All the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was delicious and well-prepared. A special appreciation to the F&B team — their service was outstanding! They were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Honestly, every staff member we met provided great service. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well managed. You can really see that they work hard and achieve their KPIs — everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Highly recommended! Everyone should come and stay at this hotel. It is definitely trusted and worth it!

Cet hôtel est situé dans le centre-ville, ce qui est le meilleur emplacement, le grand Central Park, l'université et l'hôpital sont tous autour, le petit-déjeuner standard international était incroyable. Le restaurant propose une variété de plats au buffet du dîner, le salon est conforme à la grande salle. La baignoire était fantastique. Le personnel de la réception et du ménage transportait. Je vis pour y vivre à nouveau.

Excellent location. Although I stayed for several nights, my room was never cleaned but I didn't care. Breakfast was missing (most of it were carbs). But I will stay here again due to its excellent location and good and spacious room.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the modern amenities you’d expect — including a comfortable bed, clean linens, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection. The bathroom was also well-maintained and stocked with essentials. One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet — it offered a good mix of local and continental options, and the food quality was above average. Room service was prompt, and the in-house restaurant served delicious meals. However, a few areas could be improved. The check-in process was a bit slower than expected, and the lobby sometimes felt understaffed during peak hours. A little more attention to detail in room facilities like at least a window for air circulation would elevate the overall experience. Absolutely tops in terms of service/ helpfulness! Hotel manager snd staff sorted out a complicated issue involving our booking and refused to take or ask for any money from us over the 5 days we stayed - even upgrading us to a suite for the final two nights when one became available. Staff speak English - and are helpful in providing Information about getting around, arranging transportation and laundry. A lovely rooftop cafe - a green oasis- and Taste Snacks. A Full Range of Bengali dishes as well as western food is also avsilable. And all this for less than 50CAD - very good value! The hotel is located near the Old City- easily accessible by taxi, tuktuk or rickshaw- also BaileyRoad is within easy walking distance, a quieter tree lined street and New Bailey Road with Shopping Restaurants etc though these are also available in a buzzier context in the streets surrounding the hotel. We would definitely recommend this hotel and Return again- Note the address at 873 Outer Circular Road( not the one on listing we saw/ booked located several hundred meters away, at 12 Outer Circular Road. The hotels are not linked, whatever you are told by the latter. And actual Grand Circle Inn at 873 is of higher standard/ quality…

La chambre est propre et propre, comme le niveau de la saison entière. Le petit déjeuner est également bon. L'entourage est également plus riche. Le transport est pratique. L'hôtel est bien hygiénique. Il n'y a pas de pantalon à l'étranger. Prenez-vous un peu mieux.

Cinq étoiles pour la sécurité et le petit déjeuner se répand! En restant dans le quartier de l'ambassade, nous avons été totalement en sécurité à toutes les heures. Les protocoles de l'hôtel sont de haut niveau. Et chaque matin, il a été un plaisir avec leur incroyable petit déjeuner. Ils offrent une vaste sélection de plats de qualité et de goût dans un beau milieu.
