Le personnel de service était bon, mais quand nous sommes arrivés à la chambre d'hôtel, il y avait une stase urinaire sur le siège des toilettes😦 Quand je sortais dans Kenting Main Street le soir, il pleuvait un peu et les lumières dehors étaient trop faibles. L'enfant est tombé sur la pente. Je pense qu'il devrait y avoir un panneau d'avertissement sur la pente à l'intersection de droite. .

I enjoyed my stay tremendously and at awe of the level of service from all the staff of this hotel. From the bellhop to the concierge to the maid, everyone here is professional and courteous only the highest class hotels in the US can match. Here they are doing it without expectations of tips... I traveled solo and as a single guy and not expecting much. I am surprised at the service and comfort I got that are exceeding my expectations.

Sauf que le type de chambre est un peu petit, tout le reste est d'un standard cinq étoiles. Le service de la réception est de premier ordre en chinois et en anglais, ce qui peut être considéré comme un standard cinq étoiles. Le lobby est magnifique et le restaurant. au premier étage, c'est délicieux. La raison principale est qu'il y a trop de touristes et qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup de place pour les réservations, donc c'est souvent surpeuplé, sinon vous pouvez réserver une grande chambre et l'expérience y sera meilleure. est un guide touristique secret du tunnel tous les matins. Il y a de bonnes expositions de corail rouge au V étage et au premier étage, ainsi qu'une introduction à l'histoire passée et présente du Grand Hôtel. Il y a une navette gratuite pour monter la montagne. descendre la montagne jusqu'au marché nocturne de Shilin. Très pratique et proche de l'aéroport.

J'ai juste séjourné dans la plus petite chambre de l'hôtel, même si je me sens un peu comme l'espace ultime isolé, tout est propre et régulier L'attitude de service de la Taoyao mérite une évaluation de cinq étoiles. La faiblesse de la Chine est de savoir si le son du couloir n'est pas bien séparé. Le son du couloir est toujours acceptable, mais les discours du couloir peuvent être entendus très clairement. Vous entendrez toujours les discours du couloir pendant le sommeil 😅

Dear Doubletree by Hilton Taipei, I would like to offer my compliments to your dedicated team for our very enjoyable stay in your hotel from 3-7 June 2024. We stayed in rooms 1203 and 1205 and the reservation was made under Ms Erica Tan. I had stayed in some 5 star hotels such as Shang Ri La Singapore, Westin Singapore, Ritz Carlton Singapore, Kempinski Xiamen to name a few but my stay in Doubletree by Hilton Taipei was one of the most comfortable and pleasant. The check in by the warm and friendly reception staff was efficient and smooth. When my daughter accidentally dropped one of the delicious welcome Hilton cookies on the floor, the reception staff quickly replaced it with a warm smile. When my daughter teared after knowing that there isn’t a swimming pool in the premise, your reception staff, Tina, immediately walked up to us with a map and suggested that we can go to a nearby swimming pool facilities. Tina also gave us some excellent food suggestions. We had a very satisfying and affordable meal at the Michelin recommended Ji Jia Zhuan ( 鸡家庄), thanks to her recommendation :) Whenever we return to the hotel from a day of sightseeing, the reception team on duty never failed to greet us in a warm and friendly manner. We felt genuinely welcomed:) The modern Japandi style rooms and bathrooms are kept in an excellent condition and feel brand new. We especially like how bright, airy and spacious the rooms are. Kudos to the housekeepers ( Ms Cai Xiu Hui 蔡秀慧阿姨) on level 12 who kept our rooms 1203 and 1205 so clean and comfortable. They always chat amicably with us and confirmed with us if we need any housekeeping service. The TV entertainment system with its 47 channels ( including TLC, Discovery) , Netflix, YouTube and IQiYi really impressed us. The semi buffet style daily breakfast sets ( Chinese, Japanese and Western) are healthy and delish and we really looked forward to breakfast every morning. We hope that Chinese baos (包子)and dim sum pastry such as you tiao ( 油条、蛋饼)can also be offered in future when we next pay a visit to your hotel :) We would also like to thank your reception staff and housekeepers who helped my mom who stayed in room 1205 on 6 June when the toilet encountered some flushing issues. My mom had approached the reception staff at around 4 pm on 6 June and the very helpful male reception staff accompanied her to her room and helped remediate the problem along with the housekeeper. She was very impressed by how efficient and friendly your staff were. All in all, your team has done a great job in our stay. Their service attitude are genuine and warm :) My daughter enjoyed her stay so much that she kept remarking she would like to extend our stay to 2 more weeks:) We hope you will pass on the compliments to your team and the staff we named, as a gesture of our appreciation.

We stayed at Amanda for 2 nights with one of our friend couple. First night, we stayed at the ”Rose City 2 Bedroom Suite” which was exactly like its description - 2 bedroom and one bathroom with two doors which was great. We really enjoyed the first night. The location is great - very close to the night market and all our outdoor activities. Second night, we reserved the ”Ancient Jade Villa” with a private swimming pool. We have traveled enough to know that sometimes pictures posted are outdated so we called the hotel in advance to make sure that it met our needs BEFORE booking. We needed two bedrooms and wanted to book the villa with the private giant swimming pool as it was portrayed on trip.com. We were told that it has two bedrooms - which unfortunately was not true. The swimming pool was not like the one posted on trip.com (they have updated the pictures now) When we told the staff that this was not the room we booked, they said that it was ”renovated” and that the pool was exactly like the picture. The picture of the pool was an almost full size pool that was rectangle and the room we received was a triangular jacuzzi sized pool in the corner (?????) *** I think the most unfortunate part of this incident was that the staffs were treating us as if we are stupid and kept insisting that the room we received was exactly the room on the picture.. (The two pool pictures are below) Thankfully, I'm guessing it is the manager but he handled the situation quite professionally and was able to accomodate us into two separate hotel rooms quite quickly. A frustrating situation was resolved very quickly with care and we really appreciated it. One other thing I'd like to mention is the breakfast restaurant staff's behaviours. - Some of the food were out so we asked if it would be refilled, one of the waitress replied to us that it will be. After 20 minutes of waiting later, we asked another waiter and he said it will NOT be refilled. But about 3 minutes later, it was refilled??? - We asked for some ice, and the waitress said ”Actually, you cannot actually ask for ice” ????? Some other minor issues were: - unstable electricity in the rooms (the electricity plugs kept turning off for some reason) - the lighting in the rooms were way too dark considering that the rooms didn't get too much natural light (to the point where putting on makeup was almost impossible) - the air condition system was unstable (it was either too cold or too hot) - the door handles were either broken or the screws were coming off and there were too many light switches that did not work or were confusing(?)

J'ai été surpris quand je suis arrivé dans une chambre sans vue, alors j'ai payé un supplément le lendemain pour changer de chambre avec vue sur la ville, et j'étais très satisfait. Le seul inconvénient était qu'il faisait froid car il n'y avait pas de chauffage. Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas la nuit les jours froids de mars. Mis à part le fait qu'il faisait froid et que la pièce était un peu étroite, j'étais très satisfait. .
