Beautiful hotel. Grand entrance with chandelier. Easy check in. Warm welcome from staff. Hotel staff Assisted with every request and made the holiday pleasant. Room had beautiful river and city views. Was actually better than the pictures online. Breakfast location: High ceilings and full windows overlooking the city and river. Spacious. Great selection of different cuisines. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again.

Changbai Mountain Landscape International Eco-Exchange Center — where “eco-exchange” really means exchanging knee joints for enlightenment 🐕🦺❄️ This old dog picked this place as a first-timer to Changbaishan because on paper it reads like a dream: ✔️ 5-minute walk to the Changbai Mountain VIP entrance ✔️ Hot springs inside the compound ✔️ “Eco-exchange” — which I later learned refers to exchanging comfort for character development Location? Prime marrow bone. 🦴 Reality, however, is a scenic winter obstacle course. The hotel is thoughtfully scattered across three separate buildings — one for check-in and breakfast, another for hot springs, and because suspense is important in life, the Food Plaza lives in yet another building. In winter. On ice. With wind that slaps. Not exactly age-old-dog friendly. I waddled. I shuffled. I negotiated with my knees. At one point I believe my soul lagged behind and had to catch up. To offset this Arctic triathlon, the staff are available 24/7 on WeChat, responding faster than I can type “why did I choose this hotel?” Efficiency deserves a respectful tail wag. 🐾 Now let’s talk Food Plaza, the hotel’s redemption arc. The food is genuinely scrumptious, warming, and emotionally supportive after being bullied by Changbai winds. Takeaway is allowed — which means you carry it yourself. Eco-exchange again. This dog fetches his own dinner. 🥸 Then there’s the hot spring schedule. Opens at 13:30. When the mountain is closed and the hot spring is closed what exactly is an old dog meant to do? Stare into the snow? Question life decisions? Age visibly? Ah yes — write this review. ✔️ ⚠️ Now, the bone that refuses to go down smoothly. Despite having a relaxed stay, I felt continuously pressed for a 5-star review — on departure day from the first meeting in the lobby to gentle reminders all the way up the bus. At that point, it stopped feeling like hospitality and started feeling like an exam I didn’t sign up for. It made me sad, actually — because it suggests staff performance may be chained to guest reviews like sled dogs pulling corporate KPIs. Trip.com, if you’re listening: no guest should ever be pressured to review. The moment reviews are pushed, ratings stop being honest and start being decorative. This old dog is an independent reviewer. I don’t bark on command. I don’t roll over for stars. And the harder the push, the more my paw hovers over the lowest rating out of pure principle. Still — despite the ice, the walking, the soul-searching — the location alone makes this a smart base for Changbaishan first-timers. L'hôtel est situé à proximité des attractions (10-20 minutes de voiture). Le prix est également abordable. La chambre était propre et confortable et le lit était confortable. Les installations de l'hôtel sont nouvelles et intelligentes contrôlées. Le petit déjeuner était très bon avec des variétés de nourriture.

Our stay at Park Kairos was amazing! The staff are very friendly especially the VIP manager’s service. Location of the hotel is also excellent and most importantly, it is well decorated and clean. Enjoyed our stay in the Korean style room. The staff even prepared a fruit platter for a birthday celebration. Highly recommend!

Le personnel est très bien et fluide en anglais. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses; il y avait même un minibar gratuit pour la première nuit à l'hôtel. Le dépôt incident a été libéré juste au moment de la sortie. Le petit déjeuner est à la fois chinois et occidental. Recommend

Le double Tree Hilton est un hôtel incroyable avec service professionnel à partir des personnels du sol. Breakfast buffet et dîner au ”LUSH” TUDIE-DIA. La biscuite de signature double est toujours notre préférée et merci pour le Valcano gratuit et pour le retour et le départ gratuits aux activités de ski. Restera certainement ici pour nos prochaines visites

Nous avons reçu une mise à jour gratuite. La chambre est propre, le lit et la cuisinière sont très confortables. L'Hilpdesk est extrêmement utile, ils m'aident même à contacter l'hôtel que je vais rester, a ajouté leur WeChat ainsi que la mienne juste pour me assurer que je puisse atteindre en toute sécurité la position.

This was my first time stay at Shangri-La Changchun and I was not disappointed. I felt welcomed when checked in. Ella at the front desk is professional and friendly. She introduced about the room facility to us, made the check-in process smooth and gave us free upgrade (Thanks, Ella!). The room we stayed was clean with beautiful view. The facility was nice. The breakfast was delicious and there were so many varieties of great food to choose. The cleaning lady was friendly and had her job well done. The staff also helped us call taxi. The fitness club and pool are great. We had dinner on the 2nd floor. The food was wonderful and the waiter was very friendly. The location of the hotel is central and perfect as a base in the city. We had an early check-out and need to rush to the airport. The gentleman at the front desk made the checkout extremely brief and wasted no time in getting us a taxi. All in all, we had a very pleasant and lovely stay at Shangri-la. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay again when visiting Changchun.

L'hôtel est très propre, mais quand j'étais là avec ma famille, il y a beaucoup de constructions qui se déroulent près de l'hôtel et il pleut chaque jour quand nous sommes à Changchun. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très bon et efficace quand nous n'avons que 30 minutes pour embarquer notre train pour aller à Changbaishan. Nous avons réussi à embarquer notre train grâce à Mme Fu Yang. Les options de petit déjeuner étaient plutôt limitées. Il y avait un signe qui disait que nous pouvions avoir ce que nous voulions nos œufs. Nous avons demandé au chef de la cuisine de la cuisine; le chef nous a réservé sans volonté et nous a donné une attitude. Les avis précédents ont donné de nombreuses évaluations positives sur le buffet, et nous avons donc décidé de payer le petit-déjeuner buffet. En général, nous resterons dans le même hôtel si nous revisions Changchun. :) La station est très loin de l'hôtel, mais DiDi fonctionne aussi bien.

酒店滑雪套餐真的是性價比很高了，酒店環境也不錯，雖然是距離雪場遠了點，但是有接駁車拉也還好，基本上不用怎麼等，滑雪的雪道很多人流適中，雪具大廳總有工作人員時刻來幫忙，滑雪體驗非常好。 酒店房間基本設施都齊全，暖氣很足很熱，就是特別特別幹。早餐飯菜味道都不錯，價格也不貴，送的温泉票也挺好，滑完雪去泡個澡很舒服。 就是服務需要提升。接送高鐵站的大巴班次不算多，然後時間地點還不準，説是下午3點發的車，問酒店人員是不是準時也不確定，走過去看到大巴來了，拖着箱子跑過去大巴一秒都不帶等的就跑了，這個確實是讓人挺無語的。
