1000% great staff ! Little bit of a logistical nightmare but overall the rooms very nice but if you require a smart tv book the highest room available and if not kind of out of luck . The staff did eventually make things right but the bedroom still did not have smart tv to be viewed from the bed . Overall good hotel just check rooms befor booking .

This hotel was ok. No real problems other than the location was not so good in my opinion. 10 to 5 walk to Jolliebee and McDonalds. Close enough to La Salle University. There is a laundry downstairs that seemed to me a bit pricey.

We stayed from December 4–6, 2025, and overall had a pleasant experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was good — rooms and common areas were well-maintained. The front desk staff were friendly and very professional in addressing our concerns. Special shoutout to April, who assisted us when our originally assigned room was rented by a guest extending their stay. She handled the situation smoothly and even arranged an upgrade, which we truly appreciated. They also have a very interesting elevator system — it surprised us at first, but we eventually got used to it, and it added a fun, unique touch to the stay. Breakfast was plated, with limited options, which is the only downside of our stay. However, what was available was prepared well and tasted good. Overall, it was a good experience and definitely worth coming back to.

I had a pleasant stay at L’Fisher Ecotel Bacolod. The room was a bit old, but it was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. The hotel is very affordable and offers great value for its location. One of its biggest advantages is its excellent location right in the heart of the city center. Restaurants, malls, and other attractions are all easily accessible, making it convenient to get around. The reception staff were also friendly and welcoming, providing good customer service throughout my stay. Overall, L’Fisher Ecotel is a great choice for travelers looking for a clean, budget-friendly hotel in a prime location.

Everything was handled professionally the moment I checked in. The front desk was all smiles and was happy to assist and get everything ready for us to settle down in our room. Front desk team were very approachable kudos to all of them including the Guard and the buttler. I ordered at Twist Cafe and let it delivered through room service it came at the right time and the waiter who served the food was kind and friendly as well. I lovd how everyone was really passionate on their jobs, an excellent compliment to all! I like the breakfast set up at AZUL with the mellow relaxing music and the view of the pool and rooms feels really like I'm on a vacation. The only thing that was off was the internet or wifi connection in my room it was on and off I booked because of a very important interview so I was expecting to have a high speed connection in the room I hope next time make sure your wifi is stable and consistent. Nevertheless, Thank you and Good Job Team Sugarland!

Il y a un hôtel bon budget avec des chambres propres. Les lits et les serviettes sont fraîches. Le seul accès à moi est qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur dans le bâtiment et que ma chambre est au troisième étage. Il n'y a pas de service de chambre, mais il y a un petit café au sol qui sert de sortie.

Réservé cet hôtel parce que je cherchais un hôtel qui est proche de l'aéroport de Bocolod et il a été publié comme 3.8kms à l'aéroport Mais en fait, il est en fait plus de 15 kilomètres, il est très FAR Et trouver cet hôtel était un autre problème parce que sur les cartes application en ligne je ce nom ne se présente pas Quand j'ai arrivé à l'hôtel, c'est un nom différent. Vous pouvez corriger et ne pas confondre les clients Dans l'ensemble, il n'y a qu'un hôtel budget Très déçu
