Hôtel Zhongjie Shenyang Zhongjie Cet hôtel offre d'excellentes installations et est très bien équipé. Son emplacement est idéal, juste à côté de la rue Zhongjie, ce qui rend l'accès à tout très pratique. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking gratuit directement accessible à l'étage, ce qui est très pratique. Le parking est grand, très propre et vraiment bien. L'isolation phonique est excellente, j'ai passé un séjour très confortable. Dans l'ensemble, c'est très bien. Les oreillers et matelas en latex sont également très bons. La grande télévision peut être utilisée pour diffuser du contenu et a une sortie Bluetooth, ce qui est très appréciable. Très satisfait, je le recommande vivement et il est très agréable d'y séjourner. C'est très proche du terminus, très pratique pour les déplacements, le logement et le shopping. Vaut le détour si vous revenez avec des enfants. Très satisfait.

Nous séjournons toujours au Shangri-La pour les grandes fêtes. Cette fois-ci, nous avions réservé une suite familiale. La jeune femme de la réception qui a géré le paiement était très aimable, professionnelle et chaleureuse. En tant que résidents de Dalian, nous avons séjourné dans presque tous les hôtels cinq étoiles de la ville, et la gestion du service du Shangri-La est excellente. Le seul petit bémol a été le petit-déjeuner : la serveuse aux cheveux courts et un peu ronde manquait de professionnalisme. Le comptage des clients en période d'affluence était un peu chaotique.

I had the best experience here. 1. The bed is soooo comfortable. So as the pillow. I wish I could bring the bed with me to my country. 2. Great hospitality. I really enjoyed the great quality of the water and the bar. I also enjoyed fresh breakfast. 3. Great location. Easy access to the Russian street, shopping malls, CVS, good eataries, and also easy to access to the local farmer's market. 4. Cleaning lady was doing awesome job. She made sure to refill all the toiletries, along with the water. RiYueMing is not just a good place, but the best place to bring your family too. Definitely recommend

Un hôtel récemment ouvert près de la gare de Shenyang, très bien situé, à quelques minutes à pied de la station de métro. Pas besoin de se presser pour le train à grande vitesse, un taxi vous y emmènera en 5 minutes. La chambre était propre et hygiénique, la literie était incroyablement douce, et j'ai dormi comme un bébé grâce à la climatisation. La chambre était également équipée d'une bassine de bain de pieds gratuite et de deux oreillers en latex. Je le recommande vivement !

The room was clean and spacious. It had everything you needed. I really liked the location—a 5-minute walk to the main street. You can leave your luggage after check-out. I also liked the breakfast—a wide selection of food, and it's very convenient that you can eat from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. I recommend it for a stay.

The stay was enjoyable. Although the hotel is somewhat dated, it is clean and well maintained, with good service throughout. It is one of the few in the area that offers a swimming pool, which is a nice bonus. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. I also appreciated being upgraded to a higher floor upon request. Breakfast includes both Chinese and Western options, but it is fairly ordinary in quality. The location is convenient—about 300 metres from Anton Old Street and next to Wanda Plaza. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. We definitely stay again.

Wow! Very impressive! Our family stayed here with our friends from back home for one night. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Everything was top notch. From the decor down to the last details of cleanliness live up to the 5 star standards! The service was friendly and efficient. Most staff can speak some English to help us. Nice big windows with a great city view. The breakfast was probably one of the best in all the 5 star hotels I have tried in Asia! They had an awesome real expresso coffee machine and REAL Canadian bacon plus a very good variety of pastries and hot food! More than enough to get you through the morning and afternoon! Went to the pool on 5th floor and it had a panoramic view of the city and water was very clean. So yes! Well worth the money! Only regret was that we wish we had booked one more night of stay! Keep it up! We will be back!

Nous avons séjourné en famille avec 2 enfants à l'hôtel. Le personnel est très agréable et utile. Les chambres sont également confortables et propres. La situation de l'hôtel est proche de la gare et de certaines attractions touristiques. Malheureusement, il n'y a pas le « véritable puls de Shenyang », car il est plus dans une zone « comme le chemin de fer ».

You may think you get VIP or warm greeting service, but honestly... only if you're lucky AND SEEN and if it's like from 12pm to 3pm? Cause i think that's when their staffs are alert. Next on, check-in is normal, nothing special, remember to pay a deposit. Next on, going to your room, someone will help you with your luggage to your room, which is great, because the floor is so carpeted it is hard to drag the luggage if it's really huge and heavy. Next on, the room... I have so much to comment. First of all, furniture looks old. Toilet is great (+1 point) because it is indeed the biggest and most spacious one i have seen. The cleaning folks does a good job cleaning the toilet BUT! i just cannot understand why can't they just change the smelly damped pillows???????? it's already there when we first checked in. It smells horrible, like your teenage cousin's wet sock after soccer practise in a shoe that never dried after washing. Gross! The really funny part is, you would imagined for such a huge room, the TV would be reasonably sized considering the distance from the bed. HAHAHHAHA, it's so small. I finally understand what it means by 'when someone is speechless, they really would laugh'. 人在无语的时候真的会笑. Like, you are a 5 star luxurious hotel but you can't give a bigger TV that has more modern functions???? Am i still living in the 2000s? Ok fine, maybe they have no budgets for upgrade, fine... It's not like we travel halfway across the globe to watch TV in bed. Next, TAKEAWAYS. Like this really made me so angry, they literally take no responsibility in helping you bring up the food. I mean I don't mind going down to take it myself but let me know i have to! They literally left my stuff there 30 mins until i called them. And the ridiculous part was the delivery guy actually took a photo to show me how he had already passed it to a staff and informed them to deliver it up! Next, their restaurant. Paid for a course meal, and instead of the dishes being served up one after another, they served everything up at one go... wow, ok fine no big deal. BUT dessert took 30 mins and not served. Do you know what is a coursed meal? Do you need to retrain your staffs? Do you think we could have finished the dishes so quickly? Aren't we supposed to savour the dishes and take our time because your head chef took time to design the menu and wine pairings? Like your service really defeats all purpose of us opting to have dinner there. So the irony is we were rushed through our food; we literally felt like we had to speed up because what if the dishes went cold. Then they took forever to serve dessert and we already told them we need had a movie coming up and we were running late. BAD SERVICE. Overall, my review for this hotel is that, you're lucky you HAD GOOD REPUTATION & BRANDING in the past, but you are FRAILING. You do not deserve 5 star in almost all areas non-related to location. Yes, you may be considered luxurious because you're at the most prime area of Shenyang but so what? Your service and facilities are at most mid-range 4 star. Even 4 star hotels now have robots that would deliver takeaways and TV bigger than yours, and their pillows are clean, what an absolute joke. OK, maybe let's not get so negative, last redeeming factor: you do have a nice view of the city. For service, you may want to learn from your peers like Sofitel, Atour or Serendipidia. You're welcome.

HhidinginplainsightWe had to scramble to Jinzhou due to medical emergency from overseas. We happened to book this hotel in a great hurry and it was truly the only thing that helped us preserve our sanity at a very fraught time. It was also our first time using trip.com as I could not find much options in Jinzhou on ***********, my long time app of choice. I was worried about how things would turn out since I didn't know if I could trust trip.com or fully research my options as we had to rush to pack as well. As it turned out, I'm 100% sure that no other hotel in 4th tier Jinzhou city could have given us the experience, comfort and ambience that Manxin Hotel did. I don't say that lightly as a seasoned international traveller who's stayed at many types of hotels/guesthouses/motels over the years, it takes *a lot* to impress us enough to earn my praise and endorsement in a review. Manxin Hotel felt like a small boutique hotel feel with 3 floors of rooms. It was only opened in Jan 2024, so it really feels nice and new with a high ceiling foyer /lounge area. The rooms are huge with huge floor to ceiling windows. Although it's next to a train station, the triple glazed windows amazingly cut out most of the noise. The beds were very comfortable, with great toiletries, great Laifun hairdryer and free drinks replenished daily. Even the tea bags they provided were of great quality. We stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks so we were very happy to be able to use the complimentary washing machine service which saved me the hassle of having to hand wash my clothes daily in my room! There were some drainage issues in the shower but the hotel staff did try to sort out the problem. There's also a spacious gym available for those who are fitness fanatics. The hotel breakfast had great variety with quality coffee (not easy to find good coffee in China). They even had a singer in the foyer 3 nights a week. Though I usually love listening to live music, the singers were students who were not quite able to deliver a performance befitting the old world charm and ambience of the hotel foyer. Any hotel can have the best of facilities but often fall short on the service front. Since we were staying there for 2 weeks, we often had to deal with the hotel staff on a daily basis. We found them to be very competent, sincere, friendly, understanding and helpful for the most part, willing to do all that they could to assist us during our time of considerable distress and strain due to our family emergency. Even the housekeeping staff and the lady clearing plates in the breakfast area were warm and helpful! As foreigners , we would sometimes need help with paperwork, scanning, photocopying, and other assistantance communicating with the outside world to make arrangements for international medical evacuation, WeChat/Alipay tutorials etc. We will always be grateful to the staff for all their efforts to assist in our time of need. In particular, we would like to thank Sales manager XY Yang and duty manager Hong for their tireless assistance and consideration. If we were to go to Jinzhou again, Manxin hotel would absolutely be our only choice.

옐옐ㄹ🏨 헝리호텔 2박 3일 솔직 후기! 🏨 헝리호텔에서의 2박 3일, 저의 경험을 바탕으로 솔직한 후기를 남깁니다. 전반적으로 좋은 점도 많았지만, 개인적으로 아쉬웠던 부분들도 함께 정리해보았습니다! 😉 ✅ 좋았던 점들 - 유연한 얼리 체크인: 호텔에 오전 11시쯤 도착했는데, 짐만 맡기려던 계획과 달리 방 청소가 곧 끝난다는 소식을 듣고 30분 정도 기다려 얼리 체크인을 받을 수 있었습니다! 이런게 바로 중국 호텔 특유의 유연함이라고 생각됩니다. 👍 - 빠르고 편리한 엘리베이터: 제가 묵었던 60층까지 운행하는 호텔 전용 엘리베이터 5대가 있어서 이동 시 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 🚀 - 웰컴 서비스: 과일 서비스도 잘 챙겨주셔서 좋았어요. 🍎🍊 - 담배 냄새 없음: 중국은 실내 담배가 되는 곳이 많아서 걱정했는데, 다행히 내부에 담배 쩐내가 업었습니다. 근데 중간에 외출하고 왔는데, 거실 싱크대 배관타고 냄새가 올라온건지 뭔가 담배+쓰레기 냄새가 좀 나던데 좀 당황스러웠습니다. - 친절하고 꼼꼼한 청소: 중간에 청소해 주시는 분이 오셨는데, 보통 사람이 있으면 최소한으로 청소하는 경우가 많을텐데,, 그런데도 생각보다 정말 열심히 치워주셔서 감사했습니다. 🙏 - 위치적인 특성: 동방수성이 바로 옆이라 가볍게 구경가기 참 좋았습니다. 1층에 편의점 있어서 간단한 음료 및 과자 구매 가능했습니다. 근데 동강이나 동방수성을 제외하고는 딱히 매리트가 엄청 크지는 않으나 그래도 공항까지 25분 정도 밖에 안 걸려서 좋았습니다. - 보증금 : 트립닷컴에는 보증금이 2000원인가로 나와있었는데, 실제로 가니 500원이라고 하더라구요! 생각보다 적어서 예산 문제 없이 잘 놀았고 위챗으로 결제했는데 퇴실 후 2시간 뒤에 바로 환불 잘 받았습니다! 귯! ❌ 아쉬웠던 점들 - 제한적인 온수 시스템: 가장 아쉬웠던 부분인데요, 온수기가 시스템 방식이라 온도가 떨어지면 뜨슨물이 안 나오는 중국식 시스템이었습니다. 🚿 따라서 연달아 오래 씻을 수 없는 구조라 시설 면에서 좀 마이너스였습니다. 🥶 - 부족한 주방 편의용품: 인덕션이랑 싱크대랑 냉장고, 그리고 커피포트까지 있어서 주방용품이 있을까 싶었지만 객실 내부에 전자레인지나 다른 주방용품이 전혀 없었어요. 🍽️ 생수는 첫날 인원 수 맞게 4병 제공해줘서 추가로 구매했지만 다음날에 8병으로 넉넉하게 제공해줬습니다. - 미러링이 안 되는 TV: 거실에 삼성 TV가 있었는데, 미러링 기능이 전혀 작동하지 않았습니다. 귀찮아서 문의는 안 했지만, 결국 연결을 포기했습니다. - 그저 그런 뷰: 60층이라는 고층임에도 불구하고 뷰는… 😅 아쉽게도 앞에 공사 현장이 보이는 '공사 뷰'였습니다. 🚧 그래도 밤에는 불켜진 건물들만 보여서 시티뷰이기는 했네요! 해변뷰가 아니라 어느정도 감안은 했지만 체크인 할 때 봤던 66층 로비가 뷰가 너무 압살이라 살짝 아쉬웠습니다✨ - 와이마이(배달) : 와이마이 받는 방법을 따로 물어보지 않았는데, 객실층으로 올라가려면 카드키가 필요해서 그냥 1층으로 내려가서 받아왔습니아. 📶 📋 총평 및 개인적인 의견 전반적으로 시설은 참 좋았지만, 샤워 시스템이 아쉬움으로 남습니다. 🛁 온수 문제에 대해 알고 가시면 좋을 거 같네요..! 그 외에는 직원들의 친절함이나 엘리베이터 편의성 등은 만족스러웠습니다. 😊

CCameo19Great location, across from Zhongshan square and 15 minutes walk to Russia street. The marina is a short 10-15 mini taxi ride. This hotel is like an old style China hotel, it’s kind of grand and is kept in relatively good condition, but it is dated with dark wood furniture and not in keeping with the high expectation of an InterContinental, especially compared with other cities. Also, there is a weird smell in the room, and the breakfast spread is limited, even in the club lounge. Also, there was no acknowledgment of my milestone birthday, which was disappointing. On the positive, the executive room is a nice size, bathroom is huge, shower is powerful, the condition is ok, bed and pillows are comfortable, no coffee machine, but free access to lounge with afternoon tea on both days and happy hour where food is served. The pool is large and up to 1.8m deep. The price is relatively good, so overall it was enjoyable. Thanks also to Grace who gave me a late check out and a magnet. I hope they refurbish the hotel soon, as it could be better, through it ain’t that bad ether.
