I honestly don’t know which words can fully describe how amazing our stay was at this hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. First of all, the staff were absolutely incredible. The owner, Mr. Jata, is such a welcoming and kind person who truly makes you feel at home. Ernest was also extremely helpful and gave us many useful tips about the country, which made our trip even better. Mr. Jata even helped us arrange a taxi at 3am because our flight was at 6am something we really appreciated. They offer shuttle services upon request for an additional fee. The room we booked was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff at the restaurant, bar and even housekeeping all worked hard to make sure our stay was excellent. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. One of my favorite places in the hotel was the terrace on the 3rd floor. The view from there is absolutely breathtaking. It’s the perfect place to relax with a drink or simply enjoy a peaceful moment. The traditional breakfast was honestly one of the most delicious breakfasts I’ve had during any of my vacations in Europe. Everything tasted fresh and authentic. The hotel is also perfectly located. Nearby, you can visit Lake Farka, which is beautiful. Just make sure to wear good shoes because some of the roads are a bit steep. There is also a bus stop about 14 minutes walking distance from the hotel, and from there you can go directly to Tirana city center. The city center is about 30 minutes away by bus and only 15 minutes by car. Communication was never a problem because Ernest speaks perfect English, and the bar staff speak English very well too. There is honestly so much more I could say about our stay, but this review section probably isn’t big enough to describe everything. We traveled as a duo ( my sister and I) from the beautiful island of Curaçao and we truly had an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. You will not regret staying here!

Meraviglioso hotel da 5 stelle in centro vicino alle principali attrazioni ! La colazione continentale è buonissima: cornetti vari, torte di diverso gusto , frutta fresca di diverso tipo e della migliore qualità e tanto altro! Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e accoglienti. Il personale è molto gentile! Consigliatissimo!

We booked a total of 5 nights through Trip.com. Unfortunately, 3 of those nights were unsuitable for proper rest due to serious problems with the room. There was an extremely strong and unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, which persisted for a long time. We reported the problem several times to the reception and also contacted the hotel by email, but unfortunately the issue was not adequately resolved. The smell was so strong that when we left the hotel, our clothes and personal belongings had absorbed the unpleasant smell, as well as the strong scent of the air freshener that was used to try to cover it. We fully understand that a technical problem or unpleasant smell may not necessarily be caused directly by the hotel. However, we believe that dealing with such a problem properly and in a timely manner is the hotel's responsibility. We booked this hotel in order to relax and enjoy our holiday, but unfortunately this was not possible. This was particularly difficult as we were travelling with our 8-year-old child, and our sleep was significantly disturbed for 3 nights. Despite reporting the problem several times, we did not receive any compensation or adequate solution from the hotel during our stay. We were also disappointed with the breakfast. We found the selection to be very limited and repetitive, and in our opinion it did not meet the standard we would reasonably expect from a 5-star hotel. Overall, we feel that the quality of the service and the conditions during our stay did not correspond to the standard advertised for a 5-star hotel.

Останавливались на одну ночь, месторасположение удобно, близко к автобусной станции. Номер не большой, есть чайник и чай. Большой торговый центр, на такси 5 минут, пешком 20. При отеле есть ресторан, но мы поздно приехали и поужинать не успели, хозяйка очень общительна.

Good hotel, excellent location, good service, polite reception staff and maintenance man but: We were given a room facing an inner courtyard with scaffolding and construction dust and therefore also a sealed window with the inability to open for ventilation. We asked to move to a front room and were told that everything was taken and there was no room available at the front. An unacceptable answer to us because we booked the room two months in advance!!! And not on days close to check-in and therefore they could have reserved a front room for us in advance!!! The switch between the hand shower and the bucket faucet in the bathtub was broken. The maintenance man ”taught us” to first open a weak stream and then pull the exposed switch screw with our fingers so that water would flow slowly through the faucet and only then increase the stream. In short, discomfort in use and also irritation/roughness of the fingers when pulling an exposed screw - I got the impression that the problem is not new and the hotel simply ignores it instead of fixing it. Breakfast is varied and rich, but note that there is only black tea and only in a central kettle from which each length is poured into a glass. There are no teas of various types. There is only sugar and no artificial sweeteners, (by the way, in all hotels and restaurants in Albania there are no artificial sweeteners).

The room was spacious. Centrally located. Hotel helped us get a car to the airport with a set price of 12€ which was so much better than the metered taxi! Great service!

J'y ai passé 3 nuits pour explorer Tirana. L'hôtel est à environ 23 minutes de la place principale, donc c'était un peu loin à pied si vous vouliez revenir à l'hôtel après une journée passée à l'extérieur et vous changer pour le dîner. Nous avons dîné tôt dans le centre et sommes revenus le soir à l'hôtel, cela ne nous a donc pas posé de problèmes. Les chambres et le reste de l'hôtel étaient très propres. Les chambres étaient plus traditionnelles tandis que les salles de bains étaient très modernes avec une belle douche. Le bar était calme mais agréable et il y a un restaurant dans l'hôtel mais nous ne l'avons pas essayé. Le petit déjeuner était très bon, avec des œufs au plat/omelette, des saucisses et du bacon, du pain et des confitures, d'excellents fruits et pâtisseries, des yaourts, etc. Manger un bon petit-déjeuner signifiait que nous ne nous arrêtions pas pour manger pendant la journée et dînions tôt. Il y a eu un problème avec la prise en charge à l'hôtel mais cela a affecté un certain nombre de personnes car nous sommes arrivés à l'aéroport de Tirana juste avant le secrétaire d'État américain. Juste une de ces choses. Le retour à l'aéroport s'est bien passé, ce que l'hôtel a organisé ainsi que l'impression des cartes d'embarquement car les versions mobiles ne sont pas encore autorisées à l'aéroport. Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour ici et tant que cela ne vous dérange pas de marcher jusqu'au centre, l'hôtel est super.

Les inconvénients sont nombreux, commençons par les principaux : si vous êtes blonde, merci de porter une casquette si vous allez à la piscine. J'ai un blond cendré que j'essaie d'obtenir depuis de nombreuses années, mais après leur piscine, mes cheveux sont devenus verts. Je ne sais pas ce qu’ils ajoutent à la piscine ! Au moment de l'enregistrement, en payant $ en espèces, on m'a dit que nous acceptions soit la monnaie locale, soit les €. J'ai décidé de payer par carte, mais l'hôtel a facturé 30 $ de plus, je ne l'ai pas remarqué tout de suite, mais dès que j'ai remarqué, j'ai écrit au support technique. Lorsque le support technique a contacté l'hôtel, celui-ci a nié m'avoir facturé 30 $. Malgré le fait que j'ai un reçu de paiement de 30$ de plus et plus un relevé bancaire. Ils ont nié m'avoir pris 30 $, même si j'avais toutes les preuves. Quand je suis personnellement allé à la réception pour comprendre, ils m'ont dit que ce n'était pas eux qui facturaient 30 $, mais qu'ils auraient dû facturer 30 $ parce qu'ils convertissaient des dollars en euros, des euros dans leur monnaie locale et cette conversion serait coûte 30 $. Mais il semblerait que ce montant me soit facturé par la banque et non par l'hôtel lui-même, bien que la facture elle-même ait été émise au nom de l'hôtel. Je n'ai pas aimé ça du tout. Il n'y avait pas de pantoufles dans les chambres, d'ailleurs ils n'ont pas nié qu'ils n'avaient pas de pantoufles. Comportement très étrange du personnel. Leurs petits-déjeuners ne durent que 2 heures et coûtent 10 €, mais pour une raison quelconque, le petit-déjeuner est aussi maigre que possible, il est plus facile de prendre un petit-déjeuner pour le même montant dans un café voisin.

The room was okay and everything but they wouldnt let us use the AC. I turned it on at night cuz my kids sleep better when its cooler, and they came up the stairs and shut the power off to our room. We needed our phones charged for the next day as we had big plans the next morning and we woke up to them dead. Also, on top of no power and AC or wifi, they yelled at us for leaving 2 shopping bags of garbage. Saying she just rents the rooms, shes not a maid. I was unaware that there was public dumpsters on the streets- I thought they were business owned like in the states where if you put trash in it you get fined. She also got mad that I stripped the beds before we left and I think was saying she had someone coming in an hour and now she will have to make them wait. So the whole experience was of that of staying at someones house when they dont want you there. Also I paid a $10 deposit and they didnt return it.
