Beautiful hotel. Grand entrance with chandelier. Easy check in. Warm welcome from staff. Hotel staff Assisted with every request and made the holiday pleasant. Room had beautiful river and city views. Was actually better than the pictures online. Breakfast location: High ceilings and full windows overlooking the city and river. Spacious. Great selection of different cuisines. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again.

Le service était spectaculaire. Le club de santé a été très bien utilisé parce qu'il n'y avait pas beaucoup de gens, mais les installations sont bien plus âgées, mais elles étaient propres. Le petit bar et le petit cadeau de Changchun sont très bienvenus.

Very good front desk resolved an otherwise difficult issue for me. Big picture window in room provided wonderful view of city. Several small restaurants nearby. Starbucks coffee outlet across the street was very convenient for me. Breakfast was not provided by this trade hotel, but I was otherwise very pleased with this accommodation.

Great hotel within 10 min walk from Changchun railway station. Hotel staff upgraded our room to include breakfast for free on our second night here. Breakfast spread was good and varied . First night we were assigned rooms that are on the lower floor but second night our rooms were on higher floor - Floor 9. Rooms in floor 9 are refurbished and more modern feel . Overall good stay and value for money

The hotel is a bit distance from Changchun station, about 15 minutes walking distance but it's worth to stay at this place. There's actually buses from Changchun station but I didn't take it. The room and toilet in the room is clean. The water pressure is good to have a good shower! The staff in the hotel are friendly especially the 大姐who are serving the breakfast! You can always see the smiles on their face! The breakfast at the hotel is yummy too! Overall, this is a nice hotel to stay! You will never regret to stay here. Price is affordable and their service is good. Oh ya, not to forget! There's washing machine and dryer here in the hotel and it's free of charge! 😀

Impeccable service. Good location A coffee glass table broke into pieces when it accidentally hit the edge of the bed. Staff came in room time to clean up (late at night) and we were not charged 🥹 Grateful

L'hôtel est situé à proximité du mur rouge du réseau, le marché de l'eau, le marché occidental n'est pas loin. La rue de la chaleur est très pratique. La chambre est calme. Le personnel est très bien! Pour la raison du voyage, le bagage a été changé à l'hôtel. Il y a Green Houty, le bus m'a demandé au personnel de m'envoyer. Le personnel a proposé de relier mes bagages à l'ensemble, de manière à éviter de perdre. Très attentivement, intimement, super!

Our stay at Park Kairos was amazing! The staff are very friendly especially the VIP manager’s service. Location of the hotel is also excellent and most importantly, it is well decorated and clean. Enjoyed our stay in the Korean style room. The staff even prepared a fruit platter for a birthday celebration. Highly recommend!
