Beautiful hotel. Grand entrance with chandelier. Easy check in. Warm welcome from staff. Hotel staff Assisted with every request and made the holiday pleasant. Room had beautiful river and city views. Was actually better than the pictures online. Breakfast location: High ceilings and full windows overlooking the city and river. Spacious. Great selection of different cuisines. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again.

C'est la première fois que j'ai séjourné à Shangri-La Changchun et je n'ai pas été déçu. Je me suis senti bienvenue lors de l'enregistrement. Ella au bureau front est professionnelle et amicale. Elle nous a présenté la salle de séjour, a fait le processus d'entrée facile et nous a donné une mise à jour gratuite (Merci, Ella!). Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et il y avait tant de variétés de grands aliments à choisir. La dame de nettoyage était amicale et avait bien fait son travail. Le personnel nous a également aidé à appeler un taxi. Le club de fitness et la piscine sont superbes. Nous avons dîné au 2ème étage. La chambre est très confortable et confortable. Le bureau de la maison est très court et il n'a pas perdu de temps à nous obtenir un taxi. Nous vous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et nous aimerions rester à nouveau lors de la visite de Changchun.

Our stay at Park Kairos was amazing! The staff are very friendly especially the VIP manager’s service. Location of the hotel is also excellent and most importantly, it is well decorated and clean. Enjoyed our stay in the Korean style room. The staff even prepared a fruit platter for a birthday celebration. Highly recommend!

Location is close to the forest nature park incl. waterfalls 20 min. (need additional ticket) and is directly at the hot springs bathing area 100m. The entrance ticket was included for the hotel guests. The ticket for waterfalls and vulcano lake could be purchased at the hotel. In general very nice in winter time.

This was my second stay at Hyatt Regency Changchun, which I rebooked in a heartbeat. The room, staff, cleanliness, location were all excellent. Both times I stayed, my room was quiet and had a very nice view of the city. The butler Hero was helpful and proactive without being intrusive. He offered handy info about the hotel and tips on food and places to go within specified distances from the hotel. The fitness center was great too. The hotel is next to a metro station, opposite an upscale mall, walkable to Guilin Rd with tons of food and generally near enough to places while still tranquil.

Truly enjoyed my stay. The hotel was strategically located near many points of interest. Our room was large and spacious, clean and comfortable. The receptionists were very welcoming too. Will definitely stay with them again when I visit Yanji next.

Excellent location, with 2 shopping malls around the corner. Also, there''s other many eateries around. Hotel is clean, new and with many friendly and helpful staffs Just that breakfast spread is mainly oriental style Overall a good stay with Wanda Vista.

Le personnel de l' hôtel a mis à jour notre chambre pour inclure le petit déjeuner gratuit à notre deuxième nuit ici. La première nuit nous avons été attribués des chambres qui sont au niveau inférieur mais la seconde nuit nos chambres étaient au niveau supérieur - étage 9. Les chambres au niveau 9 sont rénovées et se sentent plus modernes .

L'hôtel est bon et le centre touristique de Changbaishan est proche. La bonne chose à propos de cet hôtel est que vous pouvez organiser la gare de train pick-up et retour, mais l'arrangement est très difficile. Vous devez avoir WeiXin et organiser un jour avant. Le service qui est chargé de ce service répond un peu lentement. Le petit déjeuner est bon. Le chauffeur qui nous a rassemblés était grand et patient. Nous l'avons même engagé à nous conduire à Yanbian pour un voyage de jour où le parc national était proche du fait de mauvaises conditions climatiques. La résidence était globalement bonne.

Prime marrow bone. 🦴 Reality, however, is a scenic winter obstacle course. The hotel is thoughtfully scattered across three separate buildings — one for check-in and breakfast, another for hot springs, and because suspense is important in life, the Food Plaza lives in yet another building. In winter. On ice. With wind that slaps. Not exactly age-old-dog friendly. I waddled. I shuffled. I negotiated with my knees. At one point I believe my soul lagged behind and had to catch up. To offset this Arctic triathlon, the staff are available 24/7 on WeChat, responding faster than I can type “why did I choose this hotel?” Efficiency deserves a respectful tail wag. 🐾 Now let’s talk Food Plaza, the hotel’s redemption arc. The food is genuinely scrumptious, warming, and emotionally supportive after being bullied by Changbai winds. Takeaway is allowed — which means you carry it yourself. Eco-exchange again. This dog fetches his own dinner. 🥸 Then there’s the hot spring schedule. Opens at 13:30. When the mountain is closed and the hot spring is closed what exactly is an old dog meant to do? Stare into the snow? Question life decisions? Age visibly? Ah yes — write this review. ✔️ ⚠️ Now, the bone that refuses to go down smoothly. Despite having a relaxed stay, I felt continuously pressed for a 5-star review — on departure day from the first meeting in the lobby to gentle reminders all the way up the bus. At that point, it stopped feeling like hospitality and started feeling like an exam I didn’t sign up for. It made me sad, actually — because it suggests staff performance may be chained to guest reviews like sled dogs pulling corporate KPIs. Trip.com, if you’re listening: no guest should ever be pressured to review. The moment reviews are pushed, ratings stop being honest and start being decorative. This old dog is an independent reviewer. I don’t bark on command. I don’t roll over for stars. And the harder the push, the more my paw hovers over the lowest rating out of pure principle. Still — despite the ice, the walking, the soul-searching — the location alone makes this a smart base for Changbaishan first-timers.
