Je ne pensais pas que je réservais cette maison à la fois, je ne pensais pas que ça serait si bon! La chambre était très propre, les produits de lit étaient aussi blancs que je préfère, très haut niveau, très confortable. Le prix est toujours pratique, le personnel de service est enthousiaste et efficace, il y a fondamentalement une nécessité, principalement le prix de la maison, le logement est très satisfaisant! Recommandation! Recommandation!

Хорошая гостиница, не хватает халатов и влажной уборки, а еще за 6-суток не поменяли ни разу постельное белье. В этой гостинице останавливаюсь во второй раз, для нас с мужем удобное расположение самой гостиницы и современный ремонт. Рада что есть прачечная, в этот раз без завтрака бронировала , в прошлый раз были завтраки и мы с мужем не были в восторги , скромные ))
По поводу полотенец, может кому пригодится , если хотите чтоб вам их поменяли вы их кладите в корзину для белья тогда меняют 100%, а так если висят то не меняют
Воду каждый день ставят , зубные щетки тож меняют ежедневно, это очень хорошо

Прекрасный отель. Сначало не разобрались куда идти, нужно зайти в дверь сбоку и подняться на 11 этаж. Заселение с 15 часов, но мы приехали раньше и нас сразу заселили (в 11 часов), спасибо огромное, что не пришлось ждать ещё 4 часа. Персонал очень приветливый, нам сразу принести 2 горячих чая и замороженные груши. В отеле есть сотрудник, который прекрасно говорит по английски 👍. Завтрак шведский стол, ребенок плохо есть традиционную кухню Китая и сотрудники каждый день готовили нам блюда европейской кухни, фрукты, овощи, за что им огромное спасибо!!! Каждый день уборка номера и фрукты, которые приносили в номер. Когда мы выезжали из отеля нам в дорогу дали два йогурта. В отеле было не много гостей, шумоизоляция отличная, через дорогу от отеля рынок Янцзы, очень удобно. Рекомендую отель, это самый лучший отель города в котором мы жили!!! Доброжелательность персонала это отдельная история - каждый раз в течение дня когда проходили мимо ресепшена они все вставали, бежали помочь вызвать лифт, встречали и провожали, спрашивали хорошо ли нам в номере, может быть переселить нас в номер побольше (а номер у нас был не маленький, с огромной кроватью, на которой и втроём спать комфортно), когда мы выезжали, нас провожал весь персонал гостиницы. Такого тёплого приёма я не видела не в одном отеле. Спасибо огромное!!!

La chambre est très bonne. La largeur est claire. Les installations sous beaucoup de logements chinois sont presque plus fortes et même plus fortes. Le service est également très bon. La porte est bien deux étages. Tout est si ami pour les filles qui voyagent seules. La prochaine fois que je vais à Jilin, je vais rester en dessous. Il y a un jardin émergent. Le goût est bon. Hahaha

Le bureau de première chambre a résolu une autre question difficile pour moi. La grande fenêtre de photo dans la chambre a fourni une vue magnifique sur la ville. Plusieurs petits restaurants à proximité. Starbucks café outil sur la rue était très confortable pour moi. Le petit déjeuner n'a pas été fourni par cet hôtel commercial, mais j'ai été très heureux de cet hébergement.

The location is excellent, facing Jilin Train Station. Just walk across a street, pass a large bus station, it's Jilin Train Station. There is a convenient store and there are many restaurants around.
The room is comfortable, spacious and clean. Just dated. But the price is reasonable. The price of my room didnt include breakfast, so I paid for breakfast. Breakfast was ok.

Приветливый ресепшен, заселение и выезд прошли очень быстро.
Единственное, был момент м нестабильно горячей водой (тоесть температура воды во время приёма душа могла меняться от горячей до прохладной сама собой).
В целом всё хорошо.

Great hotel within 10 min walk from Changchun railway station. Hotel staff upgraded our room to include breakfast for free on our second night here. Breakfast spread was good and varied . First night we were assigned rooms that are on the lower floor but second night our rooms were on higher floor - Floor 9. Rooms in floor 9 are refurbished and more modern feel . Overall good stay and value for money

我也想來碰碰運氣。
真的想象不到，
出發才買票，邊走邊做攻略。
地圖上看了一下位置折中就訂了這裏，性價比真的沒話説，距離雲頂市集也很近，步行3分鐘。離北坡景區打車就一點幾公里，出酒店門口對面有一家華萊士營業到十二點，酒店周邊東南方向也有很多可以逛吃的地方。主要是環境衞生都挺好，完全超出我的預期了！（一開始沒打算寫評價，離店的時候簡單拍了點）希望對你有幫助哈😉

IInvitéLe personnel de l'hôtel était très aimable, utile et réaliste à l'égard des clients étrangers. Les cuisines nord-est/coréennes ont été abondantes, mais elles comprennent aussi la pizza italienne, les pâtisseries occidentales, le café. Le parc d'eau (non de ski) et le printemps chaud (jour de ski) sont les principaux équipements pour les familles.
Suggestion de points d'amélioration:
1) Pour éviter la rupture dans le centre-ville, vous pouvez accueillir des loyers de ski (dépôt) à la réception de l'hôtel. Si l'hôtel peut gérer cela à l'arrivée, l'invité ne perdra pas de temps sur le jour de ski.
2) Fournir un service de transport de bagages de l'hôtel bus à concierge. Le point de départ était loin, le bagage était lourd et la route était glacée.

MMaomaotuaner酒店車位很多，在餐廳裏看對面的風景很美。
跟爸媽帶着娃出行，定了家庭房，為了互相照應方便。那幾天突然降温，中央空調開到最大也衹能到表顯的24度，對於習慣室內有暖氣的東北人感覺不太夠用，洗澡都得抖幾抖。説點大家沒説的吧，作為一個可以入住4位成人的家庭房，衹有一個洗手間，這是在房間介紹裏沒有看到的，個人覺得即使是一家三口入住一個洗手間也不是特別方便，馬桶蓋子沒有阻尼蓋起來咣咣的。酒店標價並沒有網上原價那麼高，寫了是城景房，衹有兩個小窗户，窗外風景如圖。去松花湖滑雪場，小霧凇島很順路，如果衹為了看霧凇滑雪住在這裏還挺方便，步行出去吃飯的選擇不多。總之花了近六百來住家庭房個人覺得不是特別值。

Arriving on the late Spring Airlines 9C7751 flight at 21:21, we were weary travelers. Xiao Xie, on his night shift, welcomed us with calm efficiency. He masterfully explained our extensive 6-night package—daily skiing, hot springs, water park access, and shuttle service—making it all instantly clear.
The Heart of Hospitality: Personal Intervention
What sets Xiao Xie apart was his proactive help when small obstacles arose. He didn't just give directions; he provided solutions:
1. WeChat Pay Hiccup: When we couldn't access a convenient unmanned shop due to a mobile payment issue, Xiao Xie didn't hesitate. He stepped in and paid for our items first, trusting us to settle it later. This act of personal trust and immediate problem-solving was astounding.
2. Power Bank Rescue: Realizing we needed a portable charger, he seamlessly assisted with the rental process, ensuring we stayed connected.
3. Hot Springs Ticket Resolution: When there was a minor glitch redeeming our included Hanna Hot Springs tickets, he took personal ownership. He didn't just make a call; he followed through until the issue was resolved and we gained entry, preserving our evening of relaxation.
4. Local Guide: Beyond the resort, he offered fantastic recommendations for local eateries, leading us to some of our best meals during the trip.

The Sheraton Changbaishan offers a fantastic product: a seamless booking, incredibly valuable ski/activity package, and comfortable amenities. But Xiao Xie is the soul of the place. He turned potential frustrations into memorable demonstrations of care.

SSH.1The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel.
Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff
during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel.
Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts.
Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!!
Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen.
Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea.
In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb!
I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too!
The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team!
They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

22Yann3I had an amazing stay at Floral Baihe. The entire place is exceptionally clean, and the location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk to plenty of restaurants. The surroundings are peaceful and serene, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff ( especially 韩丹) were all very friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made the experience even better. Highly recommended!

IInvitéI had a very pleasant stay at this impressive hotel in Chang Bai Shan. The property is huge and well designed, comprising three towers, yet it remains well organised and easy to navigate.
The location is extremely convenient, especially for visiting the West Entrance of Tian Chi. A big plus is the hotel’s shuttle bus service, which provides pick-up and drop-off to the main attractions, making sightseeing very hassle-free, especially in colder weather. Arrangements have to be made at front desk in advance.
The food was another highlight. The Korean cuisine at the food hall was absolutely delicious and well prepared. After a day of exploring, the hot springs were fantastic—clean, relaxing, and a perfect way to unwind.
What truly stood out was the hotel staff. They were consistently friendly, attentive, and went the extra mile to make guests feel at home and well assisted throughout the stay. Breakfast was equally impressive, offering a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes.
Overall, this hotel offers excellent facilities, great food, convenient transport, and outstanding service. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chang Bai Shan, especially those planning to explore Tian Chi. One thing to note is that during winter, the aircon only blows warm air. You have to open window to allow for cold air in.

A dépassé mes attentes :
Il s'agit d'un hôtel + appartement avec services, la chambre est très propre et spacieuse, le personnel est très sympathique, gentil et serviable, le petit-déjeuner est à la fois occidental et chinois, ce qui est mieux que ce à quoi je m'attendais. Il se trouve à environ 30 minutes de Jilin. Gare TGV et à 1h30 de l'aéroport de Changchun A une heure de route de la station de ski, à 600 mètres.
Il y a du matériel de ski à louer au sous-sol, un petit dépanneur et une petite et bonne salle de sport. C'est en effet mieux que ce à quoi je m'attendais.

UUtilisateur anonymeLa location est bonne à proximité de la gare. Nous avons réservé 2 chambres non-fumeurs, cependant. 1 chambre donnée avait un puissant odeur de fumée. Nous n'avons pas eu d'objections à demander une chambre de changement. Ouvrez la fenêtre pour aspirer de l'odeur de fumée. Le couloir a aussi pu fumer très fort. L'hôtel permet aux hommes de livraison de nourriture de aller dans les chambres, pas de sécurité.
