Great staff, hotel needs work. Haft of the plugs in the room didn't work. A/c wasn't that cold, shower handle was loss needed to play with the handle to adjust the temperature. Bathroom dirty, ceiling in room had a stain from previous water leak.

Gerry made us feel welcome the moment we walked up to the desk his positive attitude smile, and kindness was exceptional. Often, sadly front desk employees can be less than chipper. That was certainly not the case with  Gerry!  We laughed and told stories and honestly  I wanted to hang with him at the desk and chat. He is one fine employee.  I hope you can keep him!  We will be back!

Our stay at the Artisan was wonderful. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and worked with pride in their jobs. The lobby with a fireplace was great. We loved the ease of walking directly from the hotel lobby into Tuscan Grille for a fantastic dinner. We also enjoyed breakfast the next morning (off of the lobby as well). We walked around the shops and loved the Tuscan Market for a fresh sandwich for lunch, which we ate outside on a lovely October day. The only thing that surprised us was that there is a lot of noise in the room. We heard everyone talking in the hall but most bothersome was Friday night - I think there may have been a DJ at the 5th floor club (we were on the 3rd floor). We were exhausted so chose to call it an early night and relax in our room and watch tv after a long day traveling. We couldn't hear the tv in our own room over the music from outside! In fairness, I believe the music stopped by 10 o'clock but when you're tired, it was a lot (especially at close to $500/night).This was not an issue on Saturday. We would definitely return when in the area.

J'ai déjà vécu dans cet hôtel. Je suis actuellement en cours de rénovation. Bien que la salle soit bien décorée, elle est beaucoup plus lumineuse qu'avant, mais l'hygiène n'est pas très bonne. Le plan de travail sous le lavabo de la salle de bain est sale et la serrure de la porte de la pièce est poussiéreuse. . Le restaurant est en cours de rénovation, vous ne pouvez donc pas manger. Le problème est que dans ce cas, le prix de la chambre n'a pas du tout baissé, ce qui est trop logique.

J'ai trouver ça très agréable d'aller à cette hôtel endroit très propre et très proche de plusieurs service restaurant centre d'achat à proximité très proche de l'autoroute à proximité d'hotel très calme comme hotel pas bruyant et très bon service au niveaux du déjeuner. Déjeuner très variés et délicieux. Je recommande l'hôtel holiday inn express.

Great location, minutes from all the major hiking trails and attractions.  Right off Highway 3 and close to Woodstock and the Lincoln township.  Adequate parking and we literally parked in front of our room. They hv an indoor and outdoor heated pool. The outdoor jacuzzi is a big draw. There’s also a small lake for fishing and riding the water bots.  Great location for weddings and picture taking.   The room was a bit old and the aircon was a bit noisy.  The ceiling was a bit thin as we can hear our neighbours talking.  Breakfast was great, coupled with great service.   We would return to stay again. A bit expensive for this time of the year but well worth it.

L'expérience était merveilleuse. J'ai pensé être à l'aéroport serait annoncée par les avions mais pas du tout. Le service était super. J'ai jeté mon café dans l'ascenseur. J'ai demandé à la dame qui avait nettoyé la chambre si elle avait quelque chose que je pouvais enlever et elle a dit si vous pouviez juste garder la porte ouverte, je m'occuperai de lui et le faisais avec un sourire et une conversation. La chambre était très confortable et très confortable.

Lobby and food area very nice and clean, well stocked with fresh breakfast items, good variety. Coffee and hot chocolate available is very nice. Breakfast Girl keeps area very clean. Staff was attentive and friendly, asked if we needed anything. Renovation going on, pool closed. Rooms are in need of serious updating, we stayed last year at this time and still dated and used. TV/dresser drawers wouldn't stay shut, cardboard holding up one side under leg, bathroom cabinet was worn, toilet seat moves side to side. Room temp was comfortable. Hotel is in a convenient area, close to all local highways, good foods, fast and sit down.
