Le service de la réception est de premier ordre en chinois et en anglais, ce qui peut être considéré comme un standard cinq étoiles. Le lobby est magnifique et le restaurant. au premier étage, c'est délicieux. La raison principale est qu'il y a trop de touristes et qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup de place pour les réservations, donc c'est souvent surpeuplé, sinon vous pouvez réserver une grande chambre et l'expérience y sera meilleure. est un guide touristique secret du tunnel tous les matins. Il y a de bonnes expositions de corail rouge au V étage et au premier étage, ainsi qu'une introduction à l'histoire passée et présente du Grand Hôtel. Il y a une navette gratuite pour monter la montagne. descendre la montagne jusqu'au marché nocturne de Shilin. Très pratique et proche de l'aéroport.

J'ai fait un voyage en famille avec mes deux enfants de l'école primaire et je suis resté 5 jours d'affilée et je suis revenu très satisfait. Même si je n'ai visité les environs qu'en taxi et que je ne suis pas allé à Yehliu ou Shifen, l'emplacement de l'hôtel était génial, donc c'était très pratique. J'ai visité un ou deux endroits du centre-ville par jour, joué dans la piscine et mangé de délicieux plats dans les restaurants autour de l'hôtel. Il y avait beaucoup d'endroits où manger à proximité. Et j'aime la vue nocturne de l'hôtel.

La chambre d'hôtel est propre et exploite pleinement son agencement. Même si nous avions réservé une chambre plus petite, nous nous sentions toujours incroyablement confortables et je suis surpris de voir à quel point ils parviennent à mettre autant de choses dans la chambre, y compris une baignoire ! Je suis également impressionné par la diversité des plats proposés dans leur buffet. Il est également stratégiquement situé au milieu de Xi Men Ding. Dans l'ensemble, bon rapport qualité/prix.

Le personnel d'ingénierie est venu le réparer, ils ont dit que cela prendrait environ dix minutes, mais au final, cela a pris plus de 20 minutes et c'est arrivé. n'a pas pu être réparé. Cela avait perturbé le reste pendant le séjour, donc je n'ai tout simplement pas utilisé le siège des toilettes. Pour résoudre le problème, veuillez demander au personnel technique de partir en premier. C'était l'heure du départ à 11 heures le lendemain. Je me reposais dans la chambre après le petit-déjeuner vers 9 heures. À 10h30, j'ai reçu un appel me rappelant que l'heure du départ approchait. J'ai grandement affecté l'expérience d'enregistrement. J'avais initialement prévu de dormir pendant un moment. Désolé de vous déranger. L'espace dans la salle est grand, la variété du petit-déjeuner n'est pas grande mais le goût est bon. Le service au comptoir n'est pas chaleureux, mais le prix est bon pour le matériel. Dans l'ensemble, je ne suis pas satisfait. Ville.

Always my go to hotel in Taipei. I love how it is so accessible and the staff are efficient, service oriented etc. Clean rooms and fuss free check-in and out. Breakfast was good too

To date, during my 4th visit to Taipei, this is by far the best hotel overall in terms of price, proximity, location and amenities. As for breakfast, I have no comments as I chose the stay without it. The hotel is just opposite the Taipei Main Station and it is super convenient if you are travelling a lot by Metro or HSR. The hotel basement is linked directly to the Taipei Main Station and you need not fret even on rainy days. On the basement level, you can access to a wide spread of Japanese restaurants and other eateries. Starbucks and Tim Ho Wan are within reach too. Behind the hotel, there are in fact a lot of small eateries and stalls. You might want to give it a try if you like to eat like a local! There are far too many food choices near this hotel. You will never go hungry. Hotel room cleanliness and amenities are good, nothing to fault. On the other side, noticed there is only 1 laundry washing machine and 1 dryer within the hotel which is very limited. Hope in time to come, there will be more as it is very convenient for long stay travellers' to have their laundry done here. Price is very reasonable too, 50 twd for washing and another 50 twd for drying. What a good deal! Just to highlight for amenities, you will have to get from the hotel counter as they do not provide inside the room, eg comb, shower cap, toothbrush and toothpaste etc. Overall, this is the hotel I fancy the most and I will definitely come back to stay in this hotel again in time to come!

If you're traveling, I'd recommend this hotel, it's close to the Taoyuan International Airport. (Around 7 minutes by car) You can see planes taking off and landing through the window, but the place is sound proofed. There are convenient stores nearby, and MRT to get to the taipei main station.

Je me suis plaint à chaque fois, mais la cause n'a jamais fait l'objet d'une enquête et on m'a dit : « Je suis désolé ». « Désolé », c'est tout ce que j'ai dit. Lorsque j'ai rencontré ce problème pour la troisième fois, on m'a dit : « Si vous me laissez la clé de votre chambre pendant que je pars en voyage pendant la journée, je m'occuperai du problème pour que la carte réponde ». mais quand je suis rentré chez moi, l'ascenseur a fini par être fermé. On m'a donné une carte qui ne répondait pas. N'est-il pas possible que vous n'ayez pas répondu ? J'ai également demandé à la concierge de faire une réservation pour le restaurant de l'hôtel et on m'a dit qu'elle me répondrait si la réservation était effectuée. Immédiatement après cet échange, j'ai rappelé et demandé au concierge de modifier le nombre de personnes, et quand je lui ai rappelé qu'il m'appellerait s'il pouvait faire une réservation, il m'a répondu : « Nous ne proposons pas ce genre de service ». service. Veuillez appeler notre concierge à l'heure indiquée pour confirmer si votre commande a été acceptée ou non. Même si je lui ai dit qu'une concierge me contacterait, elle a obstinément refusé. A supposedly 4 star hotel that delivers the bare minimum. Nothing to shout about, had an unobjectionable stay here in January this year and was happy with the location and relatively clean room so decided to book again for 5 nights for my recent trip. Regretted my decision as I felt that the service was lackluster. Upon entering the room we saw that the double bed was made up by 2 twin beds unlike our initial experience so we approached the front desk to enquire if a change was possible as we do not like the feel of the gap between the beds and the light switches were behind our pillows making the lights on/off if we were to even lightly lean on the headboard. The answer we got was that we should have indicated that request upon check in and it is a common process for hotels to join 2 twin beds and sell them as a double room. The front desk manager also said the check in rate was 98% that night. We then asked if we could have a change the next day and the reply was to come down and check again tmr. No effort to assist and instead all we felt was him trying the shift the blame to us when all we requested was a double bed when it is available. That left an extremely sour taste in our mouth. The next morning, I woke up with red bites on my arms, legs and torso, however my partner didn't had any so I did not relate it to the cleanliness of the room. The next 2 morning remained to be the same and we requested a change of room which we were given. The itchiness subsided after the change. The staff also passed a cream for itchness to me. But she mentioned it may be mosquito bites which I can tell it isn't as they are in clusters. Location was convenient for us as it is near the banqiao transfer station and there are food choices around the hotel as well as a few family marts.

L'environnement hôtelier est haut de gamme. La chambre était grande et très propre. Le service est chaleureux et attentionné. Le magasin de plats à emporter où nous avons commandé n'apportait pas de vaisselle, donc après en avoir informé le centre de service, la vaisselle de l'hôtel a été rapidement livrée.

My partner and I enjoyed a recent stay at Humble House Taipei, primarily drawn by its unbeatable location just a stone's throw from Taipei 101. This feature alone makes it a superb base for exploring the city. The room was exceptionally clean, providing a comfortable and spotless environment for our stay. However, we did wish for a bit more space to add to the comfort level. As for amenities, they were satisfactory, though the lack of known branding was noticeable. This, however, was a minor point in the context of our overall experience. In summary, if you're looking for a clean, conveniently located hotel near Taipei's most famous skyscraper, Humble House is a solid choice. The room size may be modest, but the location and cleanliness more than make up for it.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon et le réveil est silencieux. Il se trouve à environ 10 minutes à pied de la station de MRT Shilin. À côté se trouve la résidence officielle de Shilin, avec de nombreuses plantes vertes. Au loin se trouve Yangmingshan et le paysage est harmonieux. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux, je mange un bol de nouilles chaque matin et la base de soupe est délicieuse.

Il y a une atmosphère démodée. On se croirait à l’hôtel Shilla (je n’y suis pas allé). J'ai été très satisfait C'était agréable d'avoir un pyjama ressemblant à un peignoir et la chambre était spacieuse. L'emplacement était un peu décevant et l'insonorisation du couloir n'était pas très bonne, mais je n'entendais rien de la chambre, donc ça allait. La piscine est au premier étage et c'est une piscine ronde. C'était dommage de ne pas pouvoir l'utiliser à cause de mon emploi du temps. L'ascenseur est d'un côté et le bâtiment est cylindrique, vous devrez donc peut-être beaucoup marcher. La réception est très sympathique.

Nice place to stay with family . Hospitable staff and very good restaurants inside , only downside is but far off from city centre however accessibility through taxi and public transport is good

Le Lin est situé juste à côté d'un parc agréable et il y a de nombreux restaurants à travers la rue. Il y a aussi un petit déjeuner buffet juste derrière lui pour d'autres options alimentaires. Il y avait de nombreux types de cuisines à choisir et la nourriture a goûté très bien.

Hotel opened ~12mo ago, entire building is new. Whatever growing pains it had, the Le Meridien Taichung has figured most of them out. This brand can be hit/miss depending on city, but the Le Meridien Taichung is a great property. Well-appointed rooms are huge (60 sq m+), even the walk-in shower is huge. Lots of electrical outlets/USB for charging devices. Wi-Fi access points work everywhere in the building. Great views of the Central/East Districts and Main Station, especially at night. Amazing price point for this level of hotel quality. Service is where Le Meridien Taichung shines. Exec Lounge team so helpful, special thanks to Angel, Lisa, Irin, Yang. Concierge helped us with check-in and restaurants (Billy, Wilber, Debbie). And Marriott app chat with Front Desk works great, responded within minutes. Parking in the underground garage (elevators run directly to room floors with your key) with in/out privileges is free for guests. Front Desk will add your license plate number, cameras at gates will read it. Oddly, the Marriott app shows daily fee TWD 2400 which is almost half the daily rate. (Obviously still ironing out some stuff.)

Not too far fm Feng Jia night market by taxi ＜10mins, you can call a taxi from 7-eleven. The hotel room is practical huge bed, and breakfast selection is good and nice food. Very accommodating staff, my young one not eating much so they pack for him some bread.

住過很多泡湯的飯店 清新的房間湯池是有view 的 晚上拉開窗簾泡起來感覺超讚 而且在浴室泡熱湯不悶 女裸湯部分就感覺普通了點 空間不大 待不太住 有3池 兩熱池一冷池 有烤箱 蒸汽室 但是有當地會員泡湯衛生習慣不佳 把旁邊的蓮蓬頭放在湯池裡面加水？ 坐在池邊沖自己的身體 水都流進去熱池裡面了 希望管理人員多注意 加強使用者衛生管理 戶外湯區感覺很適合家庭 早餐總類不怎麼豐富 有進步空間 大致上算滿意 會再訪

Il y a quelques années, j'ai été en train de rester dans cet hôtel, mais il ne s'agit plus de cet hôtel. Le personnel était ami, mais c'était très chaotique quand nous nous sommes connectés, nous n'avons pas trouvé le garçon de cloche qui quittait nos sacs. Le petit déjeuner était une blague, nous nous sommes assis dans des chaises ridiculement basses pour le petit déjeuner, et quand j'ai vu le gestionnaire, je note que le gestionnaire n'était pas une serveuse, il a pris une bouteille de yogurt du sol et a mis à la boîte pour l'invité, Il était très choquant pour moi, alors je lui ai demandé pourquoi elle l'a fait, elle m'a simplement dit ”il n'est pas cassé”.

Everything was great except when it was cold at 7 degrees. I tried to take a hot bath in the tub and the hot water turned cold after few minutes and there was no more hot water after that. The next morning the heated pool was also not warm enough. I was told by the pool guard the that the heating system for the rooms was out of order the night before but only the rooms were affected. Rooms are spacious. Would be great if hotel can provide shuttle service to town, night markets, places of interest or major hot spots on demand.

La chambre est grande, le petit déjeuner n'est pas mauvais, le mètre le plus proche est moins de 10 minutes à pied de l'hôtel et assez facile à trouver. Le personnel est utile et amiable. Derrière l'hôtel a un énorme supermart mais nous n'avons pas le temps de explorer. Globalement un très bon séjour. Je vais envisager de rester ici encore !

I enjoyed my stay tremendously and at awe of the level of service from all the staff of this hotel. From the bellhop to the concierge to the maid, everyone here is professional and courteous only the highest class hotels in the US can match. Here they are doing it without expectations of tips... I traveled solo and as a single guy and not expecting much. I am surprised at the service and comfort I got that are exceeding my expectations.

La meilleure partie de l'hôtel à distance est les 9 piscines chauffées avec un ensemble créatif de jets d'eau très puissants et de bulles. Et des chambres à vapeur et à sauna. (Associé à une piscine et à une salle de sport gratuits mais n'a pas gêné) un rêve!! Soaking in the pools for 2h a day. L'hôtel est connecté à un centre commercial et à 10 minutes à pied de la ligne rouge mrt. Les chambres sont grandes et nouvelles. Les mains vers le bas de la partie préférée de mon séjour kaohsiung. Très recommandé.

Been here during typhoon haikui unfortunately. Nice big hotel. Unable to do much here as it was raining most of the time. Luckily hotel facilities were great. Big hotel with shops and next to the mall and theme park, with premium outlet stores. Outdoor theme park were closed during this time. Ferries wheel too. But with kids play area and indoor water play, games room, my little kid did enjoyed his time here. Room is spacious. Buffet dinner was plentiful. Overall we had a pleasant stay here.

La piscine sans bordure est relaxée... Vous pouvez également séjourner dans la piscine un après-midi 😌 Le service global de l'hôtel est super 😊

If you are looking for a beautiful hotel with Incredible amenities I'm very good service, this is it. I really love my stay. They were so kind as to give me a room with a great view over the harbour. I also enjoyed the pool !

The hotel is conveniently located about 10mins walking distance to Sinyi Elementary School Station. The hotel lobby is kinda grand but as its a hotel with long history, lacks abit lustre. my room is on the 15th floor. spacious room with shower and bathtub, big window with good view.. room doesnt come with an international wall socket (only tw 2 flat pin) so remember to bring along the travel adapter, otherwise will have to ask the hotel for one. hotel breakfast is decent.. many beverages to choose from.. overall is ok but the room's aircon is super cold and no matter how i adjust the temp and fan mode it doesn't help.. i had to sleep with the aircon off and hid under the duvet whole night..

This was the perfect spot for me personally because I was able to explore a few local areas. I took the HSR from Taipei and stayed only one night. I met a few locals within walking distance and the Central Park is a nice feature across the street. Although the Pier 2 Creative Park is still in the process of developing itself, I felt it was well worth it to go there for food, drinks, photos, and exploring there. The hotel room itself was amazing. As soon as I walked in I took a bunch of photos and posted on Facebook because I felt it was cooler than my apar**ent. I did not order the breakfast but I did have coffee from the café. There’s a few cute diners and photo shops down the street. There’s a dog café and a cat café not far from the hotel. Staff was very friendly. I had a teatime at intercontinental (which was a droll vibe), and I’m glad I chose not to stay there. I feel that Indigo gives a great value for the money and the design specialists were really detailed-oriented with some of the things they included in the rooms. Facilities were great. View was nice. Go see for yourself.
