AAtty Mich HortonWe stayed from December 4–6, 2025, and overall had a pleasant experience.
The cleanliness of the hotel was good — rooms and common areas were well-maintained.
The front desk staff were friendly and very professional in addressing our concerns. Special shoutout to April, who assisted us when our originally assigned room was rented by a guest extending their stay. She handled the situation smoothly and even arranged an upgrade, which we truly appreciated.
They also have a very interesting elevator system — it surprised us at first, but we eventually got used to it, and it added a fun, unique touch to the stay.
Breakfast was plated, with limited options, which is the only downside of our stay. However, what was available was prepared well and tasted good.
Overall, it was a good experience and definitely worth coming back to.

IInvitéFrom booking to check-in, throughout our stay, and all the way to checkout—everything was seamless. It was by far the smoothest booking experience we’ve ever had. But the real highlight was the place itself: packed with amenities and thoughtful extra touches that made us feel like we were staying in a five-star hotel, yet at a very affordable price. We’ve officially found our go-to spot whenever we have an event. Kudos to the owners for such an outstanding experience!

MmcspikyJ'ai récemment séjourné à Park Inn par Radisson Bacolod, et en général, c'était une expérience OK. Le petit déjeuner buffet était super surprenant bon pour un ”inn” car il se sentait plus comme un hôtel.
Les ménages ont été très bien informés de la situation de l'eau, mais ils ont été très bien informés de la situation de l'eau. Et enfin, la porte de la salle de bains ne serrait pas de verrouillage, ce qui pourrait être un désastre en fonction de votre situation certainement pas idéal!
Malgré ces petits trucs, c'était un séjour décent. Je reviendrais ? Peut-être. Si ils réparent la porte de la salle de bain, alors sûrement !

RRichard CA very nice hotel. Excellent penthouse breakfast with a great gym next door. Small rooms are OK, will get the larger one next time. Street parking is outside the hotel's corner lot with a guard for night-time. Stonehill is centrally located next to the Locson corridor with numerous restaurants, shops, 2 hospitals, professional offices, etc.

IInvitéEverything was handled professionally the moment I checked in. The front desk was all smiles and was happy to assist and get everything ready for us to settle down in our room. Front desk team were very approachable kudos to all of them including the Guard and the buttler. I ordered at Twist Cafe and let it delivered through room service it came at the right time and the waiter who served the food was kind and friendly as well. I lovd how everyone was really passionate on their jobs, an excellent compliment to all! I like the breakfast set up at AZUL with the mellow relaxing music and the view of the pool and rooms feels really like I'm on a vacation. The only thing that was off was the internet or wifi connection in my room it was on and off I booked because of a very important interview so I was expecting to have a high speed connection in the room I hope next time make sure your wifi is stable and consistent.

IInvitéLocation is accessible and ideal for families and travellers. They have their own bar and cafe with varieties to choose from. However, if you and your family would like something else, there are a lot of other options in the vicinity.
What made the stay even more worthwhile was the customer service - friendly and attentive staff. Everyone always greets and smiles so that's an extra point. From front desk to housekeeping to the dining staff. Kudos Avenue Suites!
