Beautiful hotel. Grand entrance with chandelier. Easy check in. Warm welcome from staff. Hotel staff Assisted with every request and made the holiday pleasant. Room had beautiful river and city views. Was actually better than the pictures online. Breakfast location: High ceilings and full windows overlooking the city and river. Spacious. Great selection of different cuisines. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again.

This was my first time stay at Shangri-La Changchun and I was not disappointed. I felt welcomed when checked in. Ella at the front desk is professional and friendly. She introduced about the room facility to us, made the check-in process smooth and gave us free upgrade (Thanks, Ella!). The room we stayed was clean with beautiful view. The facility was nice. The breakfast was delicious and there were so many varieties of great food to choose. The cleaning lady was friendly and had her job well done. The staff also helped us call taxi. The fitness club and pool are great. We had dinner on the 2nd floor. The food was wonderful and the waiter was very friendly. The location of the hotel is central and perfect as a base in the city. We had an early check-out and need to rush to the airport. The gentleman at the front desk made the checkout extremely brief and wasted no time in getting us a taxi. All in all, we had a very pleasant and lovely stay at Shangri-la. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to stay again when visiting Changchun.

We booked the deluxe suite for 2 nights and had a pleasant stay overall. We had a morning flight and arrived a little early but was able to check in early. Chun Chun and Bo Bo were very friendly and helpful. Pros - the location! Close to Yanji Park and near the center - spacious room and large bathroom - a robot delivers room service to your door - large and comfy bed and bedding Cons - our deluxe suite was not soundproof! People were blasting music upstairs and we could hear the party music and people chatting, laughing.. and every time the water is used / flushed in the room above us, we could hear it. - although this was a non smoking hotel, people were smoking in the hallway while waiting for the elevators - we had the Do Not Disturb sign turned on but still had housekeeping ( later we realized that without the card key, the sign automatically turns off) - we got a call 30-40 min prior to checkout asking about what time we'll check out or if we'd like to extend our stay. - don't bother going to the aternoon tea hour. The staff is very unfriendly and the quality of service is not worth going. When you walk in, they treat you as if you shouldnt be there, like we're bothering their break time. They give you small pastries and desserts with a drink but it wasn't what we expected at a 5 star hotel.

Location is close to the forest nature park incl. waterfalls 20 min. (need additional ticket) and is directly at the hot springs bathing area 100m. The entrance ticket was included for the hotel guests. The ticket for waterfalls and vulcano lake could be purchased at the hotel. In general very nice in winter time.

This was my second stay at Hyatt Regency Changchun, which I rebooked in a heartbeat. The room, staff, cleanliness, location were all excellent. Both times I stayed, my room was quiet and had a very nice view of the city. The butler Hero was helpful and proactive without being intrusive. He offered handy info about the hotel and tips on food and places to go within specified distances from the hotel. The fitness center was great too. The hotel is next to a metro station, opposite an upscale mall, walkable to Guilin Rd with tons of food and generally near enough to places while still tranquil.

Nice, modern, and clean hotel. Friendly staff and very helpful. I would stay again. The bed was a little hard for my western standards, but not terrible. Smart room features was a nice addition. Location was good, easy to walk to food and taxi pickup was quick.

L'hôtel est très propre, mais quand j'étais là avec ma famille, il y a beaucoup de constructions qui se déroulent près de l'hôtel et il pleut chaque jour quand nous sommes à Changchun. Le personnel de l'hôtel est très bon et efficace quand nous n'avons que 30 minutes pour embarquer notre train pour aller à Changbaishan. Nous avons réussi à embarquer notre train grâce à Mme Fu Yang. Les options de petit déjeuner étaient plutôt limitées. Il y avait un signe qui disait que nous pouvions avoir ce que nous voulions nos œufs. Nous avons demandé au chef de la cuisine de la cuisine; le chef nous a réservé sans volonté et nous a donné une attitude. Les avis précédents ont donné de nombreuses évaluations positives sur le buffet, et nous avons donc décidé de payer le petit-déjeuner buffet. En général, nous resterons dans le même hôtel si nous revisions Changchun. :) La station est très loin de l'hôtel, mais DiDi fonctionne aussi bien.

The hotel is nice and to Changbaishan visitors centre is close by. The town to main street if walk takes about 20mins so better to get hotel shuttle service to drive around. The good thing about this hotel is that can arrange train station pick up and return but the arrangement is very troublesome. You need to have WeiXin and arrange 1 day before. The department that in charge for this service respond a little slow. Check in hotel process is smooth. Breakfast spread is ok. The driver that came to pick us was great and patients. We even engaged him to drive us to Yanbian for day trip where the national Park was close due to bad weather. Overall stay was good.

Nous avons eu un séjour merveilleux au Centre d'échange international, ils nous ont bien accueillis à la gare et nous ont emmenés à l'hôtel, nous sommes en train, entourés de lumières magiques et de nombreuses femmes et hommes de neige, Le personnel de l'hôtel a fait tous les détails étonnants. Il y a une cuisine à proximité de l'hôtel avec de nombreuses cuisines et petit déjeuner est tout aussi varié et spécial. Les chauds font de cet hôtel vraiment spécial, il y a environ vingt piscines individuelles remplies d'eau de fontaine spéciale et de différents « goûts », dont le vin rouge, le jasmine et le poisson, avec en fait le poisson nageant. Nous voudrions remercier le personnel, en particulier notre hôte Da Ling Er ( Administrator r) pour leur service et recommander fortement aux voyageurs.
