The shuttle driver to the airport was the highlight of this stay, which, as a Sheraton, should not be the expectation. The desk staff were pleasant enough, but when leaving the lobby to cross the driveway to the second building where the room was located, we saw the most ridiculous situation I have ever encountered at a hotel or even MOTEL. The entry was a split level, ten or so steps up or down without any ramp or elevator. Seeing as the clerk saw we were traveling internationally and had three massive and heavy suitcases, placement in that location was inconvenient at best. If I had not had my son present, there is no way that I could have lifted the luggage to arrive at the room. This does not even take into account someone with mobility concerns. The restaurant staff were courteous enough, but prices were insanely elevated. Vending machines were scarce and had different offerings in the main building and the satellite building. For example, my building had empty snack machines and the main building had soda machines and ice machines with no prices noted, and when a card was used, the soda was 4.00. All in all, would NOT recommend whatsoever. The poorest Sheraton I have ever stayed at. Unfortunately, I had told my family that Sheraton was considered a good hotel chain. No longer true if this is a representation. Sewage leaking in the parking garage with caution tape all around was just icing on the cake.

the room was adequate. we used the television, which worked fine . the quality of the soap and shampoos are good, because they're not using sodium lyraul sulfate there are no slippers provided. there's no free parking but you can park on the street . there's a skateboard park nearby ..

La chambre est confortable et propre, la salle dispose d'eau chaude et de café 24 heures, la chambre dispose de micro-ondes et de toutes sortes de nourriture, le service est très disponible. Le transport gratuit est également très pratique, à 10 minutes de l'aéroport, le choix du vol de la nuit et de la matinée est le suivant

J'aime cet hôtel, l'aéroport a un transbordeur de retour, le conducteur est très ami. Il est à neuf minutes de marche de la station de métro Crystal City. Si vous ne conduisez pas, il est très pratique de voyager, aller au musée pour prendre le métro très rapidement. La chambre est assez grande, il y a aussi une petite vague de micro-ondes, à côté de McDanld et CVS.

It was amazing!!! Thank you. Breakfast was great. Room was great. Customer service was awesome. Will consider this location again. My only gripe is that the 50th MCM was this weekend. It’s unfortunate that breakfast times were not adjusted for runners. Even having quick little bags with bananas, granola bars, orange slices, water or OJ would be very considerate. One day I didn’t even use my breakfast voucher so I felt like I wasted my money. Some of my friends had that marathon breakfast bag and I would have loved it too for the marathon day and shakeout run at the National Mall. Just something to consider. Thank you!

L'hôtel est très propre et il y a service client est au-dessus et au-delà ils ont contacté mon téléphone pour demander si j'avais besoin de quelque chose il y a des équipements étonnants et je le recommande vivement à quiconque cherche un départ ou quelqu'un qui cherche à traiter là partenaire à un de nuit ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ambiente muito agradável, com muitos restaurantes próximos. Estacionamento incluído na diária, o que é pouco comum na região. Café da manhã bom em um restaurante lindo! Bar muito interessante no Hall. Único ponto não tão positivo, é que ocorrem vários eventos no hotel, o que dificulta um pouco o estacionamento e em um dos dias o barulho passou das 22h. Porém nada suficiente para desabonar o hotel.

L'hôtel est juste à côté du Pentagon, le balcon peut être vu et le monument peut être éloigné. Le hall a Starbucks. Les installations sont plus anciennes et la plupart des personnes qui voyagent dans le Pentagon sentent qu'elles séjournent.

Los gusto lo único que A sen fiesta y las personas asen de masiafo ruido si están serca del cuarto de verían de poner alas personas de las fiesta en otra parte del hotel

Aucune couchette ou couche extra, des dessins b/w insuffisants sur les murs, aucun environnement ”Colonial Williamsburg”, télé défectueuse, salle de bains crampée sans tube, tapis apparaissant threadable, et aucun garde-house jusqu'à 15 h. Reconnaissant si moins de cent par nuit mais aux prix facturés ? Evitez, évitez, évitez.
