurants, cafes & bars. Staff were helpful & I was able to leave some belongings at the hotel for a few days while I did night life in downtown

We stayed at Crown Regency Residences for a week, and overall it was a great choice—especially for budget travelers with kids. One of the biggest highlights was the unlimited pool access until 10 PM every day, which our family really enjoyed. It made a huge difference in keeping the kids entertained without needing to go out and spend extra. The place offers hotel-like service, and the staff were consistently helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. While the building itself does show its age and could use some updates, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. If you’re traveling as a family and looking for something affordable with good amenities, this is definitely a place worth considering. Despite its older appearance, I would still choose to stay here again for a budget-friendly family trip.

Pearl Farm is like a paradise. Everything is pleasing to the eyes and to the tummy! Lechon is available every night. Staff are very friendly, accommodating and quick to respond to every request. My only complaint is their social media, phone and email responses. They respond very slow or none at all. 1. I asked for a transfer from Discovery Samal Welcome Center to their Marina Wharf. They said they will send a van at 1pm but there was none. I followed up thru trip dot com messages, no response. I called their mobile number, declined! Guess what, they replied saying they were on lunch break! We were in a hurry because we need to be in their wharf before 2pm per their instruction. Nada. Good thing we were able to ask Discovery Samal staff to bring us to Marina Wharf. 2. Boat transfer from wharf to resort was cancelled due to big waves. I understand. We were told we will be traveling by land. We rode a van, lined up to be transferred via RORO (yes, the ship transfer) which took us 2 freaking hours just for lining up!! And another hour to arrive at the resort. We travelled for 3 HOURS just to arrive at the resort. We lined up with other RORO passengers - with and without vehicles. We are staying in a 5 star resort but they cant do something to make the waiting/lining up in the RORO be a little faster?? I saw the driver paying 20/passenger for riding the RORO (not verified). Cant the resort pay a little extra for a fast lane or something similar? Idk! Just rly disappointed bcos we were traveling with a 3yr old! Ofcourse I messaged them regarding this thru email and yes, they DID NOT REPLY AGAIN. I wanted to rate them 5stars but their communication with guests is so bad. I worked in a hotel and every message from guests is taken very seriously.

My husband and I stayed at Apo View Hotel during a training, and it was a very convenient and comfortable place to stay. The location was ideal for attending the training, the room was clean and relaxing, and the food was truly sumptuous. It was a great experience overall.”

The service was excellent,the food and the restaurant bar are outstanding,we enjoyed our stay very much,very friendly staffs and the facilities are very modern.next time when we comeback we stay again…😊

C'est la première fois que nous séjournons à l'hôtel Mandaya, mes enfants ont adoré ! L'endroit est très reposant, la nourriture est bonne et le séjour s'est très bien passé. Merci, nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Hotel vraiment a 2 pas de l’airport, offrant même un petit dej au A mart d’en bas donc assez sympa. Par contre il est vraiment vieillot, vieillot, les carreaux sont cassés, la peinture sur les murs écaillée voir retirée par endroits, il mérite un gros rafraîchissement. La SDB est vraiment dans le même genre par contre caffé savon gel douche. Nous avons eu un problème avec la douche puis le lavabo n avait pas d’eau. Hotel vraiment Ok pour 1 nuit pas plus.
