« I recently stayed at Langit Duyong Hotel, Terengganu for 2 nights. First of all, I would like to say that the ambience, location, and overall scenery were truly beautiful. The view was one of the main highlights of my stay. The peaceful waterfront setting and natural surroundings created a relaxing atmosphere, especially during sunrise and sunset. The property has great potential and offers a unique experience compared to typical hotels. Unfortunately, my experience was significantly affected by several issues. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness of the room. Upon check-in, the room was not cleaned to an acceptable standard, and I had to contact housekeeping to perform a second round of cleaning. While the housekeeping team responded, guests should not have to request additional cleaning upon arrival. Cleanliness is a basic expectation for any accommodation. Another concern was the maintenance of the surrounding area. The grass around the property was quite long and appeared untrimmed. As a guest, this raised concerns about the possibility of snakes, insects, or other animals entering the vicinity of the rooms. Regular landscaping and maintenance would greatly improve both safety and the overall appearance of the property. The most frustrating issue, however, was the ongoing renovation work at the neighbouring unit/building. There was significant construction noise starting early in the morning during both days of my stay. What made this more disappointing was that guests were not informed beforehand about the renovation activities. Had I known in advance, I could have managed my expectations or made a different booking decision. Transparency regarding major renovation works is important, especially for guests who choose this property expecting a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Overall, I genuinely enjoyed the beautiful view, strategic location, and unique atmosphere of the hotel. However, the cleanliness issues, lack of landscape maintenance, and unannounced renovation noise greatly affected the experience. I left feeling both impressed by the property’s potential and disappointed by the management’s attention to guest comfort. I sincerely hope management takes these concerns seriously, as with better maintenance, communication, and housekeeping standards, this could be a truly exceptional place to stay in Terengganu. »

« Bilik besar dan cantik. Ada swimming pool dan location strategik. Tapi tingkap dalam bilik air tak tinted dan ada risiko diintip masa mandi. Paling tak best tuala berbau, saya terpaksa lap guna baju kotor saya lepas mandi. Boleh diperbaiki utk 2 perkara ni. Lain2 terbaik. »

« Things i enjoyed: Clean beach, large pools with playgrounds, friendly staffs. Pools have lifeguards on duty. Huge lobby. Kids fun club is okay. Just that the inflatable playground wasn't very sturdy. Cons: Lack of activities, hallway a big dark at night. One of thhings i wished to do here is atv ride and get a spa massage. But the atv is no longer available. The spas are no longer open. A bit sad. The place have a lot of potential. Went to turtoise information center but no one there. A security staff told us to go to reception for more info but just didn't have enough time to. The place is huge. Food is a bit pricey but i guess its okay for 4 or 5 stars hotel. Just that the taste is average. »

« Tout d'abord, la situation est très stratégique.Ma vue est pantai.sangat cantik.. je livre 2 chambre deluxe, pour ma petite famille et mes parents. Bilik parents takde tuala , même TV takde à distance. Je appelle réception ＞5 fois, ils répondent finalement et envoyez à la toile. Lambat sikit mais encore ok.. mais mais quand je suis entré dans ma chambre, les amenities cukup.. quand j'essayais de me poser sur le lit.. ada sang teint 😭. Je l'ai appelé à nouveau receveur ＞10 fois yer.. tak angkat. Sy tak boleh brain mcm mana boleh ada blood tinted.parking itself takde ,ada basement and floor 1-2 shj utk park,meman park jelah merata. Autre chose que ça, mknn bnyk cuma tawar sikit haha,tp kenyang dan variety.love it, toilet bersih,aircond mantul,tv semua channel lancar.. sekian my review. Would I repeat again? Hmmmmmm »

« Super endroit pour passer de courtes vacances. Mes enfants adorent la salle Galaxy grâce à leur imagination débordante… mais c'est une erreur de ma part, car je n'avais pas remarqué qu'il n'y avait pas de télévision dans la salle Galaxy… 🥲 Un peu calme pour nous, adultes, sans télévision. Dans l'ensemble, la chambre est correcte. Par contre, je dois me plaindre de l'environnement : sale, plein de détritus et mal entretenu. Peut-être n'ont-ils pas encore terminé les rénovations, mais cet environnement est vraiment inesthétique. »

« L’hôtel est bien situé, le petit déjeuner est varié et la chambre spacieuse. J’ai rencontré un petit problème lors de mon séjour, mais le personnel a été très réactif et m’a surclassé. »

« Great location near the Terengganu River and city center. * Some rooms offer beautiful river or bridge views, especially at night. * Spacious rooms compared to many newer budget hotels. * Good value for money for a short stay. * Convenient access to local attractions and food spots. »

« Had a very pleasant stay here! The hotel is very new, clean, and comfortable. The overall atmosphere feels cozy and relaxing from the moment you step in. The room is well-equipped, and there are plenty of power sockets, which is very convenient for charging multiple devices. The service was excellent as well. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the hotel even prepared local snacks as a welcome gift, which was such a thoughtful touch. The location is also very convenient — close to Chinatown with lots of food and attractions nearby. There is also an open-air parking lot right across the hotel, making parking easy and hassle-free. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and I would definitely come back again! »

« Hôtel pris en dépannage car bateaux rater pour les îles perenthians. L’hôtel est neuf et très propre. La chambre était vraiment petite mais commode. Draps, serviette et sol très propre, clime qui fonctionne bien, table à repasser et salle de douche propre. Le personnel très aimable, hôtel pratique pour prendre la navette pour se rendre aux perenthians »
