Very clean hotel and the service was great! Everyone spoke good english and was very courteous even the security guards that opened the door for you. I had an issue with my bed and they promptly fixed it. Location is alright. It's right in Dhaka, but due to how the roads are built, when traveling by car, you have to make a big loop to get to the building. They decided to clean the water tanks mid day, so the water was orange for several hours. They told us to run the water for 15 minutes after but it was still yellow tinge and the remainder of the stay. Design of the shower is awful. No hooks nearby. You have to walk across the bathroom to get the towels and no where to hang them. The showerhead is attached about 4 feet high so it shoots at your chest or you can use the rainfall shower head where it pours directly down. Breakfast was mediocre. Selection was ok, taste was ok, but it was not fresh and the good items were not refilled frequently enough.

Les installations et les chambres de l'hôtel sont toutes neuves. Il y a une piscine sur le toit et une salle de sport. C'est une oasis bienvenue dans la chaleur et le chaos de Dhaka. Le petit-déjeuner était moyen ; pour un hôtel cinq étoiles, il est fade. Le service était également moyen. Lors de la réservation, j'ai vu qu'en tant que membre Diamond, je recevrais des fruits gratuits et un possible surclassement de chambre. Bien que l'hôtel m'ait informé avant mon départ qu'aucun surclassement n'était disponible, j'ai découvert que tout le bâtiment était vacant en raison de l'Aïd el-Adha (il n'y avait que six groupes ce jour-là). Je suis perplexe quant à l'absence de surclassement. De plus, aucun fruit n'était offert. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel est propre, sûr et confortable. Si vous êtes de passage à Dhaka, c'est un bon choix.

This hotel could be the best one in Uttara area. The service goes beyond the expectation, as you can feel the pure kind heart from their smile. Remarkably Mr. Asif and Ms. Rupa are very impressive. Their manager Mr. Raihan gave a gentle asking if I arrived back to China. Apart from the service, the facilities are also high quality. Gym, swimming pool, SPA, pub etc. are all well equipped. Highly recommend!

Good hotel however during my booking period, the hotel relocated me on 2nd night out of 3 nights due to no room availability but my booking already paid. So quite inconvenient to pack and go to other hotel but not with same price of my current booking. But they offer again to stay at 3rd night but it will be troublesome to again pack and repacking luggage.

I had a truly wonderful experience at Hotel Blossom Dhaka. The staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The rooms were spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all modern amenities. The food was delicious with a great variety in the breakfast buffet. The location is also very convenient, making travel around the city easy. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality – they made me feel right at home. I highly recommend Hotel Blossom to anyone visiting Dhaka. A perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and top-notch service!

negotiated hard for few hours extended checkout with the duty manager. booked massage for 1.5 hours, the lady asked to go to the shower before 20 minutes. not a good experience. but they still charge me for 1.5 hours.

Le petit-déjeuner de l'hôtel est très bien servi, la catégorie est complète et l'hygiène propre. La position est bonne, proche de l'aéroport, très pratique. La position de l'hôtel est dans le nouveau quartier de Daka, l'environnement est bon, pas congestionné. Il y a une salle de sport, très bon pour moi.

這個酒店非常好, 價格也不高, 早餐水平很高,地點也非常好,晚上很寧靜, 我是因為訂了Uttara那邊的酒店, 因為晚上太操沒法入睡,所以臨時轉過來,太好了, 唯一不好的是我那個房間沒有窗。
