This is a fantastic hotel with big swimming pool and with kids small pool area. Our room is very comfortable with 2 big double rooms, ideally for family with kids. The receptionist (Natasha) was very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Everyone were so friendly and attentive. Staffs in the restaurant are very friendly too, though there are few selections in the buffet. The hotel is indeed a nice place to relax if you want to experience staycation outside Dubai. I will highly recommend this to everyone.

Avec un vieux voyage, je suis allé à Las海ma pour la première fois, parce que l'hôtel Open Festival est très occupé à aller au magasin avant d'avoir attendu plus d'une heure. La plage est très belle avec une chambre standard de golf plus grande qu'une grande famille de quatre personnes n'a pas de problème avec deux grandes lits un canapé. D'une manière générale, la chambre est bonne avec un salon de toilette et il se sent bien séparé. Les enfants sont très heureux de jouer avec une piscine spéciale pour les enfants

My stay at Citymax Hotel Ras Al Khaimah was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is very clean, modern, and well-kept, making it a great place for both short and long stays.
The rooms are spotless with comfortable beds, fresh linens, and all the essentials you need for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping is very attentive and makes sure everything is in perfect order every day. The bathrooms are also very clean and well-maintained, which added a lot to the comfort of my stay.
We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, everything—from the food to the service—was excellent. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff truly make you feel at home.
Our room was lovely and had a balcony, which was a nice highlight even during the summer. We also enjoyed swimming at the beach; although it’s only open until 7 PM, it’s understandable since it gets dark later in the evening.
One of the major highlights for us was the indoor playground for kids. We brought our baby along, and she had such a great time—it made the whole experience even more special. The food was delicious throughout our stay, and I want to especially commend a staff member named Yuki. She was so nice, hardworking, and truly stood out with her excellent service.
Another thing worth mentioning is the cleanliness. We went out and came back to a clean and tidy room even without requesting housekeeping—definitely a big plus!
Overall, this was the best staycation we’ve had, and it was a perfect way to celebrate our baby’s first birthday. We felt relaxed, well taken care of, and genuinely happy with our stay. Thank you so much—we will definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to coming back again!

Le plus gros problème est l'odeur d'égout dans la chambre. C'était insupportable. La dernière nuit, j'ai dû littéralement utiliser des huiles. J'ai dû essayer de ne pas la sentir. Le niveau de bruit de la nuit précédente à cause d'une fête n'était pas amusant. La chambre elle-même est spacieuse et super basique. C'était assez propre et j'ai apprécié. L'odeur, encore une fois, est insupportable. L'odeur semblait imprégner une grande partie de l'hôtel. Le petit déjeuner était super médiocre. L'odeur de friture était assez dégoûtante et vous collait aux yeux. J'ai évité le petit déjeuner les 2 derniers matins parce que ça n'en valait tout simplement pas la peine. Désolé ! La plage et la piscine étaient agréables et l'hôtel était très bien situé, à proximité de beaucoup de choses.

The price was amazing. The positive is the big size of the family room and 3 bathrooms. Extra ordinary is the geat water pressure and good quality Internet. In some 5 stars hotels you will not get it. Food ordered in room was tasty.
Just vew points what they can do better: be more friendly in room order service. Windows from 3rd floor on should not be able to open as kids can fall out. The cleaning can be better without tip. With tip it's top. There should be also small towels for hands. There should be something to hang the towels except the door. Be careful that this hotel will not get bad name as julphar for example.
Amazing stay ,everything was super the service and the cleaning and the reception ( An Egyptian man from the reception was very helpful. I was burned and he helped me and gave me first aid I forgot his name🥲), only the pillows wasn’t comfortable ❤️❤️ I recommend the hotel for enjoying stay

SSoniaFor the price we paid for 2 nights including the new year’s eve, it should have atleast worth every penny. When we checked in, we immediately complained about the pillow which smelled sweat and the bedsheets which had stain and hair on it which is unusual if it was newly changed.
Also, the sea view room provided to us was the one facing the hotel gate entrance and with the sea on the other side of the road and was noisy at night as you can hear cars and different noises from the ground.
You have to call for the shaving kit, cotton buds and did not provide extra toilet paper on our second day.
The tissue in the tissue box smelled mold.
The TV remote also did not work and had to call for assistance.

We were especially touched by the thoughtful gestures for our child. The staff noticed we were traveling with our little one and immediately arranged a sofa bed, ensuring our family’s comfort. The horse riding and desert activities were unforgettable memories, and we are particularly grateful to the lovely lady who helped us arrange these experiences. A special thank you to Mr. Javaid, who took us on a magical desert sunset tour. The photos we took during that time are some of our most cherished memories from the trip.
We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Ahmed Karim, who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. He gave us a wonderful introduction to the hotel, arranged taxis for us, and solved any issues we had with such care and professionalism. His passion for the hotel was evident, and it truly made us fall in love with The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah as well.
The Chinese New Year celebration at the hotel was another highlight of our stay. The “sky lantern” activity was beautifully organized, and we were deeply moved by the efforts of the staff who learned to say “新年快乐” (Happy New Year) in Chinese. It made us feel so special and welcomed during this important festival.
This stay was nothing short of magical, and it was undoubtedly the best part of our trip to the UAE. We will cherish these memories forever and cannot wait to return to your hotel in the future. Thank you once again for making our Chinese New Year celebration so extraordinary.

The breakfast was delicious with plenty of great options. It’s definitely one of my favorite summer spots, and I’ll keep coming back. Highly recommended for a peaceful and luxurious getaway.

Le personnel de la réception de cet hôtel a une très mauvaise capacité de travail. En apparence, quoi que vous lui demandiez, elle répond OK, mais dans les coulisses, elle ne fait rien pour vous.
Il y avait une femme d'apparence européenne et américaine aux cheveux jaunes dans une fenêtre séparée sur le côté droit de la réception d'enregistrement. Le service était très médiocre. Pour la première fois, je lui ai montré ma pièce d'identité et la version anglaise de la carte. commande d'hôtel. Je lui ai aussi dit de s'enregistrer, puis elle m'a également demandé si c'était une chambre double avec vue sur la mer avec petit-déjeuner, etc. Au final, on m'a donné deux serviettes de plage, une carte de serviettes de bain et une carte de boissons pour le bar à côté. Cependant, on ne m'a pas donné de carte de chambre, mais on m'a donné une boîte en papier pour la carte de chambre. Notez le numéro de la chambre et faites une carte de chambre, et dites-vous également d'aller au bar. porter beaucoup de sacs juste pour lui demander de demander deux cartes de serviettes de bain ? Une personne si mesquine à la réception, elle peut dire d'un coup d'œil si elle le fait exprès, la réception est de la foutaise. J'espère que le personnel de Ctrip pourra comprendre la situation. Leur responsable le savait à ce moment-là, il a demandé à l'homme à côté de lui de présenter une nouvelle demande d'instructions et doit se présenter et se plaindre à la réception ! ! ! IInvitéNous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Notre chambre avec vue sur la mer a été surclassée en villa familiale avec balcon et vue sur la mer. Le personnel, notamment Ivana à la réception, Danilo qui a chargé nos bagages dans notre voiture et Lourds qui nous a aidés pour le petit-déjeuner, était très sympathique, serviable et accueillant. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner international était délicieux et copieux. La chambre était propre, nette et spacieuse, avec tout le confort nécessaire. Dans l'ensemble, ce fut un excellent séjour et je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour agréable.
