Cute spot. Lots of young festive people running around. The DJ at the pool slapped. Would recommend for families and single folk and couples alike. Quick short walk to old town and lots of food options nearby.

Ceci est ma première fois à Eugene(aller à un test)🤣.La position est proche de mon site d'essai et vous pouvez facilement obtenir des questions de nourriture et de divertissement.La chambre est si jolie et grande, mais le chemin vers la chambre peut ne pas être si facile.Les lignes directrices ne sont pas si claires sur le chemin.

Very nice rooms.We booked 2 connecting and both were very nice. Beds were comfortable and rooms were very clean. The breakfast was one of the better ones we’ve had. Area was clean and the food was hot and there was a good variety. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Will definitely choose this property on any return trips!

De Lake Tahoe à Portland, l'hôtel est généralement bon, le petit déjeuner est correct, l'hôtel est situé dans la ville, les environs sont entièrement meublés, il convient de mentionner qu'il y a un grand Wal-Mart à proximité sur quelques kilomètres, ouvert 24 heures.

I am writing to formally express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the handling of my personal belongings left in the refrigerator during my recent stay at your hotel.
We stayed at Hilton Portland Downtown from December 23 to December 24, occupying Rooms 416 and 417. Upon checkout, a full box of prescription medications was accidentally left inside the refrigerator in one of the rooms.
I want to be very clear about the nature of these items:
The box was full and intact
It contained injectable prescription medications, clearly medical in nature
The medications were stored inside the refrigerator, not left out in the room
These items were obviously not trash and are easy to identify as medical supplies
Given these facts, I find it extremely concerning and unacceptable that:
The items were apparently discarded or mishandled, and
No attempt was made to contact me to confirm whether these medically critical items should be kept.
At a minimum, I would expect hotel staff to recognize that refrigerated injectable medications are not garbage, and that such items require verification with the guest before disposal. The failure to do so reflects a serious lack of care and responsibility, especially considering the medical importance of these medications.
These medications are essential for managing chronic health conditions, and their loss has caused significant distress and inconvenience. This situation could and should have been avoided with a simple phone call.

Room was nice. Maid service was non-existent. Asking for room service … they indicated we must ask for it the previous day. Even when we got… they didn’t even make the bed. Front desk was confused at checkout and tried to bill me again after I already pre-paid. Probably will not stay at Hilton again.

Online it said it was a 3-star hotel but it felt more like 2-star. Our room smelled but was relatively clean. The shower had strong water pressure, and all the drainage was good. My wife was happy with it but I felt it was meh.

Les lits étaient confortables et propres. Nous avons eu le toast français, le coco et le café avec crème de délire international. La piscine était vraiment vague et les serviettes avaient une condensation goutte de la zone du tube chaud. Il n'y avait qu'un port USB sur une montre d'alarme. Un vent ouvert ou une circulation aérienne fraîche serait bon. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le personnel amical et l'expérience.

It’s close to Apple store.., like 10-15 minutes walking.
Good room.., I got a Studio King suite.
No problems with the elevators..
Very good breakfast.. (tasty omelet).
There are some beggars sleeping (inhabiting) the sidewalks around the hotel.
I’d stay again..!!

Nnicole.wants.adventureI arrived to quite late to my booking. The front desk staff was courteous and even offered me a cookie when I checked in. My room was clean and orderly. There were a few stains in the carpet, but nothing too bad. The shower was amazing and had two shower head. There were plenty of outlets through out the room for all of my devices including next to the beds. The room also had a little couch coffee table, microwave, and mini fridge which was super nice. They did charge for the bottled water in the room though. I paid extra when I booked my room to have breakfast included, the breakfast was great. Bacon, Sausage, Potatoes, Eggs, and Waffles. They also had bagels and some items in the salad bar area but I didnt mess with any of that. Overall it was a pleasant stay. My only complaint would be related to the parking. There wasnt very many parking spots to begin with and the spots were super small. It made getting in and out of my car very difficult when parked. The hotel was super easy to find and was right off of I-5. However, I will warn you that the entrance is tucked around on the backside.

Without doubt, the best hotel I have ever stayed without spending a LOT more money. I had a wonderful corner room with loads of light, amenities were outstanding: comfortable bed, big bathroom with good water pressure, amenity kit (see pic), huge TV (which, unlike many hotels was easy to operate), sensible light switches, plenty of power outlets, inc USB on each side of the bed for phone charging, soft robes, excellent plunger coffee maker, fridge, in-room safe, etc etc. I honestly couldnt fault anything. Staff were very good. Bar and restaurant were also very good. I only wish I had more then 2 nights there. Wonderful stay.

HHannahRNorrisI stayed here for one night in the king deluxe for an insanely low price. This gorgeous historic hotel is located in the downtown district of Baker City and it is easily the most picturesque experience of the town. The hotel has kept most of its original furnishings, crystal chandeliers everywhere, and a stunning stained glass skylight in the restaurant.
Erika at the front desk helped me with check in and valet (so affordable!), and she even offered treats that she made herself to my dog! The restaurant was gorgeous, my waitress Jenny had great recommendations for dinner, overall a fantastic evening. I could not have asked for a better stay.

Le conducteur de camion, cependant, m'a fait sentir peu important. Quoi ????? Nous devons retourner à l'hôtel pour prendre un pilote ? Même si vous étiez en retard pour me prendre et me faire en retard pour ma propre connexion ? GACK !
Je dirais que l'entreprise met beaucoup d'argent dans le lobby et à l'extérieur. Malheureusement, une fois que vous vous déplacez de l'ascenseur, tout est un peu bouleversé, tourné et descendu. Perfect pour attirer le voyageur qui ne reviendra pas.

IInvitéThis was the third stay over a 10 year time span. Every stay the hotel has been friendly, and clean. This time was no different. However, to my surprise there was an added parking fee of $29 per night. This caught me as odd since our previous stays had not charged for this convenience. Going from free to $29 seemed rather obnoxious. The person at checkin pointed out the small print in the reservation that stated the upcharge for parking. I have to admit I didn’t even look for that as I hadn’t been charged for parking the previous stays. Lesson learned.
