The shuttle driver to the airport was the highlight of this stay, which, as a Sheraton, should not be the expectation. The desk staff were pleasant enough, but when leaving the lobby to cross the driveway to the second building where the room was located, we saw the most ridiculous situation I have ever encountered at a hotel or even MOTEL. The entry was a split level, ten or so steps up or down without any ramp or elevator. Seeing as the clerk saw we were traveling internationally and had three massive and heavy suitcases, placement in that location was inconvenient at best. If I had not had my son present, there is no way that I could have lifted the luggage to arrive at the room. This does not even take into account someone with mobility concerns. The restaurant staff were courteous enough, but prices were insanely elevated. Vending machines were scarce and had different offerings in the main building and the satellite building. For example, my building had empty snack machines and the main building had soda machines and ice machines with no prices noted, and when a card was used, the soda was 4.00. All in all, would NOT recommend whatsoever. The poorest Sheraton I have ever stayed at. Unfortunately, I had told my family that Sheraton was considered a good hotel chain. No longer true if this is a representation. Sewage leaking in the parking garage with caution tape all around was just icing on the cake.

the room was adequate. we used the television, which worked fine . the quality of the soap and shampoos are good, because they're not using sodium lyraul sulfate there are no slippers provided. there's no free parking but you can park on the street . there's a skateboard park nearby ..

This hotel is about 1 km from the Crystal City Metro Station, and about 200 ms from a CVS Pharmacy Store which is open 24 hours. A McDonalds is right outside the hotel, which is super convenient for a quick snack. There is free airport shuttle, but understand at some times, there is insufficient capacity for guests. For example, I arrived at 10:00pm at DCA Airport, after waiting the 30 mins for the shuttle at the airport, it arrived with no room for luggage or passengers. Told there was one more shuttle coming, (another 30 mins) so I decided to take lyft/uber for $20 to the hotel, with another guest from the hotel. While it is 1 mile from the airport, its a little difficulty with luggage. The hotel itself is old, but well maintained. The bathrooms have a noisy fan, every time the light go on. The desk is too high, and chair is not sufficient for effective computer work, because of the height issue. Still, the room is spacious and beds are comfortable. There is $50 deposit charge for incidentals per night not per stay. I requested a room with airports views and was given the best the hotel could - a glimpse through the surrounding buildings to river and some view of planes. Overall, this hotel represents very good value for money, particularly considering the 4 July celebrations. My 4 night stay was significantly less than other hotels in the area. I would certainly recommend this hotel and it is still good choice to visit Washington sights, without the high cost of hotels closer to downtown. And the walk to metro is about 10 to 15 mins.

It was amazing!!! Thank you. Breakfast was great. Room was great. Customer service was awesome. Will consider this location again. My only gripe is that the 50th MCM was this weekend. It’s unfortunate that breakfast times were not adjusted for runners. Even having quick little bags with bananas, granola bars, orange slices, water or OJ would be very considerate. One day I didn’t even use my breakfast voucher so I felt like I wasted my money. Some of my friends had that marathon breakfast bag and I would have loved it too for the marathon day and shakeout run at the National Mall. Just something to consider. Thank you!

L'hôtel est très propre et il y a service client est au-dessus et au-delà ils ont contacté mon téléphone pour demander si j'avais besoin de quelque chose il y a des équipements étonnants et je le recommande vivement à quiconque cherche un départ ou quelqu'un qui cherche à traiter là partenaire à un de nuit ⭐⭐⭐⭐

La chambre est très bonne, le service est très bon, le transport est confortable et la sécurité autour. En résumé, le sentiment général est très bon, pendant de nombreux jours et la nuit, il dort aussi parfumé. Alors, il est recommandé

Très bien, je ne sais pas combien de personnes mal notées exigent. J'aime beaucoup, la marque a un visage, le lit est très confortable, il y a un transbordeur, le seul défaut est de ne pas avoir de retard.

Aucune couchette ou couche extra, des dessins b/w insuffisants sur les murs, aucun environnement ”Colonial Williamsburg”, télé défectueuse, salle de bains crampée sans tube, tapis apparaissant threadable, et aucun garde-house jusqu'à 15 h. Reconnaissant si moins de cent par nuit mais aux prix facturés ? Evitez, évitez, évitez.
