Changbai Mountain Landscape International Eco-Exchange Center

If your aim is to see the lake at the top of Changbai Mountain, definitely book this hotel for at least two days. The hotel package includes 3hr ski experience per pax per day, unlimited access to the hot spring, and easy access to the Changbai North Scenic Area. The service was super prompt, warm and attentive, but you will need to be Chinese speaking, or get a companion who can communicate with the staff. The staff will add you to their WeChat upon check in, and will not only give you tips on how to visit the scenic area, but will also answer to your (reasonable) requests and questions within an hour. They will update you every morning whether the peak open for viewing, and will guide you in purchasing tickets for the scenic area. We managed to see the peak on our second morning after taking the earliest transfer from the hotel. We have to thank the staff who are so professional and constantly act in our best interests. Best service we had in our trip to China so far. The rooms are good, and the hotel cluster is well taken care of. There are transfers between the hotel and the ski resort, the hot spring centre, the scenic area as well as the train station. For free pickups from the train station, you will need to call the hotel beforehand. I didn’t get a local phone number and had to borrow my previous hotel’s phone to book a pickup. They will also arrange for a free drop-off at the train station. The hotel compound looks beautiful in winter. The staff even built snowmen around the compound and we saw rabbits on our first night here. There are a few things which fell short of expectations, but we understand are beyond the control of the hotel. The outdoor hot spring water is super murky, and the toilets in the hot spring centre smells quite bad one day during our stay. And while the hotel does provide priority access to the peak of Changbai Mountain, the company running the scenic area may not open the access queue during peak periods, and will request that you queue with the tour groups. However, the warm service by the hotel staff trumps these shortcomings and we have immensely enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall.

I think staying in this hotel is a very good choice. It is a veritable high-end hotel with two three-hour ski tickets and a matching pick-up service. When we exceeded the time to send us back to the hotel, the driver, Mr. Cheng Mingshan, was still waiting at the ski resort to take us back to the hotel, saving us time and money. Mr. Li, the lobby manager, is very concerned. We still make an intimate reservation for us when we don't have a reservation to go to Changbai Mountain Station, and pay attention to the proper arrangement of our itinerary. If I have a chance to come to Changbai Mountain next time, I believe I will still choose Blue View Hotel.

This particular hotel is the closer to the north entrance of changbaishan tianchi and guests of this hotel enjoy VIP Q. The hot spring of this hotel is famous for it original water from the mountain. Other than this, there are no other plus point. The room is big and clean. Service is good.

房間很好，超級滿意又衞生，服務又周到。室外温泉超級好看，工作人員一路護送進温泉池，保障安全問題，尤其是酒店頭頭殷玲姐，殷玲姐，殷玲姐簡直就是有求必應，幫我們出行事情想的很周到。為了殷玲姐的熱情我們還要再來長白山一次！

服務：有專門的管家服務，管家大玲兒特別認真負責，根據我們的行程安排了接送站和景點的遊玩攻略。住宿或者去遊玩的事情直接問管家就可以。 設施：温泉室外六七個，室內也有一些，温度39～40度，現在泡不冷不熱剛好，五一前人也不多，一個池子兩三個人，基本都是一家人。室外空氣很好，室內有點兒悶。泡温泉自帶泳衣就可以，有拖鞋浴巾浴袍洗漱用品。小朋友可以自己帶個游泳圈，前台可以幫忙吹氣。現場買也可以，30元一個，也不貴。 我們定的小黃鴨的親子套間，裏面有滑梯帳，孩子進去就不想走了，滑梯和鞦韆比較適合四歲以下的孩子。 衞生：酒店免費提供一次性馬桶墊和浴缸墊 餐飲：酒店旁邊沒有吃飯的地方，衹能在酒店的餐廳吃，性價比也可以，鐵鍋燉一鍋兩三個人吃吃不完。我們要的牛肋鍋199。 環境：酒店外面也很漂亮，裏面有孩子的小童樂園。

清明前淡季出遊，北坡景區找酒店第一時間鎖定有温泉的藍景，入住當晚有大巴從高鐵站接，管家李超很貼心安排第二天上山的行程，當晚就去泡了美美的温泉，房間很安靜舒適，有浴缸、配置也很新，床品乾淨是重點！第二天一早走vip通道上山，就在酒店後門200米不到，也是方便得很，配套的徒步森林也適合打卡拍照，贈送的早餐和晚餐都很有水準，連住兩晚！！

原本定的雙床房，因為想換成大床，前台就直接給升級成了套房，非常寬敞舒適。酒店外觀很美，温泉體驗也超好。上長白山有酒店專屬通道特別方便。管家大玲兒特別熱心負責，有求必應。美好的旅程。
