Situat au milieu des paysages de Hakodate, notre hôtel propose un repos calme avec des installations de pointe et une hospitalité chaleureuse. Traditionnel et chaud. La chambre de maïs, la classe ancienne de la porte ouverte par la serrure. Le service est enthousiaste, nous sommes arrivés tard, la réception est le vieux chalet de la classe de poste, nous présentons les installations et les services de l'hôtel en détail. Prenez la chambre, ouvrez la porte avec un écran, nous présentons l'usage des installations de la chambre. Très respectueux. Les installations sont complètes, les chambres sont chaudes à 4 et 7 étages, les hommes et les femmes se échangent le matin et la nuit. Les quatre étages sont des espaces de mer intérieurs et les sept étages sont équipés de piscines extérieures. La position n'est pas dans le centre du hall de la maison de vacances, la région est la zone de réunion de l'hôtel de vacances chaude et chaude, c'est-à-dire moins de restaurants autour. Le magasin de confort de l'hôtel est au 1er étage, opérationnel à 22 heures, tout est très complet.

L'hôtel est juste devant la plage, donc la vue est bonne ~ Le petit déjeuner et le dîner étaient bons, et la chambre était grande ~

L'hôtel nous a offert une expérience vraiment exceptionnelle. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue sur mer, juste au-dessus de l'océan – le panorama était absolument époustouflant, et même les mouettes venaient quémander de la nourriture sur le rebord de la fenêtre. Le principal atout de l'hôtel réside dans ses sources thermales, où l'on peut se détendre en admirant la mer et en écoutant son murmure. Le point d'orgue fut sans aucun doute le dîner, avec son abondance de sashimis de fruits de mer d'une incroyable diversité – nous avons mangé à satiété ! Le petit-déjeuner proposait également de généreux morceaux d'œufs de poisson frais, un vrai régal. Une employée de l'hôtel, une Chinoise nommée Qiu, a fourni un service exceptionnel, nous aidant à organiser toutes nos excursions – vraiment très appréciable.

Fantastic City Center Stay with Relaxing Onsen My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely delightful. The location couldn’t be better – perfectly situated in the bustling city center, with major attractions, shopping areas, and public transportation just a short walk away. It made exploring the city effortless and convenient. The on-site hot spring was a real treat: clean, spacious, and with perfectly warm water that melted away all stress. Soaking there after a day out was pure bliss and true relaxation. The room was impeccably clean, modern, and comfortable, with quality bedding and all necessary amenities. Everything felt fresh and well-maintained. What impressed me most was the staff – everyone was genuinely polite, friendly, and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. This hotel offers the ideal mix of prime location, soothing facilities, spotless rooms, and warm hospitality. A wonderful experience I’d highly recommend!

About 10-15mins driving distance from the city center. Parking is located next to it (around 2mins walking distance) where u have to walk through an alley to hotel main door. Perhaps they can install a street light in the alley way or a back door near to parking lots coz it is quite dark and scary to walk alone. Breakfast is lack of variety but acceptable. Other than these, overall is satisfied.

Excellent hotel with kids facility Food are nice But they have free flow with bingo tem on the day we checked in, don't know why the restaurant staff don't want to show us the free flow menu . We asjec the waiter for detaills, he showed us. But we don't know our kidx can play bingo ten after dinner . No one told us. Other than that , all are good

Trip with two kids..love that it's right next to the Ski paths. Many options for food would be better if there's a sushi bar/izakaya option. On the way back to the train station would need to carry your luggages up and down a flight of stairs so would be best to have your luggage spread out and not too heavy in one luggage.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. You will need to take 15 minutes taxi ride to reach here from Otaru station. It's right by the beach. Room is super spacious and comforting. There's kitchen and dining area. It was snowing so the balcony is filled with snow but the view is just so amazing. The staffs are very helpful. You can check in early with a small fee. Breakfast was simple. Complete amenities.

Room is so spacious. Many activities to do. Should at least stay 2 nights. The minamina beach is awesome. Breakfast is a bit hectic. The room has no AC during winter.
