The hotel is beautiful, historic and well maintained. Food and service quality is fantastic. I booked a luxury twin room with high ceilings and plenty of space. Built in 1922 with lush greens and floral garden right in front, antiques and ＞ 2000 pcs of art work. It is giving Bridgeton vibes. Location is perfect yet gives you the tranquil and peace. Eateries, cafes, massages can be found next door too. My little dismay is really the room, it can be refreshed a little to help travellers feel at ease, consider making it warmer and brighter.

Before I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them. The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had. CHECK-IN Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end. FOOD: The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally). AMENITIES: Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented. Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good. The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down. Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.) Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm! *Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing. KIDS ACTIVITIES: They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though! Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!) *Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it. CHECK-OUT: Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple. All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.

Emplacement proche du centre. Cependant, la partie de l'hôtel qui longe la route est en travaux, beaucoup de poussière et de bruit. L'insonorisation laisse à désirer. La propreté est correcte. Nous y avons passé deux nuits, mais l'eau potable n'était pas suffisante (ils ont vu qu'il ne restait qu'une bouteille d'eau, alors qu'ils auraient dû en fournir deux par jour, gel douche compris). Le petit-déjeuner propose de nombreux plats, mais le menu pour deux jours est peu varié. Certains plats sont identiques à ceux d'hier, mais je n'en ai pas vraiment apprécié le goût. Personnel sympathique et rapide.

Nous avons eu l'occasion de mettre à niveau notre chambre pour la première (mais seulement le troisième jour, mais encore, c'était beaucoup). Le petit déjeuner est bon, et il est généralement un buffet, mais si il y a trop peu d'invités, c'est une la carte. C'est le meilleur hôtel à proximité (nous avons vérifié quelques-uns à proximité, et ils sont beaucoup plus mauvais (conditions des chambres, lits, etc) Parfois, il était très difficile de communiquer avec certains de l'équipe, même avec un traducteur, et il semble que je parlais à l'étranger, donc soyez patient))

Большой отельный комплекс с бассейнами, сауной, хаммамом и своей инфраструктурой в виде кафе, магазинов и кофеен. Очень удобно. Цены чуть выше, чем в самом Муйне, но не критично. Есть свой пляж с лежаками. Комплекс расположен на возвышенности, непосредственно до ресепшена можно подняться на эскалаторе или возит электрокар. Есть собственный пляж. До центра Муйне примерно 20 км. Без байка не удобно. С байком запаривает кататься туда) Мы 5 дней проживали. Сам номер и комплекс нам очень понравился. Уборка ежедневная, посещение сауны входило в стоимость и бассейнов тоже. Красивый вид. Удобно спать и не слышно соседей. Отдохнули хорошо! Единственное, при бронировании было указано, что есть мини кухня, но по факту плитка не работала. Приготовить минимальный завтрак не получилось. Но для нас это было не критично, мы не обращались по этому поводу к персоналу.

Le meilleur des meilleurs Tout le personnel est sympathique et traite les clients avec sincérité. Faites attention et prenez soin de minimiser l'inconfort. En particulier, le personnel de la réception et du spa est professionnel et souriant. J'ai une très bonne impression et j'écris une critique lors de mon déménagement au centre-ville de Ho Chi Minh. I had a wonderful stay at APEC Mandala Hotel. The facilities were excellent, the room was beautiful, and every aspect of the hotel exceeded my expectations. However, what truly made this stay unforgettable was my butler, Dương. I arrived at the hotel feeling very unwell, and from the moment I checked in, Dương went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. He anticipated my needs before I even had to ask and genuinely cared about how I was feeling. His kindness, warmth, and attentiveness were unlike anything I’ve experienced at a hotel before. Not only was he incredibly professional, but he was also so friendly and funny. We were constantly laughing together, and he made me feel completely at ease despite travelling alone in a country where I didn’t speak the language. He never made me feel isolated. instead, he made me feel looked after like family. When I needed to withdraw cash, Dương personally took me to the ATM. Then, when I realised I’d need more than I’d originally withdrawn, he happily came back with me without hesitation. It was such a simple gesture, but it perfectly summed up his willingness to help with absolutely anything. The moment that really showed how exceptional he is was when he messaged to ask if I needed anything. I had fallen asleep and didn’t reply. Rather than assuming everything was fine, he actually came to my room to check on me because he was genuinely worried about my wellbeing. That level of care is incredibly rare and meant so much, especially when I wasn’t feeling my best. Dương didn’t just provide excellent service, he showed genuine compassion. His kindness, patience, and generosity transformed what could have been a difficult trip into one I’ll always remember for the right reasons. He is a true credit to APEC Mandala Hotel, and I sincerely hope the management recognises what an extraordinary employee they have. Thank you, Dương, for taking such wonderful care of me. You didn’t just make my stay better you made it unforgettable.

I stayed for two nights and arrived late at night. The Front Desk staff who welcomed me were very warm and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which I truly appreciated. The resort itself is lovely, with beautiful gardens and flowers that create a relaxing atmosphere and make it enjoyable to walk around. The room was generally nice; however, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, and the soundproofing could be improved as I could easily hear people talking in the corridor. Breakfast was generally good, with a nice selection of food. The staff were attentive despite the busy hours. The main disappointment during my stay was the inconsistency regarding the late check-out. One day before departure, I was confirmed a complimentary late check-out until 2pm, and my key card was even extended. I appreciated this gesture, especially since I had mentioned that I did not mind paying if needed. However, on the day of departure, the manager informed me that the hotel was fully booked and that the late check-out was no longer valid. Unfortunately, no alternative solution was offered, and it seemed as though there was some doubt about my confirmation. Luckily, my bags were already packed, and I was able to check out immediately. I later sent an email to express my concern. Another manager responded politely and offered a solution and courtesy gesture, which I appreciated. However, by then I had already checked out and made alternative plans, so it was a bit too late — though I do value the effort to follow up. I was also traveling on my birthday. While I am not someone who expects celebrations, it was a little surprising that there was no recognition at all, especially for a brand like Grand Mercure. Overall, the resort is beautiful and the service is generally good, but better consistency in communication and service delivery would enhance the guest experience.

Suite à un commentaire concernant l'hôtel J'ai signalé au responsable de service l'attitude du personnel de la réception et la manière dont le problème a été traité. Je tiens à remercier Mme Nhi pour sa disponibilité et sa prise en compte des remarques du client. Elle a abordé la réclamation avec une attitude positive et a tout mis en œuvre pour améliorer la situation. Durant son séjour de deux jours, ses efforts ont au moins permis au client de constater la sincérité de l'hôtel. En tant qu'hôtel cinq étoiles appartenant à une chaîne internationale, la qualité du service est primordiale si l'établissement souhaite attirer une clientèle internationale. Le respect mutuel est essentiel. Bien que cet établissement puisse encore être envisagé pour de futurs séjours, les clients exigeant un service digne d'un cinq étoiles sont invités à revoir leurs attentes à la baisse.
