Very good. it would be impossible to find better especially for the price. The place was clean, well appointed, nice view out of the window.
Brand new furniture, comfortable large bed, clean, coffee in the room, breakfast included …
I arrived past midnight after over 30 hours traveling and the breakfast was from 6.30 until 9 but I only woke up at ten, I still went downstairs to check and the manager on duty said no problem and a nice breakfast of cereal, omelette, sausages, toasts jam, various juices and coffee …
The only thing was no elevator but they took my luggages up without having to ask and same in the morning they took them back down
I am impressed and very satisfied
I recently stayed at the Courtyard Nanaimo and had a lovely experience. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with good coffee facilities—a nice touch to start the day.
The location was perfect, close to the seaside and many great restaurants, making it easy to explore the area.
The only downside was that parking wasn’t free, which was a bit disappointing. There was also a payment error where my card was charged multiple times, but the hotel handled it professionally and issued a quick refund, which I appreciated.
Overall, it was a great stay, and I would happily return!
4/5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (would have been 5/5 with free parking!)
hôtel propre proche du terminal de ferry. Petit déjeuner de base mais OK. D'ici au centre-ville. Parking gratuit. Chambres de grande taille. Excellent lit. Excellent WiFi.
Amazing location with beautiful views and can enjoy Emerald lake when there is fewer tourists. However, amenities in room is more dated and has a damp smell.
A perfect little stay at Kamloops! The owner was very friendly. Could be a newly renovated location because we could smell a bit of the paint initially. Definitely recommend!
Found a good deal on a week day so we decided to go for the first time. I had heard good reviews about the hotel so I was excited. Stayed at the heritage tower, it was literally ‘heritage’… you could call it very vintage/ chic style but in other words it hasn’t been updated since early 1900… all the doors inside the room were squeaky, the bathroom door didn’t close properly since it looks like it has been painted many times, luckily there was a heater but the room is not sound-proof so every time someone walked above or below us, we could hear very clearly… some spots on the floor were uneven. The staff were friendly.
We went there to sit and relax in the pool but it was crowded and people were taking loud everywhere. Turned out that the outside of the hotel was a lot quieter and the scenery was beautiful and peaceful.
The restaurant ‘Cooper Restaurant’ was probably the best part of our stay. The foods were good and they had a jazz band which was great.
If you are planning to stay there I would recommend the other towers ( assuming they are newer buildings.)
It was on main street but we got back side room so it was quiet. Balcony door didn't have bug net so flies came in and we couldn't open it. Breakfast was so so. Overall it was ok.
Hotel in good position for visiting the city, very easy access from Seattle ferry, hop on bus tour and museum etc walkable to main shops and restaurants.
Front hotel rooms would have great views of the harbour etc. room comfort was ok but furniture dated.
Main issue was problem with the service lift which was immediately behind the room. We had specifically asked for a quiet room.
Front desk took care to make sure we were away from the public lift, which was fine….. but didn’t take in to account the staff service lift right next to room 829. Constant ‘clunking’ and machinery sounds right next to the bed.
Front desk sent up ‘maintenance’ who initially said it was the ice machine but then agreed and admitted there were previous complaints about the lift noise. New room found after a worrying wait and all ok but hassle and repacking etc all unnecessary inconvenience. Especially having asked for a quiet room location .
Otherwise a good hotel and location.
Très bien

IInvitéStaff was totally excellent. The room is clean. Bed is very comfortable. The hot tub was just fantastic. Nice swimming pool. Food was good and I have no complaints at all.

A recommander
CCrAzYd426This hotel Actually Better than I expected coz the reviews said it sucks……🤪
I think not too bad indeed tho I haven’t visit the gym yet….
I have no complaint for the room, I think it’s good to have microwave and coffee machine in the room and the lobby has coffee machine with different choice of coffee, it’s so good! 😊
Also there is a Korea Town (about 5 minutes walking from Lougheed Town Center Skytrain Station, this hotel about 10-15 minutes walking distant from the Lougheed Town Center Skytrain Station). There are many restaurants nearby, also there is Lougheed Town Centre (a shopping mall) it’s so convenient 👍🏻
I think it’s ok to stay a night or two but of coz the cleanliness and management could be better 😉

IInvitéThe hotel staff are very helpful. I always leave bags when I’m away skiing for the week.
Checked in quickly.
Rooms are big, immaculately clean, quiet and have v comfy beds. They are also nicely decorated. Got coffee machine, fridge, microwave & good wifi. Breakfast is pretty good. Got some fresh fruit, decent scrambled eggs, yoghurt and porridge if wanting more healthy options.
It has a pool which is nice.
Hall decor is now a bit dated and could do with being re-decorated.
Jjingyue wangA very positive experience. I stayed three nights, the hotel’s central location made getting around the city easy. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-suited for work. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The complimentary breakfast was a great start to each day. I would definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers.
Yyalugood location, close to the airport. hotel is nice and clean. but breakfast is not included when you pay more than $200/night. there is no central air condistioning. the air conditioner is noisy and disturbing. seems everything is expensive in Kelowna.
IInvitéWaited in line for over 35 minutes to check-in so we were already off to a bad start. There were two lines set up. One for elite members and one regular. Front desk just took whoever was in that line without checking and none of them were members. It was a chaotic check-in.
I requested a quiet room preferably away from the elevators and we were put in a room with only 1 room in between. I know requests cannot be guaranteed but there was so much noise in hallway, and we could hear everything word for word from room 801 next to us which ruined our sleeps for the 5 night stay. There was a door directly between our room and the next room (I guess it could be transitioned into bedroom suite). The hotel and elevators were extremely busy and there was also construction in multiple areas of the hotel.
Parking was inconvenient as the spots were tiny. The room itself was clean and location is good but overall an uncomfortable stay and negative experience throughout. At checkout, the lines were set up different again and no one knew where to line up.
